- such container units are very large, z. B. with a capacity of 1000 l and more (see. DE-GM 88 07 118).
- the film bubble makes it easy to use the outer container multiple times. It is also arranged for disposal reasons.
- the load-bearing outer container can be used several times if after each use the film bubble to be disposed of, which can contain remnants of environmentally harmful liquids, is removed and disposed of in accordance with regulations. In such a case, it is not necessary to laboriously clean or decontaminate the interior of the outer container. It goes without saying that precautions must be taken to ensure that the film bubble does not leak after it has taken up the liquid or powdered filling material.
- the outer container is a barrel.
- the inner container is called an insert bag and is connected to the bung in the drum lid. This leads to problems at least if the wall of the insert container is not connected to the inner wall of the barrel. There is a risk that the insert bag will tear off the bung opening and its contents will be emptied into the interior of the barrel.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a container assembly for the transport and storage of liquid or powdery contents, - with a supporting outer container made of thermoplastic material and an inner container designed as a film bubble, which is adapted to the interior of the outer container, the outer container in its container jacket in the area of the bottom an outlet pipe socket with an external thread for a lid or for the connection of fittings and in its container lid has a container lid opening of large caliber compared to the outlet pipe socket, which can be closed, and the film bubble can be filled with the filling material and can be supported on the outer container in the filled state . - In general, such container units are very large, z. The load-bearing outer container can be used several times if after each use the film bubble to be disposed of, which can contain remnants of environmentally harmful liquids, is removed and disposed of in accordance with regulations. In such a case, it is not necessary to laboriously clean or decontaminate the interior of the outer container. It goes without saying that precautions must be taken to ensure that the film bubble does not leak after it has taken up the liquid or powdered filling material.
In a known container assembly (DE-OS 22 55 299) the outer container is a barrel. The inner container is called an insert bag and is connected to the bung in the drum lid. This leads to problems at least if the wall of the insert container is not connected to the inner wall of the barrel. There is a risk that the insert bag will tear off the bung opening and its contents will be emptied into the interior of the barrel. In a container of a different type, namely in a folding container with a passage opening for the outlet nozzle of an inner bag (DE-AS 12 78 335), the inner bag has an outlet nozzle which is arranged in the upper region of the folding container and passes through the opening there. It can be clamped there and consequently also tear off.
In contrast, the invention has for its object to further develop a container assembly of the construction described above so that an uncontrolled emptying of the inner container into the outer container is practically no longer possible with the stresses that usually occur during transport or storage.
To achieve this object, the invention teaches that the film bubble has a suction nozzle which can be fixed on the outer edge of the outlet pipe socket and closed by a valve screwed onto the outlet pipe socket and can be opened for the purpose of emptying, and that the filling element is completely or partially filled with the filling material Foil bubble is arranged with its top free of the container lid opening in the outer container. It is understood that the film bubble is introduced into the outer container via the container lid opening. - The teaching of the invention can be implemented in various ways in detail. An embodiment, which is characterized by simplicity and functional reliability, is characterized in that the film bubble has only a single opening in the form of the hose connector assigned to the outlet pipe connector, arranged for the purpose of filling in the collapsed, largely evacuated state in the outer container and above the outlet connector and the hose connector can be filled. But there is also the possibility of making the arrangement so that the film bubble has an upper filling opening which can be connected to the container lid opening for the purpose of filling and then closed and removed from the container lid opening.

The container assemblies shown in the figures are intended for the transport and storage of liquid or powdery contents. The basic structure includes a load-bearing
The
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 4 and 5, the
