Description
- La présente invention concerne un four à micro-ondes à équipement mobile ainsi qu'un accessoire pour ce four.
- On connaît actuellement des fours à micro-ondes équipés d'une sole rotative permettant de soumettre les aliments de façon régulière aux effets des micro-ondes et permettant ainsi d'obtenir une cuisson régulière de ceux-ci. Toutefois, ces dispositifs ne permettent pas de travailler la matière en cours de cuisson et ne peuvent donc pas être utilisés pour des applications requérant un tel travail, par exemple en pâtisserie.
- Par ailleurs, le document US-A 4 303 819 décrit un four à micro-ondes comportant une sole mobile verticalement et une paroi inférieure escamotable permettant une introduction des aliments à cuire sans que l'utilisateur ait accès à l'intérieur du four. Un tel dispositif ne comporte aucun organe permettant d'assurer une cuisson homogène des aliments.
- Un but de la présente invention est de proposer un four à micro-ondes comportant un équipement mobile pouvant s'adapter à différentes conditions de travail de la matière en cours de cuisson.
- En vue de la réalisation de ce but, on prévoit selon l'invention un four à micro-ondes comportant une enceinte isolante soumise au rayonnement des ondes, une sole mobile et des moyens pour déplacer verticalement la sole à l'intérieur de l'enceinte, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens d'accrochage pour fixer de façon amovible un accessoire de travail sur une paroi de l'enceinte opposée à la sole, et des moyens pour engendrer un mouvement de rotation relatif entre l'accessoire de travail et la sole.
- Ainsi, après avoir disposé un accessoire sur les moyens d'accrochage, on règle la position de cet accessoire par rapport à la matière à travailler disposée dans un récipient posé sur la sole en contrôlant le déplacement vertical de la sole.
- Selon une version avantageuse de l'invention, les moyens pour déplacer verticalement la sole comprennent une tige support coulissant dans une ouverture dans la paroi inférieure de l'enceinte et des moyens disposés à l'extérieur de l'enceinte pour déplacer la tige support en translation. Ainsi, les moyens de déplacement de la tige support ne réduisent pas le volume utile dans l'enceinte.
- Selon un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, les moyens pour déplacer la tige support en translation comprennent un châssis mobile monté pour se déplacer en translation sur une vis sans fin fixée à l'enceinte, ce châssis étant entraîné en translation par un écrou solidaire du châssis monté sur la vis sans fin et entraîné en rotation par un moteur porté par le châssis. Ainsi, la position du châssis et donc de la sole, est aisément contrôlée par la rotation du moteur dans un sens ou dans le sens inverse.
- Selon un autre aspect, l'invention concerne un accessoire de four à micro-ondes tel que défini ci- dessus comportant un agitateur comprenant deux pales hélicoïdales montées de part et d'autre d'un axe vertical fixé aux moyens d'accrochage du four. Ainsi, par une rotation relative de l'agitateur et de la matière à traiter, on obtient un malaxage régulier de celle-ci durant la cuisson.
- Selon un mode de réalisation préféré de cet aspect de l'invention, l'accessoire comporte deux racleurs verticaux chacun monté de façon pivotante à l'extrémité d'une pale de l'agitateur. Ainsi, la matière qui aurait tendance à adhérer aux parois internes du récipient qui la contient est ramanée vers le centre de ce récipient où elle retombe sur l'agitateur.
- D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention apparaîtront à la lumière de la description qui suit en liaison avec les dessins annexés parmi lesquels:
- . la figure 1 est une vue en coupe verticale schématique d'un four à micro-ondes selon l'invention;
- . la figure 2 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne II-Il de la figure 1;
- . la figure 3 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne III-III de la figure 1;
- . la figure 4 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne IV-IV de la figure 3.
- En référence aux dessins, le four à micro-ondes selon l'invention comporte d'une façon classique une enceinte isolante 1 soumise au rayonnement des ondes de générateurs d'ondes 2 par l'intermédiaire d'un guide d'onde 3. Une sole mobile 4 est disposée à l'intérieur de l'enceinte isolante 1.
- Selon l'invention, le four comporte des moyens pour déplacer verticalement la sole 4 dans l'enceinte. Selon le mode de réalisation particulier illustré, les moyens pour déplacer verticalement la sole 4 comprennent une tige support 5 coulissant dans une ouverture 6 dans la paroi inférieure de l'enceinte 1. Au niveau du passage de la tige support 5 dans l'ouverture 6, l'enceinte 1 comporte un joint 7 permettant un déplacement en translation et une rotation de la tige support 5 mais réalisant une étanchéité aux micro-ondes.
- Des moyens sont disposés à l'extérieur de l'enceinte pour déplacer la tige support 5 en translation. Ces moyens comportent un châssis mobile 8 monté pour se déplacer en translation sur une vis sans fin 9 elle-même fixée à l'enceinte à sa partie supérieure sur une traverse 10 et maintenue à sa partie inférieure par une traverse 11 fixé à un boîtier 12 entourant les moyens de déplacement de la tige support 5. Le châssis 8 est entraîné en translation par un écrou 13 monté pour tourner sur la vis sans fin 9 mais axialement solidaire du châssis 8 et entouré par une poulie 14. La poulie 14 est entraînée par une courroie 15, par exemple une courroie crantée, passant sur une poulie 16 d'un motoréducteur 17 porté par le châssis 8.
- Le châssis 8 porte également un motoréducteur 18 dont l'axe de rotation 19 s'engage dans un alésage axial 20 à la partie inférieure de la tige support 5. La tige support 5 est rendue solidaire en rotation de l'arbre 19 par une clavette 21.
- Afin d'assurer un guidage convenable du châssis 8 lors de ses mouvements le long de la vis sans fin 9, des colonnes de guidage lisses 22 sont également fixées aux traverses 10 et 11 de part et d'autre de la vis sans fin 9 (figure 2).
- Sur une paroi de l'enceinte 1 opposée à la sole 4, l'enceinte comporte des moyens d'accrochage d'un accessoire de travail. Dans le mode de réalisation préféré illustré, les moyens d'accrochage comprennent l'extrémité inférieure 23 de l'arbre 24 d'un moteur électrique 25. L'arbre 24 est monté pour tourner dans un roulement 26 étanche aux micro-ondes. Ainsi, l'extrémité inférieure de la tige 23 sert non seulement de moyens d'accrochage pour un accessoire de travail mais également de moyens d'entraînement en rotation de celui-ci.
- Le fonctionnement du four à micro-ondes selon l'invention est le suivant: un accessoire de travail, par exemple un accessoire classique tel que un mixeur, des fouets ou un crochet pour la fabrication d'une pâte est mis en place sur les moyens d'accrochage 23 puis un récipient 27 contenant la préparation à travailler est également disposé dans l'enceinte 1 alors que la sole est en position basse comme illustré sur la figure 1. Le motoréducteur 17 est entraîné en rotation dans le sens approprié par un boîtier de commande (non représenté) afin de faire monter le récipient 27 vers l'accessoire disposé dans l'enceinte 1. Afin d'éviter tout accident lors de la manoeuvre de remontée du récipient 27, on prévoit avantageusement à la partie supérieure de l'enceinte 1 un contact de fin de course 28 qui arrête le motoréducteur 17 dès que le bord supérieur du récipient arrive au voisinage de la paroi supérieure de l'enceinte 1.
- On remarque que selon ce premier aspect de l'invention, l'accessoire et le récipient 27 sont mis en rotation relative soit par l'entraînement en rotation de l'arbre 24 par le moteur 25 soit au contraire par l'entraînement en rotation de la sole 4 au moyen de motoréducteur 18.
- Selon un second aspect de l'invention, on prévoit un accessoire particulier illustré par les figures 1, 3 et 4. A ce propos, on remarquera que sur la figure 1 les moyens d'entraînement de la sole 4 ont été représenté en coupe selon un plan passant par l'axe de la tige support 5 et de la vis sans fin 9 tandis que le récipient 27 et l'accessoire particulier, généralement désigné en 29, sont représentés en coupe selon une ligne I-I de la figure 3.
- L'accessoire 29 comporte un agitateur comprenant deux pales hélicoïdales 30 montées de part et d'autre d'un axe vertical 31 comportant à sa partie supérieure une bague d'accrochage 32 pouvant être fixée à l'extrémité d'accrochage 23 de l'arbre 24. Selon le mode de réalisation préféré illustré, l'accessoire 29 comporte également deux racleurs verticaux 33.1 et 33.2 chacun monté de façon pivotante sur un pivot 34 à l'extrémité d'une pale 30 de l'agitateur. Afin d'éviter un effort de cisaillement trop important sur les racleurs 33.1 et 33.2, on prévoit de préférence à l'extrémité supérieure de l'accessoire 29, une traverse 35 sur laquelle les racleurs sont montés de façon pivotantes au moyen de pivots 36.
- Afin de favoriser une bonne application des racleurs sur la paroi interne du récipient 27 sans augmenter de façon trop importante le frottement sur celle-ci, les racleurs comportent sur leur bord extérieur des échancrures, respectivement 37.1 et 37.2. On remarque sur la figure 1 que les échancrures 37.1 du racleur 33.1 sont à des niveaux différents des échancrures 37.2 du racleur 33.2 afin de réaliser des échancrures alternées d'un racleur par rapport à l'autre et de permettre ainsi un raclage de la totalité de la surface latérale du récipient 27 pour un tour complet de l'accessoire 29. Dans le mode de réalisation illustré, le mouvement de rotation de l'accessoire 29 est réalisé de préférence par entraînement de l'arbre 24 par le moteur 25. Afin d'éviter que le récipient 27 ne soit lui-même entraîné en rotation, en particulier dans le cas d'une préparation épaisse provoquant une force de frottement entre l'accessoire 29 et la surface interne du récipient 27 plus grande que la force de frottement entre le fond du récipient 27 et la sole 4, on prévoit à l'intérieur de l'enceinte des arceaux de blocage 38 fixés aux parois latérales internes de l'enceinte 1 et avec lesquels viennent coopérer des crochets 39 fixés sur la paroi externe du récipient 27, lors de la montée de la sole 4.
- A propos de l'accessoire 29, on remarque que la hauteur de celui-ci est supérieure à l'espace existant entre le bord supérieur du récipient 27 et le dispositif d'accrochage 23 même en position basse de la sole 4. Une mise en place préalable de l'accessoire 29 empêcherait donc l'introduction du récipient 27. Dans ce cas, l'accessoire 29 est introduit dans le récipient 27 puis l'ensemble est introduit dans l'enceinte 1 et l'accessoire 29 est alors soulevé pour être accroché au dispositif d'accrochage 23. L'opération inverse est effectuée après la cuisson.
- Bien entendu, l'invention n'est pas limitée au mode de réalisation décrit, elle est au contraire susceptible de variantes qui apparaîtront à l'homme de métier.
- En particulier, on peut remplacer le moto-réducteur 17 et les éléments d'entraînement associés par un vérin pneumatique dont la tige de commande est disposée parallèlement à la tige support 5.
- On peut également prévoir d'autres équipements habituels non représentés tels qu'une cellule et/ou une sonde de détection de température fixée de préférence à la partie supérieure du four ainsi qu'un programmateur destiné à commander les différentes opérations de cuisson. Dans ce cas, le programmateur sert également de préférence à commander les mouvements de la sole 4 en agissant sur l'alimentation des motoréducteurs 17 et 18.
- On remarquera également que les crochets 39 comportent une branche horizontale qui peut avantageusement être utilisée pour introduire le récipient 27 au moyen d'un dispositif de levage comportant des bras télescopiques s'engageant horizontalement dans le four. A cet effet, on peut également prévoir des crochets doubles comportant une branche s'étendant vers le haut, comme représenté, et une branche s'étendant vers le bas en vue d'un enclenchement sur le dispositif de levage.
- On peut aussi prévoir d'autres équipements associés au four, tels que par exemple un groupe frigorifique travaillant en alternance avec le générateur de micro-ondes pour réaliser une pasteurisation ou un dispositif de pompage associé à des cannes d'introduction et de prélèvement de produit permettant un fonctionnement continu ou semi-continu du four.
