At least one spring component (14,15) is provided which is tensionable between locators and abutments (28,30,32,34,36,38) which directly or indirectly are formed out of the plate-shaped component. The plate-shaped component is releasably fixable on the rib plate by a spring component (24,26) and supports as a holding down device for the rail foot. The spring component supports on a section of the plate-shaped component extending area-wise over the rail foot. From the rib plate a first securing device is formed, which penetrates the plate-shaped component and secures it area-wise.

Description

The invention relates to a device for holding down a rail foot a running track with an associated one starting from a support frame or a wheel handlebar stand Wheel handlebars, encompassing themselves between a base - like ribbed plate outgoing side supports or cheeks of the wheel handlebar stand extending plate-shaped element as well as a spring element that rests between supports and abutments is exciting, which start from the base plate or the plate-shaped element.

A corresponding device can be found in DE-AS 2 042 489. Thereby forms the plate-shaped element referred to as the base plate with the side supports is one unit. The rail itself is held down by the spring element, which in a Recess is slidable, which extends in the base plate. The recess points a formation causing the tension of the spring element. Breaks the spring element, projections of the footplate act as additional tilt protection for the rail foot. Detached from this, however, is the introduction or removal of a U-shaped one Geometric spring element expensive. Dirt can also accumulate in the Deposit recess that make it difficult or even difficult to replace the spring element to make impossible.

The present invention is based on the problem of a device of the aforementioned Art in such a way that even in confined spaces a safe The rail can be held down. At the same time, it should be ensured that Defined force is applied to the foot of the rail to hold it down.

The problem is solved according to the invention essentially in that the plate-shaped Element is releasably attachable to the base plate by means of the spring element and as a hold-down for the rail foot is supported on this that the spring element to a first, which extends in some areas over the rail foot Section of the plate-shaped element is supported as a support and that of the base plate a first fuse runs out, which penetrates the hold-down and from this is covered in some areas. In particular, two are designed as bar springs Spring elements are provided to secure the hold-down device, which extends along the long sides of the hold-down device and parallel on the inside along the side supports or cheeks of the wheel handlebar stand.

The abutments that tension the spring element (s) go on the one hand from the base plate and on the other hand from the side supports of the wheel handlebar stand.

Characterized in that the spring element via two indirectly or directly from a base plate outgoing abutment is clamped, it is only necessary that the The downholder holding down the rail foot has a support so that the extension of the hold-down device can be selected to be extremely short transversely to the longitudinal direction of the rail can. The spring element acts on the support such that the hold-down itself not unstable, i.e. it can tip over, but rather forces in the rail foot like this initiates that this is held down to the extent necessary.

Even if for the sake of simplification of a plate-shaped element is spoken, about which the rail is held down, another can Geometry can be chosen, it is irrelevant how the surface of the plate-shaped Element is formed because in addition to the function of holding down a others do not have to be met.

In this respect, the device according to the invention differs significantly from one also the function of a hold-down slide, such as this z. B. the DE 42 29 014 A 1 or DE 41 12 926 A1 can be seen, also the support outside of the rail foot runs, so that there may be unfavorable leverage in the Can form spring element.

In a particularly noteworthy development of the invention it is provided that the first fuse in section an L-shaped geometry with perpendicular from the base plate protruding longitudinal leg and parallel to the base plate Has cross leg that runs above a portion of the hold-down. Here the cross leg can be flush on the outside with the surface of the hold-down device or in this run in.

The fuse or an L-shaped or equivalent geometry The securing element and the cut-out of the hold-down device are one on the other agreed that the hold-down device is exclusively or essentially exclusively can move in the longitudinal direction of the rail, so that additional safeguards, that do not prevent the hold-down from moving away from the running rail required are. In addition, it can be provided that the hold-down in its area facing away from the foot at a stop extending from the base plate is present. The hold-down can also be used in the area facing away from the foot be covered by a second fuse, so that not only wandering away from the rail, but also lifting is excluded. The same effect otherwise for the first securing element.

In particular, the second securing element running away from the rail can be a Section of the attack itself or by elaborating in the base plate be formed.

Is the first securing element moving the hold-down device in one direction the rail is prevented from moving in the other direction possible to insert or remove the hold-down device.

To put in after the insertion and proper positioning of the hold-down Exclude adjustment, the space between the first securing element and the opening from the surface of the holding-down device with a Be filled out. But even if this does not exist, a uncontrolled moving is prevented after a short period of use, that dirt can accumulate in the recess. However, a purge is only required if one of the along the inner sides of the side supports or - cheek of the Radlenkerstand extending rod spring element should be removed. Otherwise a shift is additionally excluded in that the extension the rod springs and the hold-down device in the longitudinal direction of the travel rail as a whole in corresponds approximately to the distance between the side supports. This results in the Advantage that even if one of the spring elements should break, an uncontrolled one Moving the hold-down device is excluded.

Since the bar springs run along the inside of the cheeks, at least go from them the front abutments on the foot side. To make it easy to insert to ensure that the hold-down device is removed or removed, it has one on one long side Recess that is adapted to the dimensions of one of the front abutments, so that moving the hold-down in the direction of the abutment does not hinder becomes. There is also the possibility that the hold-down device in the area of one of the cheek-side Abutment runs offset with its edge.

A hold-down device is provided by the teaching according to the invention can be secured in a simple manner, with the additional advantage being given is that only small dimensions are required. So the hold-down can cross to Longitudinal direction of the rail have an extension that is approximately the width of the Rail or less than this.

Further details, advantages and features of the invention result not only from the Claims, the features to be extracted from them - individually and / or in combination -, but also from the following description of the drawing derived preferred embodiment.

In the figures, a so-called inner rail bracing for holding down a running rail 10 shown, which is fastened and held down on a ribbed plate 12 is. The running rail 10 is associated with a wheel arm, not shown, which starting from a support frame or wheel handlebar stand, the two parallel to each other Side supports or cheeks 14 and 16, which in turn by the Go out ribbed plate 12. In this regard, reference is made to known constructions, just as with respect to securing the travel rail 10 on the wheel handlebar opposite sides of her foot 15, on which a clamping bracket, not shown, lie can.

On the area on the wheel handlebar, the foot 15 is shaped as a plate Element designed hold-down 18 secured with its front portion 20th rests on the rail foot 15 and secures it against tipping.

The hold-down device 18 is secured by two rod spring elements 24, 26 which run along of the inside of the cheeks 14 and 16 and over from the rib plate 12th outgoing first abutments 28, 30, outgoing from the cheeks 14 and 16 second Abutments 32, 34 and supports 36, 38 extending from the hold-down device 18 can be tensioned are.

The rod-shaped spring elements 24, 26 run above those remote from the rail 10 first abutment 28, 30 and below the front cheek-side second Abutment 32, 34 to then on the in the region of the front edge region 20 of the Hold down 18 existing supports 36, 38, which - like the drawing Illustration clarifies - run in sections above the rail foot 15. Each rod spring element 24, 26 is supported on the support 36, 38 in such a way that regardless of the extent of the hold-down device 18 transversely to the longitudinal direction of the Rail 10 this cannot tilt. The rod spring 24 is therefore preferably supported, 26 in the area 40 of the support 36, 38 remote from the rail 10.

So that the hold-down device 18 cannot move away from the rail foot 15, goes from the rib plate 12 a stop 42, on which a longitudinal edge 44 of the hold-down 18 is present. From this edge 44 a section 46 starts, which is within a Elaboration of the rib plate 12 and the stop 42 extends and at least is partially covered so that lifting of the hold-down device 18 is excluded. The related construction forms a fuse 47, which is referred to as a second fuse becomes.

A (first) securing device 48 is also provided in the area on the foot side, which is used for lifting the hold-down 18 excludes. The hold-down device 18 has in its foot side Area a recess 50 with a section 52 which is transverse to the longitudinal direction of the Rail runs and forms inner boundary 53 of the recess 50. The section 52 is then from a portion 54 of the rib plate 12 or one of these outgoing web, which at the same time forms a stop 55 for the rail foot 15, covered.

According to the invention, fuses 47, 48 act on hold-down device 18 Exclude lifting of the hold-down device 18. At the same time is through the course or the Formation of the mutually assigned sections of the hold-down device 18 and on the other hand, the elaborations of both the stop 44 and the stop 54 or the ribbed plate 12 ensures that walking of the hold-down 18 in one Direction along the rail 10 is excluded, in the exemplary embodiment 1 in the drawing plane. Moving in the opposite direction is necessary be possible, namely when the hold-down device 18 is inserted or should be removed. So that in this case the protruding from the cheek 16 of the support bracket outgoing abutment 32 does not represent a disability, the Hold-down device 18 in this area has a further recess 56 within which the abutment 32 extends when the hold-down device 18 is in engagement with the Fuses 47, 48 arrives and is to be raised. The prerequisite for this is of course, that the bar springs 24, 26 have been loosened or removed beforehand.

Alternatively, there is the possibility that the hold-down device 18 is closed on the foot side (dashed area 58). The edge region 58 then delimits the recess 50, in which engages the first fuse 48 or the section 54 of the stop 55. There in in this case the dashed area 58 facing away from the rail on the section 54 is present, which thus acts as a stop, the rear stop 42 is unnecessary, so that as a result, the hold-down device 18 on the outer edge 60 of the rail remote from the Section 54 could end. This results in an even shorter and more compact one Unit.

A corresponding construction can be seen in FIGS. 3 and 4. Especially from 4 shows that the hold-down device 18 is transverse to the longitudinal direction the rail 10 can be made extremely short without the risk there is that the hold-down device 18 can tilt or move in an uncontrolled manner. At the same time however, it is ensured that the rail 10 is held down to the required extent becomes.

As can be seen in particular from the top view of FIG. 4, the hold-down device 18 has an oval recess running in the longitudinal direction of the running rail 10 in plan view 50 on that of the securing element having an L-shaped geometry in section 54 is penetrated, the longitudinal leg of which is perpendicular to the base plate 12 goes out and the cross leg parallel to the longitudinal direction of the rail 10th extends. The cross leg 55 has an external geometry, for example which corresponds to the opening or recess 50 by a largely flat Bearing both in the end region 57 and along the long sides 59 and 61 enable. This also ensures that uncontrolled movement of the hold-down device 18 is omitted.

When the hold-down device 18 is properly positioned between the cross leg 55 and the recess 50 remaining surface area 63 cannot with one shown insert must be filled in to additionally prevent hiking. At the In the absence of an insert, dirt deposits can have the same function.

Furthermore, it can be seen from the sectional view according to FIG. 3 that the hold-down device 18 in the Cut has a wedge-shaped geometry and on the one hand in its foot-facing Transverse edge area 66 and on the other hand is supported in the area of supports 36, 38, whereby additionally tilting due to unevenness of the base plate 12 or of the rail foot area in comparison to a flat hold-down device is excluded.

The top view of FIG. 4 further shows that the hold-down 18 in the area of Abutment 32 has a shoulder 68 to move in the longitudinal direction of the rail to enable when the hold-down device 18 is to be inserted or removed.
