Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Applikator gemäss dem Oberbegriff des ersten Patentanspruches.
  • Derartige Applikatoren werden, wie bereits erwähnt, insbesondere für Nagellack benutzt, sind aber auch für eine Reihe weiterer Verwendungsarten geeignet. So können sie beispielsweise zur Ausbesserung von Lackschäden an Autos oder zum Auftragen von Chemikalien in Laboratorien verwendet werden. Somit sind diese Applikatoren überall dort einsetzbar, wo es sich um das Speichern und das genaue Anbringen einer Harz- und Lacksubstanz auf eine kleinere Fläche handelt.
  • In der US-A-2 673 362 ist ein Applikator für kosmetische Flüssigkeiten, anscheinend insbesondere für Nagellack, beschrieben, der bei der Herstellung geschlossen wird, und nachher nicht nachfüllbar ist, wenn die darin enthaltene Flüssigkeit verbraucht oder eingetrocknet ist. Dies ist insbesondere bei kostspieligen Ausführungen des Applikators ein Nachteil, weil zum Materialverlust auch der Wertverlust hinzukommt, da der Applikator nicht nachfüllbar ist.
  • Ferner ist in der DE-A-1 907 973 ein kosmetischer Stift, insbesondere Lidstrichzeichner, beschrieben, der ebenfalls nicht zum Nachfüllen geöffnet werden kann. Bei dieser Ausführung handelt es sich anscheinend um einen Applikator, der nicht für Nagellack vorgesehen ist.
  • Schliesslich ist in der FR-A-960 784 ein rohrförmiger, tragbarer Behälter mit einer Bürste für flüssige Fette beschrieben. Diese Ausführung ist insbesondere für Lippenstift vorgesehen, der in der Lage sein sollte, schärfere Konturen zu zeichnen. Dieser Applikator ist nicht den Anforderungen zur Verwendung mit Nagellack angepasst.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es somit, einen Applikator mit einem Vorratsbehälter zum Auftragen von Harz- und Lacksubstanzen, insbesondere Nagellack, zu schaffen, der die Nachteile bestehender Ausführungen nicht aufweist.
  • Dabei soll der Applikator mit einem weichen Pinsel ausgestattet, nachfüllbar und jederzeit betriebsbereit sein. Der Pinsel soll auch dann nicht austrocknen können, wenn der Vorratsbehälter leer ist.
  • Die Harz- und Lacksubstanzen sollen auch während des Auftragens für die Umgebungsluft nicht zugänglich sein.
  • Der Applikator soll einen Vorratsbehälter für die Flüssigkeit aufweisen und bei jeder üblichen Umgebungstemperatur in einer beliebigen Lage und ohne Leckgefahr in einer Handtasche mitgeführt werden können.
  • Diese Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäss mit den Merkmalen im Kennzeichnungsteil des ersten Patentanspruches gelöst.
  • Ausführungsformen sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen umschrieben.
  • Der so geschaffene Applikator hat sich als sehr zweckmässig erwiesen, weil der Pinsel immer weich und betriebsbereit bleibt, so dass kein zusätzliches Reinigen erforderlich ist. Da ein Nachfüllen des Lacks aus Patronen mehrmals wiederholbar ist, rentiert es sich, den Applikator auch als Luxusausführung herzustellen, so dass er während mehreren Jahren verwendet werden kann, bevor er ersetzt wird. Wenn erforderlich, kann auch der Pinsel mit Halterung auswechselbar sein.
  • Der Applikator ist, im Gegensatz zu bekannten Ausführungen mit einem Gefäss und einem Pinsel im Deckel, auch für Reisen im Auto, Zug und Flugzeug geeignet. Die fingerhutartige Kappe kann leicht mit zwei Fingern einer Hand entfernt und aufgesetzt werden, weshalb eine einhändige Bedienung des Applikators möglich ist. Der Applikator kann in einer Handtasche mitgenommen und unterwegs, z.B. beim Warten auf einer Verkehrsverbindung, oder in einem Restuarationsbetrieb, benutzt werden.
  • Wegen der Einschliessung des Nagellacks in einem Vorratsbehälter, ist Sauerstoffzufuhr nicht möglich. Dadurch behält der Nagellack seine ursprüngliche Farbe und Viskosität viel länger als bei herkömmlichen Ausführungen.
  • Nachfolgend werden Ausführungsbeispiele des erfindungsgemässen Applikators anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch einen Applikator mit einem Kolben in ausgezogener Stellung, und
    • Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt durch den Applikator nach Fig. 1 mit eingedrücktem Kolben und entfernter Kappe.
  • In Fig. 1 und 2 ist ein Applikator 1 mit einer Kappe 4 und einem Kolben 3 dargestellt, der in der Längsrichtung in einer Hülse 2 hin- und herschiebbar ist. Dabei kann die Hülse 2 mit nicht dargestelltem Innengewinde versehen sein, in das ein ebenfalls nicht gezeigtes Aussengewinde am Kolben 3 eingreift. Statt dem Gewinde kann der Kolben 3 mit einem O-Ring 11 ausgestattet sein, der satt gegen die Innenwand der Hülse 2 anliegt und somit erstens den Kolben 3 gegen die Hülse 2 abdichtet und zweitens der Kolben 10 in einer bereits eingestellten Lage festhält. Wenn der Kolben 3 vollständig eingeschoben oder eingeschraubt ist, muss Nagellack nachgefüllt werden. Dies kann entweder durch Eingiessen aus einem Behälter oder durch Einschieben einer nicht gezeigten Patrone erfolgen. In beiden Fällen muss der Kolben 3 vollständig ausgezogen werden.
  • Durch Verschieben des Kolbens 3 kann der Druck auf den Nagellack eingestellt, d.h. erhöht oder reduziert werden, um dadurch die Strömungsgeschwindigkeit, bzw. die Schichtdicke zu beeinflussen.
  • Damit der Kolben 3 nicht unbeabsichtigt herausgenommen wird und somit der Nagellack ausfliesst, ist eine Sperre zwischen dem äusseren Rand der Hülse 2 und dem innersten Teil des Kolbens 3 vorgesehen. Diese nicht detailliert gezeigte Sperre kann nur mit relativ grossem Krauftaufwand überwunden werden.
  • Zum Nachfüllen mit einer Patrone kann diese durch eine Schneidevorrichtung im innersten Teil der Hülse 2 oder mittels einer Schere vor dem Einführen geöffnet werden.
  • Am inneren Ende ist die Hülse 2 durch ein Formstück 5 abgeschlossen, in dessen Mitte sich ein Kanal 7 zum Durchlassen von Nagellack befindet, rund im welchen die Borsten des Pinsels 6 eingegossen sind.
  • Die Kappe 4 ist fingerhutartig ausgebildet und hat im Inneren einen Schwamm 8 zur Aufname einer Flüssigkeit 9 zur Reinigung und zum Bereithalten des Pinsels 6. Der Schwamm 8 ist benachbart zur Aufnahmefläche für das Formstück 5 mit einer Abdeckung oder Schablone 12 zur Halterung des Schwamms 8 und ggfs. zur Führung des Pinsels 6 beim Einschieben, damit sich die Borsten im Schwamm 8 nicht festhaken und verbiegen.
  • Die Reinigungsflüssigkeit 9 besteht beispielsweise aus einem Azeton- oder einem Glykolderivatengemisch. Dabei kann der Schwamm 8 zuinnerst einen Hohlraum zur Aufnahme eines Vorrats an Reinigungsflüssigkeit 9 aufweisen. Die Schablone 12 ist derart ausgebildet, dass die Verdampfung der Reinigungsflüssigkeit 9 stark verzögert wird.
  • Die Kappe 4 mit Inhalt ist für die exklusiveren Ausführungen getrennt lieferbar und kann nach Wunsch ausgewechselt und auf die Hülse 2 aufgeschoben oder mittels Gewinde daran befestigt werden.
  • Damit der Nagellackfluss verhindet wird, wenn der Applikator nicht benutzt wird, kann, im Bereich des Formstücks im Zylinder eine Sperre vorgesehen werden, die durch Zusammendrücken des Applikators an den beiden Enden einschnappt und durch nochmalieges Drücken wieder gelöst wird. Die eigentliche Sperre kann beispielsweise aus aufeinanderliegenden Kegelstumpfflächen bestehen.
  • Damit die Bedienung vereinfacht oder das Aussehen verschönert wird, kann die Hülle 2 aussen eine modegerechte Form aufweisen und entsprechend farbig ausgebildet sein.
  • Da die bestehenden Ausführungen nicht für Harz- und Lacksubstanzen bzw. Nagellack geeignet sind, weicht die vorliegende Ausführung stark von diesen ab. Unter anderen wurde eine starke Vereinfachung erzielt. Ferner wurde eine genaue Dimensionierung des Kanals festgelegt, um den steten Durchfluss der Harz- und Lacksubstanzes oder des Nagellacks zu erzielen.

Claims (4)

1. Applikator mit Vorratsbehälter zum Auftragen von Harz- und Lacksubstanzen, insbesondere Nagellack, mit einem Pinsel, einer Dosiervorrichtung für die Substanz, einer Kammer mit einem Element zur Flüssigkeitsaufnahme zur Reinigung und ständigen Bereithaltung des Pinsels, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Kolben (3) am inneren Ende durch eine nur durch Kraftaufwand lösbare Sperre im Vorratsbehälter (10) festgehalten ist, damit ein unbeabsichtigtes Herausziehen des Kolbens und somit ein Ausfliessen der Substanz verhindet wird.
2. Applikator nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element zur Flüssigkeitsaufnahme ein Schwamm (8) ist, in dem eine chemische Lösung enthalten ist, die das Austrocknen und Verkleben des Pinsels (6) verhindet und dessen Reinigung gewährleistet.
3. Applikator nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein Formstück (7) aufweist, in das die Haare oder Fasern des Pinsels (6) rund um einen Kanal (7) zum Durchlassen der Substanz vom Vorratsbehälter (10) zum Pinsel (6) eingegossen sind.
4. Applikator nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorratsbehälter (10) aus einem zylinderförmigen Raum besteht, im dem ein Kolben (3) zur Einstellung der Strömungsmenge zum Anbringen einer dünnen oder dicken Schicht verschiebbar ist.
