Description

Die Erfindung betrifft zunächst ein Polster oder derglei­chen gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1. Solche Pol­ster sind z.B. in Form Eines Sitzkissens, Auflagen für Liegemöbel, Matratzen, Autositzen, Ringkissen für medi­zinische Zwecke und dergleichen bekannt (siehe z.B. US-PS 2 997 100). Der Polstereffekt besteht hier in einem ent­sprechend dem Gewicht der darauf sitzenden Person mehr oder weniger starken Zusammendrücken der Schaumstoffeinlage. Aus DE-PS 850062 kennt man eine Polsterung mit Federein­lage, wobei der von der Federeinlage eingenommene Raum mittels eines luftdichten Kunststoff- oder Gummibezuges luftdicht verschlossen ist. Hiermit soll das darin einge­schlossene Luftvolumen als zusätzliches Polster wirken. Ein solches Polster ist aber nicht mit der nachstehend erläuterten Kombination der Erfindung und auch nicht mit den Elementen dieser Kombination vergleichbar. Ins­besondere fehlt beim Gegenstand dieser Vorveröffentlichung die jeweilige Anpassung an die Form des Körpers. Auch kennt man aufblasbare Sitzkissen oder dergleichen, die eine ähn­liche Polsterwirkung wie der zuvor beschriebene Stand der Technik haben.The invention relates first to an upholstery or the like according to the preamble of claim 1. Das Element b des Anspruches 1 ist zwar für sich vor­bekannt (siehe z.B. DE-PS 99773), doch wird hiervon nicht die Kombination des Anspruches 1 berührt. Im Zusammenwirken dieser Merkmale ist jeweils ein Polster geschaffen, das durch die Merkmale a und b erreicht, daß die vom Benutzer eingestellte Form der Einlage mit Umhül­lung nach Schließen des Luftabsperrorganes oder nach kompletten luftdichten Abschluß der Umhüllung erhalten bleibt. Hierbei handelt es sich also um eine Art Sitz­schale, deren Formgebungen wahlweise veränderbar, jedoch in der jeweiligen Form fixiert ist. Dabei erfolgen die Veränderungen in der Ausführung gemäß Patentanspruch 1 durch entsprechendes Zusammendrücken der Einlage und zugehöriges Betätigen der Luftabsperrung, sowie im Fall der demgegenüber vereinfachten Ausführung gemäß Pa­tentanspruch 2 durch Bestimmung des jeweiligen Grades der Zusammendrückung der Einlage beim luftdichten Ver­schweißen oder Verkleben der Umhüllung dieser Einlage. Zugleich wird durch das Merkmal c ein zusätzlicher Polster­effekt erreicht, der die gewisse Härte, welche eine Sitz­schale gemäß Merkmalen a und b nach ihrem Einstellen be­sitzt, ausgleicht, andererseits jedoch die eingestellte Formgebung der oben genannten "Sitzschale" zur Wirkung kommen läßt. Schließlich wird mit dem Merkmal d erreicht, daß etwa beim Gebrauch des Polsters auftretender Körper­schweiß im wesentlichen verdunsten kann. Damit wird der Nachteil vermieden, der beim Aufliegen eines Körpertei­les auf einem luftundurchlässigen Material, wie Gummi, Kunststoffolie, eine mit Gummi oder Kunststoff imprägnierte Textilbahn und dergleichen dadurch entsteht, daß der ent­stehende Schweiß nicht verdunsten kann. Dies kann bei längerer Benutzung eines solchen Polsters sogar zum Wund­liegen führen. Das Polster nach der Erfindung kombiniert die Formgebung der sogenannten "Sitzschale" mit einem genügend nachgiebigen Polstereffekt unter gleichzeitiger Vermeidung der Nachteile einer etwaigen Schweißbildung. Sie entspricht aber funktionell der vorstehend beschriebenen Ausführung nach teilweisenKomprimierung der Einlage und Abschluß des Ventiles. Beide vorgenannten Varianten schaffen die vorstehend erläuterten "Sitzschalen". Die Form einer solchen Sitzschale in der vereinfachten Aus­führungsform der Erfindung ist in Fig. 4 dargestellt und zwar bei unbelastetem Polster. Auch die somit gebildete Sitzschale ist relativ fest und widerstandsfähig, d.h. weist nur noch eine geringe Elastizität auf. Die einmal erzielte Formgebung dieser Sitzschale kann ohne weiteres durch entsprechenden Druck von der Schaumstoffschicht 5 her auf die ihr zugewandte Oberseite der Umhüllung 2 ver­ändert werden. Jedoch kann sich auch beim Ausführungsbei­spiel der Fig. 4 die Einlage nicht wieder ausdehnen, da dem der innerhalb ihrer Umhüllung 2 vorhandene Unterdruck entgegensteht.
