Abstract
Bei einer für eine Zertrümmerung von Körpersteinen bei der intrakorporalen Stoßwellen-Lithotripsie als Wellenleiter verwendeten Metallsonde ist eine anfängliche Teillänge mit einer Sollbruchstelle versehen, mit welcher mögliche Fehlstellen der Sonde an einem Ort eingekreist werden, der keine Verletzungsgefahr für den Patienten bei einem insbesondere für das distale Ende anzunehmenden Brechen der Sonde befürchten läßt. Gleichzeitig kann dadurch eine Optimierung des Verlaufs der Stoßwellen mit einer unterschiedlichen Bemessung und auch mit unterschiedlichen Materialeigenschaften einzelner Teillängen der Sonde erreicht werden.
