Abstract

Erfindungsgemäß ist ein quadratisches Kopfkissen geschaffen, das ohne Änderung des Gesamt-Liegeeindrucks von seinem Benutzer jeweils hinsichtlich des Schenkels des Füllkörpers angeordnet werden kann, der die gewünschte Abstützung erbringt. Die quadratische Grundform des Kissens beinhaltet keine bevorzugte lagemäßige Anordnung des Kissens mehr. Unabhängig davon, welche lagemäßige Anordnung gewählt wird, bleibt der Gesamteindruck im Hinblick auf die Grundrißgestalt des Kissens erhalten. Dadurch, daß auch in zumindest einem Querschenkel eine Einlage einliegt, können vier in ihrer Härte unterschiedliche Einlagen vorgesehen sein. Hierzu zählt auch die Maßnahme, in einen Quer- bzw. Längsschenkel keine Einlage vorzusehen. Der Benutzer hat die Möglichkeit, zwischen vier verschiedenen Härteeindrücken auszuwählen. In weiterer Ausgestaltung ist vorgesehen, daß der Härtegrad der Schenkel umlaufend zunehmend bzw. abnehmend ausgebildet ist. Dies bedeutet, daß bei einem Wechsel der dem Nacken eines Benutzers zugeordneten Seitenkante bzw. des dem Nacken zugeordneten Schenkel des Füllkörpers jeweils ein nächsthöherer oder nächstniedrigerer Härtegrad der Einlage bzw. des Schenkels des Füllkörpers gegeben ist. Eine Änderung in der Anordnung kann damit sehr einfach vorgenommen werden. Gestalterisch ist im einzelnen bevorzugt so vorgegangen, daß die Einlagen, die in mindestens dreien der Schenkel des Füllkörpers einliegen, mit schräg angeschnittenen Ecken aneinander angrenzend ausgebildet sind. Die Füllkörper sind so jeweils bis an die Enden der jeweiligen Schenkel gefüllt. Es ist ein kontinuierlicher Übergang zu dem nächsten Schenkel des Füllkörpers gegeben. Mit Ausnahme zu demjenigen Schenkel, der die härteste Einlage aufweist, bzw. in dem sich keine Einlage befindet, jeweils zu einer Seite hin. In weiterer Ausgestaltung ist bevorzugt vorgesehen, daß die Einlagen durch unterschiedlich hart eingestellten Schaumstoff gebildet sind. Es kann grundsätzlich Schaumstoff der gleichen Ausgangsart, bspw. Polyurethanschaumstoff, verwendet werden. Durch unterschiedlich harte Einstellung beim Schäumen können so die verschiedenen Einlagen gebildet werden. Darüber hinaus sieht die Erfindung bevorzugt auch vor, daß das Kissen in seinem mittleren Bereich, in seinem Inneren des quadratisch ausgebildeten Füllkörpers, durch vier Verbindungsmittel, vorzugsweise Polsterheftknöpfe, zusammengehalten ist.
