Description

The invention relates to a tank system for the preparation of the drilling fluid from bores as part of a drilling system.

Tank systems of conventional land drilling rigs are known which consist of two or more rectangular tanks in which the mud is prepared and stored for days. Either rectangular tanks or silos are used to store the reserve flush. A disadvantage of such tank systems is the fact that the solids that are contained in the flushing settle in the corners of the rectangular tanks and they therefore have to be cleaned before changing the flushing and before converting the drilling rigs. In addition to the high expenditure of time required for this, the settling of the solids leads to the fact that the flushing is no longer homogeneous to a considerable extent and that the usable tank volume is reduced. Rectangular tanks are used in particular where transportability is necessary for drilling rigs. Furthermore, the connection of rectangular tanks to one another is complicated and time-consuming.

The invention is based on the object of developing a flushing tank system in which on the one hand the aforementioned disadvantages, such as settling of the solids, high cleaning effort and reduced homogeneity of the flushing, are prevented and on the other hand simple and easy to transport.

The object is achieved in that round tanks are arranged on container slides, the upper part of which is cylindrical and the lower part of which is conical. The arrangement of the tanks on container slides advantageously ensures that they can be transported just as easily as rectangular tanks according to the prior art. Another advantage of the arrangement of the round tanks is that there is space in the area of the conical part, for example for high-pressure lines, distributors, pumps (centrifugal pumps, charge pumps, etc.) and valves.

In addition, another advantage is that the tanks can be made of lighter steel of the same material quality. The tanks are advantageously self-cleaning, which means that neither shovels nor hoses and no personnel are required for cleaning work. Tanks designed in this way reduce the costs of flushing, since almost the entire capacity of the flushing tanks can be used. With the advantageous structural design, short assembly and dismantling times are also achieved.

The tanks arranged on the container carriage are designed as shaking sieve tanks or as mixing or rinsing mixing tanks. The advantage of this arrangement is that, depending on requirements, tanks that meet special requirements can be used with little effort and efficiently.

Agitators are arranged in the tanks. Homogenization of the rinsing liquid is thus advantageously achieved. It also prevents solids from settling.

Baffles are arranged in the tanks, which advantageously contribute to better mixing of the rinsing liquid.

The tanks are completely closed. Advantageously, e.g. a special cover is no longer required for an oil flush.

Several containers are combined to form a system unit, in particular stacked, arranged, and their lines are designed so that they can be coupled directly to one another. It is thus advantageously achieved that the container carriage with different tanks such as shaking sieve tanks and mixing tanks can be arranged side by side or one above the other in a space-saving manner without having to install complex hose connections between the containers. As a result, other special containers can also be arranged on the flushing tank system. In such containers, facilities such as solids removal equipment, Degasser equipment, motors of the agitators, power and control units as well as measuring devices for rinsing control are located.

An embodiment is shown in Figures 1 and 2. FIG. 1 shows the side view of a flushing tank system, FIG. 2 shows the top view of a flushing tank system.

Zwischen Leitblech und Tankwandung befinden sich Durchlässe, durch die Teile der Spülungsflüssigkeit strömen kann, sodaß Ablagerungen im Bereich des Übergangs zwischen Leitblech und Tankwandung vermieden werden.FIG. 1 shows a total of several container modules with round tanks 5, 6, the upper part of which is cylindrical and the lower part of which is conical. The round tanks are arranged on container slides 2, 3. The shaker skid 2 comprises four tanks 5 with a diameter of 3.0 m, a height of 3.0 m and 12.5 m 3 capacity per tank. On the slide 3 with the suction / mixing tanks there are a total of five tanks, four of them tanks 6 with the same dimensions as the tanks 5 and a pill tank 4 (1.8 m in diameter, 2.1 m in height, 4 m 3 capacity). The total volume of the flushing tank system is 108 m 3 . In each of the tanks 5, 6, a rinsing agitator 1 arranged in the middle is installed. Baffles (not shown) are arranged in the tanks 4, 5, 6 for better mixing of the rinsing liquid. The baffles are arranged vertically, oriented radially to the tank axis. There are passages between the baffle and the tank wall through which parts of the flushing liquid can flow, so that deposits in the area of the transition between the baffle and the tank wall are avoided.

Under the conical part of the tanks 4, 5, 6, the free space can be used for the high pressure lines and distributions as well as for pump 7 (centrifugal pumps, charge pumps, valves, etc.).

Additional containers 12 can be placed on the flushing tank system. In these upper containers, which are attached to the lower ones, there are solids removal equipment (shale shakers and desilters), degasser equipment, power distribution and the system for the control and mud logging of the flushing (measuring device for flushing control). The upper containers can be reached via a staircase 13.

Die in Figur 2 dargestellten Luken 10 dienen der Inspektion der einzelnen Tanks 4, 5, 6.The rinsing tanks are connected to each other with 12 '' lines 8, which are each installed on the floor. However, 10 '' or 8 '' lines can also be installed and connected. All tanks are completely closed at the top, so that, for example, a special cover is not required for an oil flush. The covered washing trough 11 leads past the shaker screen into the individual tanks. A ring line 9 is installed in the frame of the container carriage 2, 3. The flushing tank system consists of four containers that are suitable for road transport, including all high-pressure lines and other accessories. The hatches 10 shown in FIG. 2 serve to inspect the individual tanks 4, 5, 6.
