Ferner weist die neue Verpackung ein Betätigungselement auf, mit dem beim Öffnen diese Trennfolie durchstoßen oder aufgerissen werden kann. Das Öffnen der Verpackung und das Durchstoßen der Trennfolie kann getrennt voneinander in einer vorbestimmten Reihenfolge erfolgen, wobei entweder erst das Durchtrennen der Folie erfolgt, so daß die beiden Bestandteile der Speise oder dgl. zueinander gelangen können . Es kann aber auch erst der Oberteile und der Unterteil voneinander getrennt werden, und in einem zweiten Schritt mit Hilfe des Betätigungselementes die Folie durchstoßen oder aufgetrennt werden. In der Zwischenkammer 66 ist der Hebelmechanismus 70 angeordnet, der durch Beaufschlagung entsprechend den Pfeilen in radialer Richtung so betätigt werden kann, daß seine mittleren Bereiche sich spreizen, wodurch die Folien 62, 63 durchstoßen werden. Der Hebelmechanismus 70 kann in Form eines spreizbaren Teils wie Rhombus, Parallelogramm oder dgl. ausgebildet sein, dessen Mittelbereich bei einseitigem oder beidseitigem Druck 71 auf die Außenleisten 73 in Richtung 72 senkrecht zu den Trennfolien 62, 63 gespreizt wird und die Folie durchstößt. Die Außenleisten 73 können Profilstücke sein, die verschiebbar zwischen den Folien bzw. den Rändern von Ober- und Unterteil 60, 61 geführt sind. Aufreißverpackung für Speisen oder dgl. mit einem becherartigen Unterteil und einem deckelartigen Oberteil, die abdichtend miteinander verbunden sind, und mit einer Aufreißvorrichtung, mittels der wenigstens ein Teil des Oberteils voll ständig von der Aufreißverpackung abtrennbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufreißverpackung durch wenigstens eine Trennfolie (3 bzw. 30 bzw. 62,63) in wenigstens zwei Teilräume (4,5) unterteilt ist und in einem der Teilräume ein Betätigungselement (20 bzw. 28 bzw. 56 bzw. 70) zum Aufreißen oder Durchstoßen der Trennfolie vorgesehen ist.1. tear-open packaging for food or the like.
