- the shelf wall bracket 30 at pre-selected intervals in the Shelf stand 10 to bring, then to each mounting shelf 20 on the support 53 two to set up adjacent feet 50 and flat to the previously to lean against the inserted shelf bracket 30.
- the resilient hollow profile 35 of the Shelf wall bracket 30 forced to yield, and the too mounting shelf 20 slides on the beveled edges the projections 32 over so that these in the Snap recesses 24 into place.
- Fig. 9 illustrates the dismantling of the shelving system. It is recognizable as with a suitable tool the recess 34 can be grasped in such a way that it can be engaged in the shelf wall 20 provided projection against the spring force of the hollow profile can be pressed out of the holder of the shelf wall. This The process is carried out on all shelf wall brackets 30 on the sides made with the shelf 20 to be solved work together. After all with the shelf 20 to be solved engaged shelf wall holder 30 on one side were clipped out, the shelf to be dismantled Remove 20. After removing the on a shelf stand 10 inserted shelf bracket 30 adjacent shelf walls 20 can then the shelf wall bracket 30 by hand remove the relevant rack stands 10.
- shelf wall brackets 30 make it possible likewise, as shown on the right in FIG. 9, only one on a shelf stand 10 adjacent shelf 20 remove. After the shelf wall has been removed, the now vacated side of the shelf bracket again clip into the shelf stand 10 so that the shelf wall bracket 30 rests securely in its fortified position. The free side is by the elastic spring force of the shelf bracket 30th held in place, the other side continues to hold the still remaining shelf wall 20.
- This property of Shelf system according to the invention makes it possible, for example, in superstructures used as a room divider To provide passage without the shelving system completely disassemble.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a shelving system for use as free-standing shelf system or as a shelf system for Wall mounting, with at least two shelf stands, at least a shelf wall with a visible side and Shelf wall brackets, with supports for shelves or goods to be exhibited in the essentially vertical Shelf stands can be hung.
There are a variety of generic shelving systems known, where a shelf wall on its vertical running sides each completed by shelf stands is. The shelf walls are in front of or between the Shelf stand placed. Since these shelves are usually from are rectangular in shape, this means that the Shelf stand vertical and exactly parallel to each other must be aligned to ensure a good fit of the To ensure shelving system. For this purpose right-angled to the shelf stands crossmember mounted, the length of which is approximately the width of the one to be assembled Shelf wall corresponds. For a parallel alignment of two Shelf stands to each other are at least two accordingly Cross members of exactly the same length are required. In addition the problem arises, the shelves are closed too fasten. Generic shelving systems therefore provide either directly on the shelf walls using visible plugs to attach the shelf stands, being the crucial one The disadvantage is that no product carriers are used there can be, or the shelf walls to the anyway necessary Attach cross members, which further increases the leads necessary number of cross members. This attachment or the bottom-side attachment of the generic Shelf walls can be screwed through, for example hook-shaped shots or a combination of the two Mechanisms. An attachment with hook-shaped Recordings causes the heavy shelves under Exertion of force over the hook-shaped receptacles existing protrusions need to be raised to then in the hooks can be used. Not to that Insignificant effort adds the disadvantage that due to the overstroke a gap-free closure between Top edge of the shelf wall and, for example, the ceiling of one Room is not accessible. In addition, it is with the Assembly of these shelving systems necessary, small material and Carrying tools in a not inconsiderable amount.
The invention has for its object a shelf system Provide that with a flawless optical Assemble the result easily and safely with little effort can and also several times with little effort can be assembled and disassembled without damage in Components of the shelving system remain.
According to the invention, this task is accomplished by a shelving system at least two shelf stands, at least one one Visible side wall shelf and wall bracket solved, which is characterized in that the shelf stand each have an area for abutting the shelf wall, in of the openings are provided, at least the shelf wall a side adjacent to the visible side at least one Includes recording, and the shelf wall bracket each elastic resilient hollow profile exist, and first Have fasteners with the shelf stands interact and have second fastening elements, which cooperate with the inclusion of the shelf wall, the Hollow profile has a breakthrough. This invention Shelf system advantageously allows shelf wall and shelf stands with the same shelf brackets at the same time connect to. According to the invention, it is possible Shelf wall bracket in the manner of a snap connection in the To make breakthroughs. The assembly effort is thus on reduced to a minimum because the shelf bracket is only in one work step in a breakthrough of the shelf stand and a picture of the shelf or two pictures of neighboring Shelf walls must be introduced. It is for assembly therefore no longer necessary an extensive To carry tool equipment.
To make the shelf stand accessible from other sides too make and at the same time optimal stability of the Ensuring shelf stands is still according to the invention provided that each of the shelf stands from an in there is a substantially rectangular hollow profile.
The shelving system according to the invention for an additional Training provides that the hollow profile of the Shelf wall bracket essentially U-shaped and the breakthrough is provided on the side after insertion into the Breakthroughs of the shelf stands facing away from the shelf stands, so that from the visible side of the shelf wall Shelf wall bracket and thus the shelf stand are accessible. This further education makes it possible through the one-sided Opening in an advantageous manner that the already from the Openings in the shelf stands used for shelf wall brackets also from other components, such as beams for Shelves or goods to be exhibited can be used.
The choice of location for the goods to be exhibited is therefore not restricted by the attachment for the shelf walls.
In order to assemble and disassemble the Shelf system according to the invention is additionally to facilitate according to the invention further provided that the shelf wall bracket at least one after insertion into the breakthroughs of the Shelf stand accessible recess that such is designed to disassemble the shelf bracket from the side facing away from the shelf stands with a Tool is detectable.
Advantageously, the invention further provides that the provided in the shelf wall for Fasteners from a groove with a substantially U-shaped Cross section exists in at least one of the the visible side adjacent sides parallel to the visible side runs. Because shelf walls are generally rectangular in shape are and in at least one dimension to measure must be tailored, the manufacture of this Further development of the inclusion in the invention Integrate cutting operation and thus means no significant additional effort in the preparation of the Shelves. In addition, the longitudinal extension of the groove according to the invention that the shelf wall bracket in the Insert the side where the groove runs in any position to let. Furthermore, the recordings are in the assembled state of the shelving system not visible, so that on the one hand perfect visual impression of the shelving system is created and on the other hand also after multiple assembly and disassembly no visible traces remain that give this impression could affect.
According to a further embodiment of the present Invention, the shelving system further comprises at least one Spacer that holds at least one in the receptacle for the Fasteners of the shelf insertable projection, at least a first contact surface for contact on one side the shelf wall, which is opposite the visible side, at least a second contact surface for contact on one side the shelf stand attached to the contact surface for the shelf wall adjacent and at least one angled to the second Contact surfaces trained insertion surface so that when installing the shelving system, insert the shelves slide along one edge of the shelf stand and the second Contact surfaces of the spacer to the one with them interacting contact surface of the rack stand in plant are feasible. This development of the invention Shelf system also makes assembly easier. The Spacers are advantageously already in the the shelf holder provided can be inserted and take a precisely defined one based on the first contact surface Location relative to the shelf. The location relative to the Shelf stands are exact thanks to the second contact surface Are defined. To facilitate the assembly process, the Shelf area in contact with the shelf stands by clicking on it gliding past them It is thus possible to use the shelf stand to be provided with only one spacer frame (cross member) because when using the spacers at several points of the Shelf wall centered between two shelf stands themselves, or the shelf stands in a defined position in parallel to each other at a distance equal to the width of the shelf walls corresponds to be performed. With correspondingly firmer It would also be fastening the shelf stands to a wall possible to completely dispense with spacer frames. It is definitely possible on the state of the art renounce known multiple use of the cross member.
In order to integrate the invention as precisely as possible Shelf system to ensure in existing rooms according to a further embodiment of the invention provided that the shelving system further includes one in the Shelf stand includes insertable, height-adjustable foot, which includes an area for the shelving system. The Height adjustment of this foot ensures unevenness in the Floor of the room in which the shelving system will be installed should be able to compensate and its location relative to the ceiling regulate the space. By providing an area for Installation of the shelf wall is possible on the stand the well-known overrun waive what it allows the shelves of the invention Shelving system almost seamlessly with the ceiling form the space for which it is intended.

Regalsystems in montiertem Zustand.
Fig. 1 links dargestellte Regalwand 20 weggelassen ist.
Fig. 2 schematisch ein nach rechts weisender Regalträger
In
Wandmontage, andererseits freistehend verwenden.Fig. 1 gives an overview of a section of the
Shelving system in assembled condition. In the center of Fig. 1 is
a
Fig. 14 verdeutlicht, wie ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines
Regalständer 10 an ihren Seitenwänden (14, 15) Durchbrüche
Fig. 14 illustrates how an embodiment of a
erkennbar. Die Fig. 6 gibt eine vergrößerte und unterbrochene
Ansicht des in Fig. 5 angedeuteten Schnitts A-A wieder.
entgegengesetzte Seite 23. Zusätzlich ist die für
Befestigungselemente vorgesehene Aufnahme 24 gekennzeichnet.
Seite 23 verlaufenden Nut 24 ausgebildet.
vertikal verlaufenden Linien angedeutet. Diese bevorzugte
Ausführungsform ermöglicht es, mit möglichst wenig
Nahtstellen zwischen mehreren Regalwänden eines Regalsystems
auszukommen.
One of the overviews shown in FIGS. 1 and 2
The shown in the overviews of FIGS. 1 and 2
Fig. 10
Fig. 11 zeigt eine zu Fig. 10
korrespondierende Seitenansicht des Distanzhalters 40. Fig.
The in the overviews in Figs. 1 and 2 in the lower
ABS
oder vergleichbaren Werkstoffen bestehen.The
Pulverbeschichtung ausgestattet werden.15 and 16 show a
nicht beschichtet sein.17 shows a
The following is the interaction of the individual components of the shelving system.
As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2, are in one
Shelf stand 10 by means of the
eingebracht. Daraufhin werden Regalständer 10 in einem der zu
montierenden Regalwand 20 entsprechenden Abstand derart
63 herauszugleiten. Zusätzlich ist es möglich, die
Distanzzarge 70 unter erhöhtem Kraftaufwand so weit
herunterzubewegen, daß die Spannstifte 73 in die Radien 64
einrasten, in denen die abgeschrägten Kanten jeweils münden.
Die Distanzzargen 70 verspannen somit das Regalsystem in
Richtung seiner Quererstreckung.
Before the assembly process between
gegenüberliegender Distanzhalter 40 entsprechend an zwei
To ensure the lateral fit of the shelving system

Regalständer 10 mittels der Regalwandhalter 30:Fig. 8 illustrates the assembly of
At the top of Fig. 8 is shown from left to right, like
Ausnehmungen 24 einrasten. The bevel of the
Fig. 9 verdeutlicht die Demontage des Regalsystems.
Fig. 9 illustrates the dismantling of the shelving system. It is
recognizable as with a suitable tool the
30 sicher in seiner befestigten Lage ruht. Die freie Seite
wird durch die elastische Federkraft des Regalwandhalters 30
in ihrer Lage gehalten, die andere Seite hält weiterhin die
noch verbleibende Regalwand 20. Diese Eigenschaft des
erfindungsgemäßen Regalsystems ermöglicht es beispielsweise,
bei als Raumteiler verwendeten Aufbauten schnell eine
Durchgangsmöglichkeit zu schaffen, ohne das Regalsystem
vollständig demontieren zu müssen.The
