Nach § 6 Abs. 2 des Entwurfs der Österreichischen Verpackungsverordnung ist für Verpackungen mit einem Füllvolumen von 100 ml und mehr grundsätzlich eine Rückgabepflicht vorgesehen, befreit sind lediglich Beutel, Säcke, Folienverpackungen und sonstige Verpackungen als flächigen, flexiblen Packstoffen mit einem sehr niedrigen spezifischen Gewicht. Es ist daher abzusehen, daß die vorstehend geschilderte bekannte Öko-Verpackung alsbald ebenfalls der Rückgabepflicht unterliegen wird.The packaging regulations are becoming stricter.
