Abstract

Improved doll,a configuration being adopted inside the doll allowing an electronic circuit -1- to be included therein and essentially comprising a connector -2- located at the doll's back, this connector being operated with a pushbutton, and a plurality of sensors -5- located at different parts of the doll's anatomy, and only one of these sensors is randomly operative while the others are operated by touch so that upon their operation a sound of a greater intensity than that produced by the pushbutton switch-2- would be released.Selectien of a new sound with a second touch will release a different sound, heard for some time, after which the original sound would again be heard.
The operation of sensors -5- activates a synthetised sound source which after going through the conforming filters making up the nature of said sound is reaching an amplifier and hence to the loudspeaker -6-converting the sounds into audible.

Description

  • The present invention as disclosed hereinafter in this description comprises an improved doll and more particularly a doll with sounding effects capable of reproducing a baby's cry in two differently intensified versions and also of simulating the baby's laughter, all that in response to a plurality of sensors integrated in an electronic circuit included inside the doll's body which are activated by the little boy or girl playing with the doll.
  • Essentially the doll object of the present invention, preferably shows a baby and the incorporated circuit is fed by a battery set and is susceptible of being activated with a pushbutton switch located at the doll's back area and a fully electronic loudspeaker for hearing the produced sounds based on the sound synthesis is a part of the doll.
  • To facilitate still mare easily the understanding of the description of the present invention, a drawing set is attached, wherein.
    • Figure 1 shows a front and rear, external double view of the doll in the present invention;
    • Figure 2 shows a side and sectioned view of the same doll, illustrating also the electronic circuit included inside the doll.
    • Figure 3 is a wiring diagram of the electronic circuit making up the doll's sounding effects.
    • Figure 4 is a block diagram of the same circuit.

       A suitable configuration is adopted inside the doll to make space for including the electronic circuit-1- which essentially comprises a conector -2-located at the doll's back. the operation of the connector being performed by depressing a pushbutton fitted thereon and a plurality of sensors -5- located at different parts of the doll's anatomy, only one of these sensors will ransomly be operative while the others are activated by touch, the operation of the sensors thereby will release a sound of greater intensity than that produced by the pushbutton switch-2-. Selection of a new sensor, by means of a second touch will release a different sound heard for some time, after which the original will again be heard.
  • Upon operating the sensors-5- a synthetised sound source -12- is activated which after going through the conforming filters -13- making up the nature of said sound, is reaching the amplifier -14- and hence to the loudspeaker -6- making the sound audible.
  • The practical embodiment set out hereinafter will help to definitely understand clearly the object and scope of the present invention.
  • The doll is kept connected by depressing the switch located at the doll's back, the electronic circuit remaining now ready for operation and releasing a weak sound pretending to be a cry, apparently showing the existence in the doll of a small pain or malaise.
  • The playing boy or girl will immediately touch the sensors distributed along the doll's anatomy and on doing this in the already activated sensor, the sound pretending to be a cry is sensibly intensified revealing thereby this part to be the one which has to be operated immediately.
  • With a new touch flow on the same sensor, eventually using also a cream, the sound produced is modified and a new sound is released in this case imitating now a laughter kept for a time to return again thereafter to the original sound.

Claims (3)

  1. Improved doll, essentially characterized in that a conventional baby shade is adopted and an electronic circuit fed by a battery set is incorporated within the doll, being provided in the doll's body the arrangement of an enclosure for the batteries and also a pushbutton switch for activating the circuit.
  2. Improved doll, according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a loudspeaker located at the doll's body internal wall and a synthetised voice circuit therethrough incorporated to the electronic circuit is made audible.
  3. Improved doll, according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that a succession of sensors connected to the sound circuit are incorporated and distributed at several points in the doll, the operation by touch of the sound circuit activating a synthetised sound source which on going through the conforming filters modifies the sounds released by the doll's loudspeaker converting these sounds in other new ones alternating with the former.
