Abstract

This BED, RETRACTABLE AS DESIRED (arrow 30) is the SYNTHESIS OF 4 BED MODULES (5 modules generally: each handicap has its own) intended, by means of its arrangement on rails 11, and wheel discs 12, to offer the Contributors an almost total spatiality: UPWARD by Jack 3, 4, Robot 5; ROLLING via cylinders 31 positioning the handicapped person on a second ROLLING BED, hence meticulous approach by "conveyor", case by case, "sights and rows" permitting longitudinal progression of the handicap; ANGULAR (TILTING) for side intervention, treatment under the body, replacement of the MODULES, of which 10 very sophisticated: 20 to 35 cm depending on age, height, handicap, the body not bending over a void of amplitude smaller than 20, 30, 35, cm); ROTATABLE BED (on 2 shafts of 10 cm), manipulated by TURRET 21 moving in all the azimuths the TRESTLE 19, which leaves its support (vest cushion 20) on which it rests via the cushion 18. ROBOT 5 & 16 for transmission and assembly (electric door opener). JACK 15. "Contact" TUNIC made of "expandable leather": 3 strata in zigzag form) permitting gentle positioning on MULTI-DIRECTIONAL TABLE 27, or bath tub, or physiotherapy. CASUALTY gradually received on shock-resistant MAT=STRETCHER. <IMAGE>

Description

The Addition requested here under reg · 13.68 (PCT) .. consists of a plurality of inventions (unity of invention, synthesis) having as a common core the PATENT 8214080, whose devices are based on 2 preliminary principles: a) DISSOCIATION of the classic BED: EX-SOMMIER replaced by 4 Columns with springs 1,2, ascending by jack 3, remote control 4, or by Robot 5; EX-MATTRESS becomes Assembly of 5 (6,7 ..) SUBSTITUTION MODULES 6,7, 8,9,10 (each handicap can have its own), including the 10 TEN in the middle, the most apt to annihilate bedsores (tripod mushrooms, bubbles ...) to store, eliminate stains. BOTH therefore offer a spatiality delivered from traditional barriers; b) The human body does not (collapse) bends paB if the decubitus (even lateral) rests on a vacuum not exceeding an amplitude of 25, 30, 35 cm according to age size, handicap. It can therefore be "worked" at lower plan: cleaning from below by lance, spray, massages, dressings, minor surgery, removal of the limpet or by successive segments: 28. GOAL CONTINUED: in a spatiality which allows the evolutions of the speakers & Translations of the patients, retract the LIT (casters 11, stop flanges 12), keeping only the modular part, have a system which achieves almost unlimited kinetics: rotation, diagonal, gyration, angular translation, linear, oiroulaire, ascent etc. .. A crank 13, a steering wheel 14, a jack 15, or better a Robot 16 of transmission becoming ROBOT of assembly (Thin modules, padded, easy to "press" on the edge of the OADRE: electric strike) will ensure the flexible operation of a device which will allow careful positioning. In total, deal with "case p ar case ", view the precise approach of the patient, perfect the current equipment. The jack 3 allows the prior ascent of the Modular FRAME. The Modular ASSEMBLY rests at its ends on 10cm AXES (17), which pivot on pad 18 to the base of the easel 19, which, in normal station, rests on larger bearings 20.Once retracted the LIT-00-LONNES, this easel is the pilot of the rotary movement ensured by flywheel 14 (or Transmission robot). also ensures the gyratory movement thanks to TURRET 21, which drives unrou = Lement with balls & gears22 controlled by crank 13 or ROBOT 16. This same Robot controls crank 23 which activates a belt chain 24 on pulley 25.24 is secured to the Bridge in 26. It is thus possible to position the disabled person as required & to deposit it , eg on an all-purpose turntable, in a mobile bathtub (shackled casters, etc.) or on a MULTIDIRECTIONAL OPERATING TABLE 27. "Fingering"("velvet" passage from one beach to another by modules or successive segments) is guaranteed by TUNIQUE 28 (& COCON 29): 3 strata in "lending leather", non-adherent, therefore "flowing", which, sanitized before turning, can coat the TABLE, Just replace the operated in the axis, to bring back the LIT 30 on which the pads 20 receive the pads 18: the patient is at rest, accessible to the minimum.

The MODULAR BED can be ROLLING: 2 cylinders 31 animating a "conveyor", lead on a 2nd ROLLING BED, before or after operation, the patient whom one wants to position in the longitudinal direction, in order to control & rectify, portion by portion, the good handicap. In this regard, note that the TEN is thin, easily removable.

Imagine an accident on the road. It is important to "recover" this handicapped person at 20.50.80%, so that the above device has some chance of completing the rescue. This recovery is the essential preface and IS PART OF THE DEVICE , which will now handle the patient in the best conditions. If possible, clear the embankment, place below a WHEEL BED 31, easy to take in an ambulance. A TAPIS-CIVIèRE 32, (several leather layers suitable for example .adherent, therefore "flowing"), is provided on its edges with very thin blades & rods (in "composite") 33 & needles 34. The art of the Rescuer consists in insinuating blades, .. needles in the maximum of " pockets "identifiable, then by lifting, to slip gently a sheath provided with bubbles, bulbs 35 which it is necessary to inflate 36 to allow the body to gain the CARPET-CIVIÈRE by stages. It will then be rolled up, hoisted on the ROLLING BED, & from there will arrive in better conditions to the BED DISSOCIATED, ROTATING, GIRAT OIRE, etc ... Welcome helicopter.
