Querlaufende Nuten 9.1 auf der Vorderseite der Sperrbacken 9 dienen zur Auf­nahme je eines der Steuerstege 21 am Steuerglied 17. Das Steuerglied 17 steht unter dem Vorspanndruck der Druckfeder 19 in seiner äussersten Ausschiebestellung, die durch den Eingriff des Führungsblocks 20 (Fig. 4) in die erste Führungsnute 16 gegeben ist. Die Sperrbacken 9 befinden sich dabei in ihrer Blockierstellung, in welcher sie über die Gehäuse­aussenflächen hinausragen. Der Führungsblock 20 am Steuerglied 17 bewegt sich da­bei in der ersten Führungsnute 16 abwärts, die Sperrbacken 9 gelangen an die Anschlagfläche 25 und die Druckfeder 19 wird zusammengedrückt. In dieser Stellung der Bestandteile des Sperrschlosses 3 ist letzteres in der C-Schiene frei längsbe­weglich und kann in jede beliebige Höhenstellung gebracht wer­den.
