Description

The invention relates to a detachable arrangement of a Functional part in a housing opening of a vacuum cleaner housing according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such a releasable arrangement of a functional part on a Vacuum cleaner housing is known from DE-A-43 35 993. At this known arrangement is one that forms the functional part square discharge grille in one width direction larger than the clear width of a provided on the vacuum cleaner housing Dimension the housing opening. This can be used for this outlet grille with its two correspondingly opposite Edge edges of the housing wall containing the housing opening Reach in under the vacuum cleaner housing. In the area of one too lower edge of the housing opening is a separate spring element provided. When inserting the outlet grille the first one is in the housing opening Edge inserted under a boundary edge. there meets the corresponding edge of the outlet grille Spring element. Against the spring force of this spring element the outlet grille pushed so far into the housing opening, until its opposite other edge on one Boundary edge opposite boundary edge past can be pressed into the housing opening. Through the The outlet grille then becomes spring force of the spring element moved against the direction of insertion until the other edge meets a stop part. In this Position reach under the two edges of the outlet grille the corresponding boundary edges of the housing opening. Because the outlet grille by the spring force in this Position is held, it can no longer out of the housing opening fall out.

The invention has for its object a releasable arrangement a functional part of the type described above to further develop that it for the secure mounting of the functional part no separate spring element in the housing opening requirement.

The task is solved by the in the license plate of claim 1 specified features. The bouncy trained area can in the manufacture of the functional part be created, as is the corresponding one Support part. This eliminates both the corresponding Material costs as well as the manufacturing costs for one separate spring element. In addition, there are no additional ones Assembly costs for such a separate spring element.

Both the spring function and the locking function can be summarized in that mutually at least on one side edge of the functional part and the this side edge corresponding boundary edge of the Housing opening opposite one another in the release direction of the functional part inclined contact surface Projection and a contour corresponding to the projection Depression is provided, the side edge and / or the boundary edge in the area of the projection or the Depression are resilient.

Because the contact surface is also opposite to the insertion direction of the functional part in the housing opening wedge-shaped is inclined, the effort when Inserting the functional part into the housing opening is reduced.

Advantageously, the resilient area can also at least on one of the edges under the boundary Holding elements may be provided.

The functional part is securely seated in the housing opening with such a formation of the functional part achieved that the two gripped by the holding elements Boundary edges each assigned a stop member and the distance between them is opposite Stop members equal or slightly smaller than that Distance between the outer edges of the two holding elements in in a relaxed state.

The invention is described in more detail below on the basis of an exemplary embodiment shown in the drawing.
It shows:
FIG. 1
an arrangement of a blow-out grille on a vacuum cleaner housing in a perspective view,
FIG 2
1 shows a top view of the arrangement of a discharge grille according to FIG. 1,
FIG 3

With 1 a part of a vacuum cleaner housing is referred to the top of which a housing opening 2 is provided, the can be covered by means of a discharge grille 3. The rectangular trained discharge grille 3 points to its two Narrow sides as holding elements compared to the actual one Lattice body 4 of the outlet grille 3 protrudes equally far Neck strips 5a and 5b. When in use Blow out grilles 3 reach under these attachment strips 5a and 5b the corresponding boundary edges 6 of the housing opening 2 and thus hold the outlet grille 3 in the housing opening 2. So that the attachment strips 5a and 5b the boundary edges 6 can reach under, is the distance 7 between the outer edges the extension strips 5a and 5b larger than that Opening width 8 of the housing opening 2. The length 9 of the grid body 4 is at least around the opening width 8 Width 10 of an extension bar 5a or 5b is shorter. At the Inserting the outlet grille 3 in the housing opening 2 the one extension bar 5a so far under the corresponding Boundary edge 6 of the housing opening 2 pushed until the lattice body 4 raised in relation to the attachment strips 5a and 5b abuts the boundary edge 6 of the housing opening 2. In this position can then be when pushing in the outlet grille 3 in the housing opening 2, the other extension bar 5b at the corresponding boundary edge 6 of the housing opening 2 to be led past. Then the outlet grille 3 must be on the side be moved so that the other attachment bar 5b engages under corresponding boundary edge 6. The move the outlet grille 3 is carried out automatically by appropriate Spring forces.

In the embodiment shown in Figures 1 and 2 for this purpose on the two long sides 11 of the housing opening 2 a resilient region 13 is formed by incisions 12. In the center of this area 13, that of the center of the housing opening 2 corresponds to a triangular cross section Well 14 provided. Likewise, in the middle of the Lattice body 4 on the opposite of which the holding elements 5a and 5b narrow sides by 90 ° or approximately 90 ° angled long sides 15 each in cross section also formed triangular projection 16. This Projection 16 also runs from the inside to Top of the outlet grille 3 rising wedge-shaped. When inserting the outlet grille 3 into the housing opening 2 is, as already mentioned, the one stop bar 5a under the corresponding boundary edge 6 of the housing opening 2 pushed and then the outlet grille into the housing opening 2 pushed in. In this position it is on the long side 15 of the grid body 4 provided projection 16 with respect to depression 14 lying centrally to the housing opening 2 laterally shifted something. The protrusion 16 thus hits when it is pushed in the outlet grille 3 in the housing opening 2 at one from the bottom 17 of the recess 14 lying laterally Place on one wall 18 of the recess 14. By the when inserting the outlet grille 3 into the housing opening 2 on this pressure, the long side 11 of the Housing opening 2 in the resilient area 13 somewhat outwards pressed so that the projection 16 into the recess 14th can slide. Due to the wedge-shaped course of the projection 16 will push the same into the recess facilitated.

When pushing the outlet grille 3 into the housing opening 2 must also by appropriate lateral pressure on the Blow-out grille 3 whose grille body 4 is in contact with the corresponding boundary edge 6 of the housing opening 2 be held so that the other extension bar 5b on the relevant boundary edge 6 can be passed. If this has happened, then the outlet grille 3 is released and the projection 16 is by the spring back of the Long sides 11 of the housing opening 2 in the respective recess 14 centered. The outlet grille 3 becomes corresponding laterally shifted so that the other attachment bar 5b, the corresponding boundary edge 6 of the housing opening 2 reaches under. Then the outlet grille 3 through the projections 16 centered in the recesses 14 in secured in its installation position.

The discharge grille 3 is released by a side to this pressure. As targets to exercise of this pressure are on the top of the outlet grille 3 Finger depressions 19 formed. By such a side Pressure slide the projections 16 on the inclined surfaces of the Wells 14 along so that it becomes a lateral Displacement of the outlet grille 3 comes up to the other Extension bar 5b no longer engages under the boundary edge 6. When the projections 16 slide along the depressions 14 are the long sides 11 in their resilient Area 13 expanded accordingly outwards. Through the Tension of the resilient area 13, the outlet grille 3, if it is shifted sideways enough out of the Housing opening 2 pushed out.

In the embodiment of Figures 3 and 4 is on one Neck bar 5a through an arcuate cutout 20 resilient bracket 21 formed. Inside the vacuum cleaner housing 1 are the boundary edges 6 stop members 22nd and 23 assigned. The clear distance 24 of these stop members 22 and 23 is the same size or advantageously slightly smaller than the distance 7 between the outer edges the attachment strips 5a and 5b selected. When inserting the outlet grille 3 in the housing opening 2 with this one extension bar 5a under the corresponding boundary edge 6 of the housing opening 2 inserted. It hits the resilient bracket 21 on the one stop member 22. By lateral pressure on the outlet grille 3 is the resilient Bracket 21 deformed and tensioned. As a result of the deformation of the resilient bracket 21, the outlet grille 3 opposite the housing opening 2 are moved so far that it with its other attachment bar 5b at the corresponding boundary edge 6 of the housing opening 2 pressed into it can be. Then the outlet grille 3 through the Tension of the resilient bracket 21 laterally shifted so that the other attachment bar 5b also engages under the boundary edge 6 and finally on the other stop member 23 for Facility is coming. Since the clear distance 24 between the stop members 22 and 23 the distance 7 between the outer edges of the Approach strips 5a and 5b corresponds to the outlet grille 3 secured in its position against lateral displacement and is by the attachment strips below the boundary edge 6 5a and 5b held in the housing opening 2. Will the clear distance 24 between the stop members 22 and 23rd slightly smaller than the distance 7 between the outer edges of the Neck strips 5a and 5b selected, then the resilient remains Bracket 21 a little tense and keeps the outlet grille 3 its shoulder strips 5a and 5b in contact with the stop members 22 and 23. This will make the exhaust grate rattle 3 prevented.

The discharge grille 3 is released again by appropriate lateral pressure on the same so that this against the yielding resilient bracket 21 to the side is moved until the other attachment bar 5b the boundary edge 6 no longer reaches under and the outlet grille 3 so that can be removed from the housing opening 2.

Repeated loosening and insertion of the outlet grille 3 may be required if this is one of the Normal discharge direction deviating from the grille area. owns. It can then by turning the outlet grille 3 Blow direction can be changed.
