Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Tastenschalter gemäß dem Oberbegriff des ersten Anspruchs.The invention relates to a key switch according to the preamble of the first claim.

Bei einem bekannten Tastenschalter dieser Art (US-PS 4 078 257) liegt auf einem Kontaktträger eine Abstandsfolie mit Durchbrüchen im Bereich von aufgedruckten oder aufgedampften Kontakten. Auf die Abstandsfolie ist eine durchgehende Folie aufgelegt, welche im Bereich der Durchbrüche ebenfalls mit Gegenkontakten versehen ist. Als Betätigungselement ist oberhalb der Kontaktbereiche ein in eine weitere Folie eingeformter Betätigungsknopf vorgesehen. Durch Druck auf den Betätigungsknopf wird die Folie so weit gestreckt, bis die darin angeordneten Kontaktflächen durch den Durchbruch hindurch in Berührung mit den auf dem Kontaktträger angeordneten Kontakt kommen. Bei dieser Ausgestaltung muß die verformbare Folie dünn sein, damit die zur Streckung der Folie erforderliche Betätigungskraft annehmbare Werte aufweist. Dünne Folien sind jedoch schwierig zu verarbeiten. Außerdem wird die Folie beim Hindurchdrücken durch den Durchbruch zwangsläufig gereckt wodurch die Gefahr besteht, daß eine bleibende Verformung eintritt und eine sichere Trennung der Kontakte nicht mehr gewährleistet ist.In a known key switch of this type (US Pat. Im Bereich der freien Enden der Laschen 4 befinden sich Gegenkontakte 5, mit welchen durch Niederdrücken der Laschen 4 die jeweils zugeordneten Kontaktpaare 2 überbrückbar sind. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, die Gegenkontakte 5 über Leitungsb-ahnen auf der Folie 3 mit äußeren Anschlüssen zu verbinden. Auf der Folie 3, die aus elektrisch isolierendem Kunststoff besteht, liegt eine Abdeckfolie 6 auf, in die domförmige Betätigungselemente 7 eingeformt sind. Die Betätigungselemente 7 sind je einer Lasche 4 zugeordnet und weisen einen Steg 8 auf, der vom Rand eines runden, die Lasche 4 umgreifenden Durchbruchs 9 in der die Folie 3 überdeckenden Abdeckfolie 6 ausgeht und über die Ebene der Abdeckfolie 6 hochgezogen ist sowie die Lasche 4 übergreift. Hierdurch kann eine Abstandsfolie zwischen der Folie 3 und dem Kontaktträger 1 entfallen, so daß deren Herstellungs- und Montagekosten eingespart werden können. Um die Schrägstellung der Laschen 4 zu gewährleisten, können auch auf dem Kontaktträger 1 im Bereich des Fußes jeder Lasche kleine Erhebungen vorgesehen werden, welche die Lasche in unbetätigtem Zustand von den Kontakten 2 abhebt. Die Lasche 4 greift in den Dom des Betätigungselementes 7 ein, so daß der für den Schalthub notwendige Weg zugleich als Abstand für die Schaltstrecke zwischen den Kontakten 2 und dem Gegenkontakt 5 ausgenutzt werden kann.
