Abstract
Description
Bei dieser Verpackung, die hauptsächlich für kleine Produkte oder geringe Verpackungsmengen gedacht ist, ist ein reversibles Verschließen nicht möglich, des weiteren wird die Verpackung aus einem Mix unterschiedlicher Materialien gebildet, was die Herstellung der Verpackung verkompliziert und verteuert und auch die gewünschte Recyclingfähigkert doch sehr einschränkt.
Unter Schwächungslinien sind dabei insbesondere Perforations- oder Gegenritzlinien zu verstehen.
Um die Sperreigenschaften nicht zu beeinträchtigen, müssen die Schwächungslinien zur Öffnung der Klappe nur im Bereich des Materials, nicht im Bereich des kaschierten Sperrmaterials vorhanden sein.
- Umfangreiche Schutzwirkung durch vollflächige Versiegelung beziehungsweise Verklebung der Kantenbereiche.
- Bei einer Beschichtung des Materials ergibt sich eine verbesserte Barrierefunktion.
- Schnelles Öffnen der Verpackung mit leichtem Zugang zum Inhalt durch eine große Klappe, die mittels Perforationslinien oder Gegenritzlinien in der vorderen Seitenwand befestigt ist.
- Damit einher geht eine leichte Entnahme des eingelegten Produktes.
- Sicherstellung der Wiederverschließbarkeit beispielsweise durch den angeformten Anfasser, der zum Verschließen in die dafür vorgesehene Durchstanzung in der hinteren Seitenwand gesteckt wird. Das erreicht man durch leichtes Drücken im Bereich der Durchstanzung an der rückwärtigen Fläche der hinteren Seitenwand der Verpackung.
- Bei entsprechender Beschichtung des Materials ist sogar die Sterilisation des verpackten Produktes möglich. Die Sterilität wird durch die vollflächige Versiegelung der Kantenbereiche und den daraus resultierenden Barriereeigenschaften erreicht.
Auch können durch die gezielte Beschichtung des Materials (zum Beispiel Polyethylen) auf den Innenflächen Einzelpflaster -auch uneingesiegelte- nebeneinander aufgereiht auf beiden Innenseiten plaziert werden.

In der vorderen Seitenwand 1 ist die Klappe 11 integriert. Die Verbindung zwischen vorderer Seitenwand 1 und der Klappe 11 erfolgt zum einen über die Falzlinie 3, zum anderen über insgesamt drei Perforationslinien 12, 13, 14, die in die vordere Seitenwand 1 eingestanzt sind. Zur erstmaligen Öffnung der Klappe 11 und damit der Verpackung 10 werden die Perforationslinien 12, 13, 14 aufgebrochen. Da dieses Aufbrechen irreversibel erfolgen muß, ist somit ein Originalitätsverschluß geschaffen.
Ein Zugriff auf den Inhalt der Verpackung ist sofort zu erkennen.
Zum Verschließen der erstmals geöffneten Verpackung 10 ist an der Klappe 11 weiterhin eine Lasche 15 ausgeformt, die in der vorderen Seitenwand 1 aus- und durchgestanzt ist. Die rechteckige, abgerundete Ecken aufweisende Lasche 15 ist dabei an der Kante der Klappe 11 angeordnet, die der Falzlinie 3 gegenüberliegt, und zwar in der Mitte der mit stumpfen Winkel spitz zulaufenden Perforationslinie 13. Die Lasche 15 weist an der Längsseite eine Nutlinie 151 auf, die zum besseren Wiederverschließen dient. Der Vorgang des Verschließens der Verpackung 10 erfolgt, indem die Lasche 15 bei vollständig konfektionierter Verpackung 10 in eine entsprechend geformte Durchstanzung 21 in der hinteren Seitenwand 2 eingreift und dort verhakt. Die Durchstanzung 21 besitzt vorzugsweise an beiden Enden eine seitliche weglaufende Schnittverlängerung 22, 23. Diese dienen zum leichteren Einstecken der Lasche 15.
Um die erfindungsgemäße Verpackung 10 besonders vorteilhaft in den bekannten, mit Haken versehenen Aufhängeregale präsentieren zu können, sind zentral jeweils im Kopfbereich der vorderen Seitenwand 1 und der hinteren Seitenwand 2 insgesamt zwei Aufhängevorrichtungen 16, 26 eingestanzt, und zwar vorzugsweise eine Kombination aus Schlitz- und Rundlochung. Bei aufeinander liegender vorderer Seitenwand 1 und hinterer Seitenwand 2 sind die Aufhängevorrichtungen weitgehend deckungsgleich angeordnet. Weiterhin als vorteilhaft hat es sich herausgestellt, wenn eine der beiden Aufhängevorrichtungen 16, 26 etwas größere Abmessungen als die andere, um unvermeidlichen Ungenauigkeiten beim Stanzen des Stanzzuschnitts 100 beziehungsweise bei der Konfektionierung der Verpackung 10 ausgleichen zu können. Im Kopfbereich der vorderen Seitenwand 1 und der hinteren Seitenwand 2 sind schließlich die insgesamt vier Ecken abgerundet.
Die Innenseiten der vorderen Seitenwand 1 und de hinteren Seitenwand 2 sind leicht haftend ausgerüstet, um die Pflaster 8 so zu befestigen, daß sie zum einen in der Tasche 5 geordnet abgelegt sind und zum anderen leicht vom Benutzer vom Untergrund abgezogen werden können.
Claims (9)
- Wiederverschließbare, staubgeschützte Verpackung 10 mit Originalitätsverschluß zum Verpacken von Produkten 8 mit geringer Dicke, die aus Karton, Pappe oder ähnlichem Material geformt ist, bestehend aus einer vorderen Seitenwand 1 und hinteren Seitenwand 2, die im wesentlichen rechteckig ausgeformt sind und im wesentlichen gleiche Abmessungen aufweisen, wobei die vordere Seitenwand 1 und die hintere Seitenwand 2 übereinander liegend angeordnet sind, an insgesamt drei Seiten die jeweiligen Kantenbereiche 41, 42, 43 durch den flächigen Auftrag einer klebenden Beschichtung miteinander verklebt sind und die vordere Seitenwand 1 und die hintere Seitenwand 2 an der nichtverklebten Seite über eine Falzlinie 3 miteinander verbunden sind, so daß sich eine nach außen abgeschlossene Tasche 5 ergibt, und wobei in der vorderen Seitenwand 1 eine Klappe 11 vorhanden ist, die mittels einer zweiten Falzlinie 6 an der vorderen Seitenwand 1 angelenkt ist, deren verbleibende Kanten mittels Schwächungslinien 12, 13, 14 mit dem umgebenden Bereich der vorderen Seitenwand 1 verknüpft sind.
- Wiederverschließbare, staubgeschützte Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Falzlinie 6 in der ersten Falzlinie 3 integriert ist.
- Wiederverschließbare, staubgeschützte Verpackung 10 mit Originalitätsverschluß zum Verpacken von Produkten 8 mit geringer Dicke, die aus Karton, Pappe oder ähnlichem Material geformt ist, bestehend aus einer vorderen Seitenwand 1 und hinteren 2 Seitenwand, die im wesentlichen rechteckig ausgeformt sind und im wesentlichen gleiche Abmessungen aufweisen, wobei die vordere Seitenwand 1 und die hintere Seitenwand 2 übereinander liegend angeordnet sind und an allen vier Seiten die jeweiligen Kantenbereiche 41, 42, 43, 44 durch den flächigen Auftrag einer klebenden Beschichtung miteinander verklebt sind, so daß sich eine nach außen abgeschlossene Tasche 5 ergibt, und wobei in der vorderen Seitenwand 1 eine Klappe 11 vorhanden ist, die mittels einer zweiten Falzlinie 6 an der vorderen Seitenwand 1 angelenkt ist, deren verbleibende Kanten mittels Schwächungslinien 12, 13, 14 mit dem umgebenden Bereich der vorderen Seitenwand 1 verknüpft sind.
- Verpackung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vordere Seitenwand 1 an der der zweiten Falzlinie 6 gegenüberliegenden Kante zumindest eine angeformte Lasche 15 aufweist, die in eine entsprechend geformte Durchstanzung 21 in der hinteren Seitenwand 2 eingreifen kann.
- Verpackung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Randbereiche 41, 42, 43, 44 der vorderen Seitenwand 1 und der hinteren Seitenwand 2 mit einem kalt- oder heißsiegelbaren Siegelmedium und/oder einem Heißbeziehungsweise Kaltleim beschichtet sind.
- Verpackung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in der Tasche 5 befindlichen Produkte 8 unter einer zusätzlichen Eindeckung 7 liegen.
- Verpackung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material zur Bildung der vorderen Seitenwand 1 und der hinteren Seitenwand 2 Kaschierungen zur Erreichung einer Sperreigenschaft aufweist.
- Verpackung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vordere Seitenwand 1 und die hintere Seitenwand 2 jeweils eine Aufhängevorrichtung 16, 26 wie Schlitzlochung oder Rundlochung aufweisen, die derartig angebracht sind, daß die Aufhängevorrichtungen 16, 26 übereinander liegen.
- Verwendung einer Verpackung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8 zum Verpacken von Pflastern.
