Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a nozzle spinning device with an injector nozzle and a swirl nozzle, of which at least one comprises a cylindrical channel with a nozzle insert arranged at the beginning and transverse bores which open tangentially into the channel and extend obliquely to the direction of the thread.
Such a nozzle spinning device is known for example from EP-A 0321 885. There, a nozzle body is shown with two nozzles, each of which has a nozzle insert. The nozzle insert protrudes into a cylindrical channel, i.e. the outlet opening of the nozzle insert is lower than the end of the cylindrical channel. The tangential bores now open into this cavity formed in this way. This is to ensure that a rotating air layer is first formed before the fiber mass, in particular the edge fibers, are caught by the air. However, it has now been found that this arrangement, which has proven itself well for the so-called single-nozzle system, is less suitable for a nozzle spinning device with two nozzles and the thread tension is reduced. However, for the yarn strength and the uniformity of the yarn produced, it is important that the thread tension does not go below a certain level.
The object of the invention is to improve a nozzle device of the type mentioned above in such a way that a rotating air layer is formed and at the same time a sufficiently high thread tension is achieved.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features of patent claim 1.
In-depth studies have shown that an air chamber is not necessarily required, in which a rotating air layer is first formed, which then detects the edge or wrapping fibers.
It is an essential advantage of the invention that a higher thread tension is generated in the channel of the nozzles if there is a step at the beginning of the nozzle and the cross bores below this step open into the nozzle channel, so that the yarn produced has a uniform winding around the edge fibers has high yarn tenacity.
- FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section through the nozzle housing of an injector nozzle and a swirl nozzle,
- FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment according to FIG. 1,
- Figure 3 is a partial section of a swirl nozzle and
- Figure 4 is a partial section of the nozzle insert in the channel.
In Figure 1, an injector nozzle 1 and a
Although the diameter of the nozzle insert 6 and the
The
In Figure 4, the lower end of the nozzle insert 6 in the channel 5 (or 5 ') is now shown in partial section. As can be seen, the distance between the lowermost part of the
