Abstract

Bei einem elektrischen Hochspannungs-Leistungsschalter mit zwei Kontaktstücken (1, 2) und mit wenigstens einem Gasabströmkanal (17) für durch den Lichtbogen erhitztes Löschgas sowie mit einer Kühleinrichtung (12) zur Kühlung des Löschgases, die aus einem im Strömungsweg des Löschgases angeordneten Metallkörper (12) mit Durchtrittsöffnungen (18) besteht, ist innerhalb des Gasabströmkanals (17) von den Kontaktstücken (1, 2) aus gesehen vor dem Metallkörper (12) ein löschgasundurchlässiger Isolierstoffkörper (13, 14) aus einem bei hohen Temperaturen Löschgas abgebenden Material (PTFE) angeordnet, und der Isolierstoffkörper (13, 14) ist von dem Metallkörper (12) soweit beabstandet, daß das Löschgas im wesentlichen auf der gesamten Oberfläche des Metallkörpers (12) durch die Durchtrittsöffnungen (18) hindurchtreten kann.
