Abstract

The sheath of the inner core has an air permeability of less than 3 ISO units. The outer sheath has a front segment to be lit and a rear mouth-side segment; the front ignition-side segment of the outer sheath contains conventional glow salts and has an air permeability of 15 to 40 ISO units and the rear mouth-side segment of the outer sheath contains no glow salts and has an air permeability of less than 3 ISO units.

Neben den Werten für die drei erfindungsgemäßen Koaxialcigaretten 1, 2 und 3 sind in Figur 2 auch die Kohlenmonoxid-Gehalte für drei Koaxial­cigaretten 4, 5 und 6 dargestellt, die nicht den oben angegebenen Para­metern genügen; es handelt sich also um Koaxialcigaretten, die eben­falls einen Innenkern mit Umhüllung, einen Außenkern und die beiden äußeren Umhüllungen haben, jedoch in Bezug auf die Spezifikationen außerhalb der beanspruchten Bereiche liegen. Claims (15)

1. Koaxialcigarette
a) mit einem Innenkern aus einem weitgehend rückstandsfrei verglimmen­den Material, insbesondere Tabakmaterial,
b) mit einer Umhüllung für den Innenkern,
c) mit einem den Innenkern bzw. seine Umhüllung koaxial umgebenden Außenmantel aus einem Tabak- und/oder nicht Tabakmaterial, und
d) mit einer Umhüllung für den Außenmantel,
gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:
e) der Durchmesser des Innenkerns (12) liegt im Bereich von 45 % bis 80 % des Außendurchmessers der Koaxialcigarette (10);
f) der Innenkern (12) hat eine Packungsdichte im Bereich von 300 bis 400 mg/cm³;
g) die Umhüllung (14) des Innenkerns (12) hat eine Luftdurchlässigkeit von weniger als 3 ISO-Einheiten;
h) der Außenmantel (16) hat eine Packungsdichte im Bereich von 170 bis 250 mg/cm³;
i) die äußere Umhüllung (18) weist ein vorderes, anzuzündenes Segment (18a) und ein hinteres, mundseitiges Segment (18b) auf;
j) das vordere, anzündungsseitige Segment (18a) der äußeren Umhüllung (18) enthält konventionelle Glimmsalze und hat eine Luftdurchlässig­keit von 15 bis 40 ISO-Einheiten; und
k) das hintere, mundseitige Segement (18b) der äußeren Umhüllung (18) enthält keine Glimmsalze und hat eine Luftdurchlässigkeit von weni­ger als 3 ISO-Einheiten.1. Coaxial cigarette

Koaxialcigarette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenkern (12) und/oder der Außenmantel (16) konventionelle Tabakmi­schungen und/oder andere brennbare oder durch Hitze zersetzbare Ma­terialien enthalten.2.
