Claims (5)

1. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Berechtigungskarte (13), die eine den Karteninhaber identifizierende Abbildung (11) und weitere Daten aufweist, mit - einer Videokamera (2) zur Aufnahme der den Karteninhaber identifizierenden Abbildung; - einer an die Videokamera (2) angeschlossenen Einrichtung (6) zum Digitalisieren des Videobildes; - einer Einrichtung (8) zur Eingabe der weiteren Daten, - einer an die Digitalisierungseinrichtung (6) sowie die Dateneingabeeinrichtung (8) angeschlossenen elektronischen Steuereinrichtung (7), und - einer von der elektronischen Steuereinrichtung (7) angesteuerten Druckvorrichtung (9) zum Aufzeichnen des Videobildes (l1) sowie der weiteren Daten auf die Berechtigungskarte (13).
