Abstract

A femoral prosthesis for re-implantation comprising a conical middle-distal stem (11) having high fins (14a) alternating with low fins (14b), wherein the spaces between the fins each have a concave bottom surface (15).
The prosthesis, moreover, has a proximal portion (12) with a wedge-shaped transverse cross-section and steps (16) affecting the external surface and the side surfaces of the portion.
