Abstract

Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, durch querverlaufende Sprossen zumindest einer Sprossenreihe zwischen den beiden Wangen eine stabile Basiskonstruktion des Stuhls sicherzustellen und an diesen Sprossen die in unterschiedliche Höhenpositionen zwischen diese einzufügenden Elemente des Stuhles zu sichern, wobei sich infolge der Schrägstellung der Wangen verschiedene, in den Unteransprüchen angegebene Lösungsmöglichkeiten der Befestigung ergeben. In Fig. 1 ist ein Kinderhochstuhl dargestellt, der im wesentlichen aus zwei parallelen Wangen 1a und 1b besteht, die an einem Querverbindungsbrett 2 zwischen zwei Fußholmen 4a und 4b befestigt sind. Die Wangen verlaufen schräg nach oben, und zwar nach hinten geneigt, so daß in etwa ein Winkel von 80° zwischen Fußholm 4a bzw. 4b und der entsprechenden Wange 1a oder 1b an der hinteren Seite gegeben ist. Unten sind die Wangen 1a und 1b an dem Querverbindungsbrett 2 festgeschraubt und durch Stützteile 3a und 3b an den Vorderseiten verstärkt, so daß auch die Verbindung an dem Brett stärkste Belastungen aushält und somit der als Kinderstuhl konzipierte Hochstuhl auch von Erwachsenen bedenkenlos genutzt werden kann. Erfindungsgemäß sind zwischen den beiden Wangen 1a und 1b, wie dies auch aus Fig. 2, in der der gleiche Stuhl von der Rückseite her dargestellt ist, Sprossen 6 querverlaufend vorgesehen, und zwar in einem bestimmten Raster, das so gewählt ist, daß beispielsweise bei einem Durchmesser von 19 mm runder Sprossen 6 ein Abstand zwischen den benachbarten Sprossen von ca. 21 mm gegeben ist. Die Sprossenreihe ist dabei in das letzte Drittel nach hinten verlegt angeordnet und gleichförmig ausgebildet. Die beiden Wangen sind also fest miteinander verbunden. Oben sind die beiden Wangen 1a und 1b durch einen Rückenlehnenabschlußteil 5 miteinander verbunden, der auch entfallen kann, wenn die Sprossen 6 bis oben hin weitergeführt werden. Die Sprossen 6 sind über einen sehr weiten Verstellbereich angeordnet. Zwischen die Sprossen kann ein Sitzelement 10 oder auch ein Fußelement 13 geschoben werden, das gegenüber dem Sitzelement verlängert ist, oder aber auch als Sitzelement dienen kann, wenn das Sitzelement 10 entfernt wird. Bei der Ausführungsform nach den Fig. 1 und 2 wird davon ausgegangen, daß die Tiefenabmessung bzw. die Überstände des Sitzelementes 10 bzw. des Fußelementes 13 konstant gegenüber der Sprosse sind. Die Breite des Sitzteiles ist in der Darstellungsform so gewählt, daß diese der lichten Weite zwischen den Wangen 1a und 1b entspricht. Wie weiterhin aus der Darstellung in Fig. 1 und Fig. 2 ersichtlich ist, ist an der Unterseite des Sitz- 10 bzw. Fußelementes 13 eine querverlaufende Stützwand 12 bzw. 15 vorgesehen, die breiter ist als das Sitz- bzw. Fußelement und auf der Stirnseite 35 der Wangen 1a und 1b aufliegt. Zwischen der Stützwand 12 bzw. 15 und der Unterseite ist jeweils eine sich nach vorn erstreckende Stützwand 11 bzw. 14 vorgesehen, die als Verstärkungsrippe die Sitzfläche bzw. Auftrittsfläche des Sitz- 10 bzw. Fußelementes 13 verstärkt und so die Sitzfläche in sich stabilisiert. Die Befestigung des Sitzelementes 10 bzw. Fußelementes 13 wird später anhand der Fig. 3 näher erläutert. Zur Befestigung ist ein Sicherungsteil 16 bzw. 17 rückseitig dem Sitz- 10 oder Fußelement 13 untergreifend vorgesehen, der mit der zugeordneten Stützwand 12 bzw. 15 verschraubt ist, zu welchem Zwecke Bohrungen 18 und 19 in dem Sicherungsteil 16 bzw. 17 vorgesehen sind. Im oberen Bereich der Wangen 1a und 1b sind seitlich Holme 7a und 7b vorgesehen, an denen ein Spieltisch 8 befestigt ist. Die Holme 7a und 7b bilden zugleich Armlehnen und sind in, an die runde Form dieser Holme 7a und 7b angepaßte Nuten in den Wangen 1a und 1b eingelegt und mittels Schrauben 20 befestigt. Um den Sitz für Kleinkinder nutzen zu können, ist es erforderlich, daß ein Sicherungsriemen 9 zwischen dem Spieltisch 8 und dem Sitzteil 10 zwischengefügt wird.
