Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a non-drying cleaning cloth according to the preamble of claim 1.
Ein derartiges Reinigungstuch ist aus der JP-A-82 125 726 (Chemical Abstracts Band 97, Nr. 18, Seite 105, Zusammenfassung Nr. 146 587 w) bekannt.Such a cleaning cloth is known from JP-A-82 125 726 (Chemical Abstracts Volume 97, No. 18, page 105, abstract No. 146 587 w).
Wet wipes are required for a wide variety of purposes, especially for hygiene and personal care, but also for industrial use.
A skin cleaning article is known from DE-OS 28 00 132, in which a fleece is permeated with lipophilic cleaning emollients of a certain viscosity. The following cleaning emollients are particularly addressed here: paraffinic hydrocarbons (with a straight or branched chain, saturated or unsaturated) with chain lengths of 16 to 60 carbon atoms, such as mineral oil (C, 6 to C 20 ), petroleum jelly (C 16 to C 32 ), Paraffin waxes (C 2 to C 4o ), and microcrystalline waxes (C 35 to C 6o ); Alkyl esters derived from monocarbon fatty acids with 12 to 28 carbon atoms and short-chain (C 2 to C s ) monohydric alcohols, such as isopropyl laurate, isopropyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate, ethylhexyl palmitate; Alkyl esters of fatty alcohols (C, 2 to C 28 ) and short-chain acids, such as lactic acid, for example lauryl lactate, cetyl lactate; Fatty acids, fatty alcohols and fatty alcohol ethers with 12 to 28 carbon atoms in the fat chain, such as stearic acid, cetyl alcohol, ethoxylated and propoxylated fatty alcohols; Glycerides, acetoglycerides and ethoxylated glycerides of C, 2 to C 28 fatty acids, other fatty esters of polyhydroxy alcohols; Lanolin and its derivatives; Polysiloxanes with a viscosity at 25 ° of 5 to about 2000 centistokes and the formula (R 1 R 2 SiO 2 ) n , in which R is a C 1 -C 4 -alkyl or phenyl.
In addition to the complex and expensive production, these cleaning wipes have the particular disadvantage that they feel "greasy" to the user and are therefore often psychologically rejected.
A similar paper is also known from DE-OS 20 10 495. Here a non-volatile and non-drying oil and an antioxidant for this oil are used as impregnation agents. Olive oil is given in this publication as an example of such oil. The disadvantages mentioned above can also be found here.
It is also known to avoid the disadvantages associated with such "greasy" wipes by using non-greasy impregnating substances. However, the previously known impregnating substances evaporate over time, so that, for example, described in DE-OS 28 17 604, the wipes in question are kept in a closed container and must therefore be protected from drying out.
It is also known to prepare cleaning wipes with various active ingredients that only become active in connection with a liquid. In this context, reference is made to DE-PS 26 11 880, DE-OS 26 25 176 and DE-OS 23 12 923. These wipes have the disadvantage that a certain minimum moisture level must be present on the body or object to be activated in order to activate the active substances contained in them.
A completely different solution is described in DE-OS 29 12 972. This document relates to a device for dispensing a treatment liquid onto cellulose wipes, in particular for spraying toilet or cleaning wipes. Here a cloth is sprayed (moistened) with a special device shortly before it is used. This solution has the disadvantage that an appropriate device must always be available for cleaning.
The invention has for its object to provide a non-drying cleaning cloth that is skin-friendly, i.e. avoiding the shortcomings of the known wipes. doesn't feel "greasy".
This object is achieved in the non-drying cleaning cloth by the characterizing part of claim 1.

All of the substances mentioned so far can be present in the emulsion in free or microencapsulated form, it being possible for the microcapsules to be provided with an impermeable wall which can be destroyed under pressure or with semipermeable walls.
Examples of moisture regulators suitable according to the invention are polyalkylene glycols, glycerol, sorbitol and other polyhydric alcohols, such as butanetriol, trimethylolpropane, or trimethyolethane.
Examples of suitable polyalkylene glycols are polyethylene glycol and polypropylene glycol. Polyethylene glycol is particularly preferred.
The polyethylene glycol preferably has an average molecular weight of about 200 to about 600. This means that the main components consist of trimers to decamers. The polypropylene glycols also preferably have a similar average molecular weight, the degree of oligomerization then being correspondingly lower due to the lower molecular weight of the propylene glycol building block.
According to the invention, a flat carrier material is coated and / or impregnated with an emulsion which contains at least one of the aforementioned moisture regulators. The emulsion contains a certain amount of water. This amount of water is preferably selected so that it corresponds to the water holding capacity of the moisture regulator under the corresponding climatic conditions. If the amount of water is less, the finished cleaning cloth later absorbs additional water from the air until equilibrium is reached. If the amount of water used is greater, the finished cleaning cloth gradually releases moisture until it reaches equilibrium. This should be taken into account when using recipes that normally contain firm moisture regulators, because then the cleaning cloth cannot lose its suppleness after reaching equilibrium, which can give the cleaning cloth an unpleasant use.
