Das Handling in teils vollautomatischen Abfüll­betrieben und letztlich der Endverbraucher verlangen sichere und einfache Handhabung, was die Verschlußtech­nik betrifft. Hierzu sind viele Behältnisse, wie Dosen, Flaschen und dergleichen mit Abreiß- oder Öffnungs­streifen im Handel, welche ein leichtes Öffnen ermögli­chen. Nachteilig bei diesen Deckeln ist teilweise das Fehlen eines nach Abriß vorhandenen und dichten Wie­derverschlusses. Auch ist durch den Abriß und evtl. Kerben und Schwächungslinien die Belastbarkeit und Dichtigkeit eingeschränkt. Es sind Deckel mit daran angebrachten Abzugslaschen oder Stegen bekannt, bei welchen die sogenannten Stege und Laschen als Abnahme­hilfe dienen. Claims (7)

1. Behälter aus Kunststoff mit Öffnungsvorrich­tung, bestehend aus einem den Behälter (1) über­deckenden Deckel (2) mit Deckfläche (7) und Rand (6) und den Behälterrand (1a) untergreifenden Raster (3) und damit über Drehpunkt (5a) verbundenen Hebelfortsatz (5) und Hebel (4) dadurch gekennzeich­net, daß die achsiale Länge des Hebels (4) größer ist als die radiale Breite des Hebelfortsatzes (5) und daß die Wandung des Hebels (4) und Hebelfort­satzes (5) sowie des Rasters (3) und des Randes (6) ein Doppeltes oder Mehrfaches des Drehpunktes (5a) beträgt, und daß der Hebel (4) und Hebelfortsatz (5) und Raster (3) durch Teilungen (8) durchbrochen sind und nur über Drehpunkt (5a) verbunden sind.1.
