wobei das bedruckte Etikett vom Trägerstreifen gelöst und von einem Teil des Außenumfangs der Walze getragen auf die Packungsunterseite zuführbar ist,
wobei der Etikettierpunkt im Scheitelpunkt (S) der Walze (4) liegt und die Walze mit dem Scheitelpunkt (S) ihres Außenumfangs in horizontaler Verlängerung der Transportrichtung der Packung (P) angeordnet ist
und wobei die Druckeinrichtung (5) unterhalb der Walze (4) angeordnet ist, so daß das vom Trägerstreifen abgelöste Etikett von unten auf die Packung zuförderbar ist.

Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Etikettieren von einzelnen Packungen, insbesondere Lebensmittelpackungen, miteiner Vorschubeinheit (1) zum horizontalen Transport der Packung,einer im Transportweg angeordneten Wägeeinheit (2) zum Wiegen der Packung,einer Druckeinrichtung zum Bedrucken eines auf einem Trägerstreifen lösbar angebrachten Etikettes (E),einer Aufbringeinheit zum Aufbringen des bedruckten Etikettes (E) auf die Unterseite der Packung,
wobei das bedruckte Etikett vom Trägerstreifen gelöst und von einem Teil des Außenumfangs der Walze getragen auf die Packungsunterseite zuführbar ist,
wobei der Etikettierpunkt im Scheitelpunkt (S) der Walze (4) liegt und die Walze mit dem Scheitelpunkt (S) ihres Außenumfangs in horizontaler Verlängerung der Transportrichtung der Packung (P) angeordnet ist und wobei die Druckeinrichtung (5) unterhalb der Walze (4) angeordnet ist, so daß das vom Trägerstreifen abgelöste Etikett von unten auf die Packung zuförderbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Druckeinrichtung (5) eine Thermodruckeinrichtung ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Walze (4) unterdruckbeaufschlagt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Walze (4) auf ihrem Außenumfang an die Größe des aufzubringenden Etiketts angepaßte Löcher bzw. Lochmuster aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Walze (4) mindestens eine entlang ihres Außenumfangs verlaufende Vertiefung aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Oberfläche der Walze (4) mindestens teilweise mit einem haftungsverhindernden Belag, insbesondere mit Silikon, beschichtet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwischen Vorschubeinheit (1) und Walze (4) eine den Packungstransport unterstützende Rolle (8) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Rolle (8) eine weiche Oberflächenbeschichtung aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Druckeinrichtung eine das Etikett vom Trägerpapier trennende Trennvorrichtung aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
auslaufseitig hinter der Walze (4) eine weitere Rolle (9) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die weitere Rolle (9) angetrieben ist, insbesondere mit einer Drehzahl, die bewirkt, daß die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der weiteren Rolle (9) größer ist als die Vorschubgeschwindigkeit der Packung. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die weitere Rolle (9) als Bürste ausgebildet ist.
