- connecting parts are at least partially formed by the outsole, which then, together with the intermediate parts bridging the essentially rigid parts, expediently results in an extremely good connection between the individual essentially rigid parts.
- the connecting parts namely the intermediate parts arranged between the essentially rigid parts, and preferably two se the outsole, which is formed in one piece at least in the front sole region, consists of conductive polymers, so that a sole is thereby formed, via which electrostatic charges of a person wearing such a sole are worn.
- the electrostatic charge is derived at all possible positions of the person wearing such a shoe, that is to say especially when walking and when changing the foot position when standing, because even if the heel area of the sole is lifted off the floor due to a shift in weight or if the sole is raised on one side, part of the ball area of the sole is always with the foot of a person wearing a shoe provided with such a sole as well as with is in contact with the ground.
- the arrangement is such that the width of the intermediate parts - measured in the longitudinal direction of the sole - is greater than the smallest width in the intermediate central area, at least in the edge area adjacent to the sole of the foot, preferably also in the edge area adjacent to the outsole .
- This enlargement of the width of the intermediate parts in the edge regions has the advantage that the specific expansion or compression in the intermediate part becomes significantly less when the sole is bent and therefore tearing of the intermediate parts or loosening of the connection between the intermediate parts and the essential rigid parts is prevented.
- this design makes the connection area between the intermediate parts and the substantially rigid parts larger than in an embodiment with the same width of the intermediate parts throughout, so that a better connection between the essentially rigid parts and the intermediate parts is ensured.
- the two edge areas of the intermediate parts merge rounded into the middle area. This avoids sharp edges in which large tensile and compressive stresses occur when turning, which can lead to destruction of the intermediate parts in this area.
- the edge areas of the intermediate parts expediently transition tangentially into the surface of the sole, so that there are no steps at the transition point, which are perceived as disruptive, particularly on the side of the sole on which the sole of the user rests.
- the intermediate parts are symmetrical to a central axis running essentially perpendicular to the tread and preferably also to an axis running perpendicular to this central axis and running essentially in the longitudinal direction of the sole.
- an anchoring body which runs transversely to the longitudinal direction of the sole and serves to connect the intermediate parts to the upper part of the shoe od.
- an anchoring body, fastening part or the like can consist, for example, of a metallic high tension pin, but can also be formed from another material, for example from plastic or from wood.
- anchoring body, fastening part or the like is well anchored in the intermediate parts on the one hand and on the other hand a firm connection of the upper part with the anchoring body, fastening part or the like is made possible, so that a secure connection of the upper part to the sole also in Area of the intermediate parts is guaranteed.
- a separate anchoring body, fastening part or the like can be arranged in the area of each of the two lateral boundaries of the intermediate parts and extends only over a certain area into the interior of the intermediate parts. However, it is useful if in each intermediate part at least one over the entire width of the Anchoring body, fastening part or the like which extends between the parts is provided so that the upper part can be fastened to the two ends of the same anchoring body, fastening part or the like. In such an embodiment, a lateral pulling out of the anchoring body, fastening part or the like from the intermediate parts is prevented with certainty.
- this anchoring body, fastening part or the like can be provided according to the invention with its ends extending to the lateral boundary of the intermediate part with openings which receive pins, nails penetrating the upper part of the shoe , Brackets, bolts or the like are determined.
- screw bolts possibly those with a self-tapping thread, can be screwed into these openings, thereby ensuring a secure connection of the upper part to the anchoring body, fastening part or the like.
- the anchoring body, fastening part or the like is provided with projections which protrude from the lateral boundaries of the intermediate parts and penetrate the upper part.

Abstract
Description
Sole for shoes and process for making the same.
The invention relates to a sole for shoes, consisting of at least two essentially rigid parts which are connected to one another via flexible connecting parts.
Rigid soles are already known and have the advantage that they support the foot in an orthopedic manner. Particularly in the case of orthopedic training, the soles of the foot bed thereof a heel curvature, an inner joint support, an outer joint support, a metatarsal support, a ball trough, and / or Z e henbarriere have, all of these components must have a certain strength and stability in order to fulfill its tasks to can.
The material for such rigid soles is primarily wood, including laminated wood or pressed wood, but also cork, leather fiber materials and plastics, provided that they have the required strength.
A disadvantage of such completely rigid and therefore non-bendable soles, however, is that the rigidity of the soles in the ball area of the foot's rolling movement is a hindrance when walking and can also be harmful to health under certain circumstances. Soles have therefore already been proposed which consist of two wooden parts which are connected to one another in the ball area by a flexible connecting part. This makes the sole in the ball area flexible and elastic and can adapt to the rolling movement of the foot when walking.
In particular, it is also known to be the flexible connector to form a manure part from foamed polyurethane. Such a connecting part made of polyurethane can be foamed directly onto the wooden parts, a secure and firm connection between the connecting part and the wooden parts being achieved without additional measures.
Aus diesem Grund fällt bei der bisher üblichen Herstellungsweise viel Abfallholz an und der Bedarf an hochwertigem, teuren Holz ist entsprechend groß.'Known soles, which consist of two wooden parts, the facing end faces of which are connected to one another by a flexible connecting part forming an intermediate part, are manufactured in such a way that a molded part is first made of wood, which is about the sole of the shoe, but shortened by the area that the Adopts connecting part, corresponds to that this molded part is cut where the connecting part is inserted and that the two wooden parts thus created are then connected to one another via the connecting part. Such a procedure is necessary so that the wooden parts have a uniform, matching grain on their visible surfaces. For the production of the molded part, relatively large pieces of wood of impeccable quality are therefore required, especially pieces of wood that are free of knots and resin inclusions, so that the required sole quality is guaranteed. For this reason, a lot of waste wood is produced in the usual way of production and the need for high-quality, expensive wood is correspondingly large. '
The present invention has for its object to provide a sole for shoes which has comparable properties with respect to the support of the foot to a sole consisting of two wooden parts connected by a flexible connecting part, but can be produced much cheaper. The invention is based on a sole of the type described in the introduction and consists essentially in the fact that the essentially rigid parts consist of polymers having a cell structure and that the side faces of these rigid parts facing the flexible connecting parts open at least a few g have cells. Such rigid parts are not only easy and cheap to produce, they also support the foot in an orthopedic manner and are cold-insulating, but it can also be easily established a secure connection with the flexible connecting parts, so that the desired flexibility in the ball area is guaranteed. The fact that the essentially rigid parts have a cell structure with cells at least partially open on the connecting surfaces adjacent to the flexible connecting parts ensures that when the connecting parts are foamed during the foaming process, the material which has not yet hardened and forms the connecting parts or is preformed when glued Connecting parts the not yet hardened adhesive penetrates into the open pores and solidifies there, so that a mechanical connection between the essentially rigid parts and the flexible connecting parts is produced, which withstands the most severe stresses that occur. Bending tests on such soles have shown that the connection between the essentially rigid parts and the flexible connecting parts can also withstand a very large number of bending stresses.
The essentially rigid parts expediently consist of foamed polymers, in which case the production of these essentially rigid parts can be carried out in a simple manner by adding a blowing agent to the material or by producing a gas which acts as a blowing agent during the reaction itself. Thus, low-boiling liquids such as fluorinated carbons or solid substances which release a gas under heat can be added to the material, whereupon this material is filled into a mold to form the essentially rigid parts and allowed to harden there. When the essentially rigid parts are made of polyurethane, they form the polyurethane The reaction partner is formed during the hardening of carbonic acid, which acts as a blowing agent, so that a cell structure is formed.
According to the invention, the essentially rigid parts can be provided with fillers. These fillers can be, for example, wooden parts, cork parts and / or leather parts, in particular leather fiber materials, that is to say substances which also have a cell structure. The use of such fillers not only saves on polymeric material, but these fillers also stiffen and reinforce the essentially rigid parts and it is possible to achieve a special appearance of the surface of these parts with these fillers. However, it is also possible, for example, to form the fillers of tiny bubbles according to the invention, the thin shell of which consists of elastic vinylidene chloride copolymer and / or vinyl chloride copolymer and whose hollow core contains a gas, preferably air. In such a case, it is not necessary to form the essentially rigid parts from foamed polymers, but instead a cell structure is created by embedding the bubbles in the polymers, so that the same effect is achieved as when using foamed polymers.
It is particularly advantageous if the essentially rigid parts consist of polyurethane foamed in a mold. In this case, a predominantly open-cell structure is formed, that is to say the cells formed are connected to one another so that the material or adhesive forming the flexible connecting parts can penetrate deep into the cells of the essentially rigid parts in the not yet hardened state and therefore a very strong mechanical connection is achieved. However, the essentially rigid parts made of foamable and optionally filled with homopolymers, copolymers and copolymers with a hardness of more than 60 Shore D, such as polyvinyl chloride or polystyrene, exist. Although such materials have a predominantly closed-cell structure, that is to say the majority of the cells formed are not connected to one another, due to the large number of cells, a good mechanical connection to the flexible connecting parts can also be established here.
According to a development of the invention, the flexible connecting parts consist of foamed polymers with a hardness of 26 to 98 Shore A, preferably from 45 to 78 Shore A and with a density of 0.3 to 0.95, preferably 0.45 to 0.78 . In such a case, in addition to the mechanical connection which is brought about by the material penetrating into the open cells of the essentially rigid parts, a chemical connection can also be obtained by chemical reaction between the polymers which make up the essentially rigid parts, and achieve the pdymer of the connecting parts. In addition, especially in the case of thick soles which simultaneously form the footbed, the use of foamed polymers for the production of the connecting parts has the advantage that, due to the cellular structure of the connecting parts, when compressing them during the bending of the sole on the upper side facing the sole of the foot there is no bulge which the wearer of the shoe provided with such a sole finds uncomfortable.
It is advantageous if the connecting parts are at least partially formed by the outsole, which then, together with the intermediate parts bridging the essentially rigid parts, expediently results in an extremely good connection between the individual essentially rigid parts.
According to a further feature of the invention, the connecting parts, namely the intermediate parts arranged between the essentially rigid parts, and preferably two se the outsole, which is formed in one piece at least in the front sole region, consists of conductive polymers, so that a sole is thereby formed, via which electrostatic charges of a person wearing such a sole are worn. Since the intermediate parts are arranged in the ball area and extend across the entire sole width, in such an embodiment the electrostatic charge is derived at all possible positions of the person wearing such a shoe, that is to say especially when walking and when changing the foot position when standing, because even if the heel area of the sole is lifted off the floor due to a shift in weight or if the sole is raised on one side, part of the ball area of the sole is always with the foot of a person wearing a shoe provided with such a sole as well as with is in contact with the ground.
In order to ensure a good connection of the intermediate parts arranged between the essentially rigid parts with these essentially rigid parts, to enlarge the connecting area and to ensure a smooth transition between the essentially rigid parts and the flexible intermediate parts, especially in the area of the side facing the sole of the foot According to a further feature of the invention, the arrangement is such that the width of the intermediate parts - measured in the longitudinal direction of the sole - is greater than the smallest width in the intermediate central area, at least in the edge area adjacent to the sole of the foot, preferably also in the edge area adjacent to the outsole . This enlargement of the width of the intermediate parts in the edge regions has the advantage that the specific expansion or compression in the intermediate part becomes significantly less when the sole is bent and therefore tearing of the intermediate parts or loosening of the connection between the intermediate parts and the essential rigid parts is prevented. In addition, this design makes the connection area between the intermediate parts and the substantially rigid parts larger than in an embodiment with the same width of the intermediate parts throughout, so that a better connection between the essentially rigid parts and the intermediate parts is ensured.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the two edge areas of the intermediate parts merge rounded into the middle area. This avoids sharp edges in which large tensile and compressive stresses occur when turning, which can lead to destruction of the intermediate parts in this area. The edge areas of the intermediate parts expediently transition tangentially into the surface of the sole, so that there are no steps at the transition point, which are perceived as disruptive, particularly on the side of the sole on which the sole of the user rests.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the intermediate parts are symmetrical to a central axis running essentially perpendicular to the tread and preferably also to an axis running perpendicular to this central axis and running essentially in the longitudinal direction of the sole. As a result, all bending stresses occurring are absorbed in a suitable manner by the intermediate parts, and damage to these intermediate parts in the case of such bending stresses is avoided with certainty.
Particularly in the case of highly stressed soles, which at the same time form the insole and / or the footbed, it is advantageous if, according to the invention, projections extending on both sides essentially in the longitudinal direction of the sole extend into correspondingly shaped recesses in the mutually facing side surfaces of the substantially engage rigid parts. These approaches result in a further enlargement of the connection area between the substantially rigid parts and the intermediate parts and therefore an even stronger connection. In such an embodiment, this connection can be improved further in that, according to the invention, the recesses widen towards the interior of the essentially rigid parts, for example are dovetail-shaped. In order to avoid local peak loads, it is expedient if the recesses merge into the central region of the side walls of the essentially rigid parts that face each other.
In order to enable a perfect connection between the sole according to the invention and the upper of the shoe, also in the area of the intermediate parts by nailing or stapling, according to the invention, in at least some of the intermediate parts there is at least one anchoring body which runs transversely to the longitudinal direction of the sole and serves to connect the intermediate parts to the upper part of the shoe od. Like. Arranged, which extends at least to the lateral limitation of the intermediate parts. Such an anchoring body, fastening part or the like can consist, for example, of a metallic high tension pin, but can also be formed from another material, for example from plastic or from wood. It is essential that the anchoring body, fastening part or the like is well anchored in the intermediate parts on the one hand and on the other hand a firm connection of the upper part with the anchoring body, fastening part or the like is made possible, so that a secure connection of the upper part to the sole also in Area of the intermediate parts is guaranteed.
A separate anchoring body, fastening part or the like can be arranged in the area of each of the two lateral boundaries of the intermediate parts and extends only over a certain area into the interior of the intermediate parts.
To connect the anchoring body, fastening part or the like to the upper part, this anchoring body, fastening part or the like can be provided according to the invention with its ends extending to the lateral boundary of the intermediate part with openings which receive pins, nails penetrating the upper part of the shoe , Brackets, bolts or the like are determined. For example, screw bolts, possibly those with a self-tapping thread, can be screwed into these openings, thereby ensuring a secure connection of the upper part to the anchoring body, fastening part or the like.
In another embodiment, according to the invention the anchoring body, fastening part or the like is provided with projections which protrude from the lateral boundaries of the intermediate parts and penetrate the upper part. These approaches can have, for example, a screw thread onto which a screw nut can be screwed. However, it is also possible to design these approaches so that after the upper part has been arranged, the free end of the projections protruding therefrom is formed into a rivet head.
If the connecting parts on the preformed substantially rigid parts foamed, as is achieved according to the procedure in the manufacture of a sole so that in the connecting portions adjacent side surfaces of a cell structure having preformed substantially rigid parts, the cells are opened, that these parts and, if necessary, the anchoring bodies, fastening parts or . the like. are placed in a mold, that elastomeric material, preferably polyurethane-forming material, is poured into or injected into the remaining parts of the mold, possibly under pressure, which material is allowed to harden when the mold is closed, and that after the sole has been removed, at least the surface facing the sole of the foot, preferably also the surface Side surfaces of the sole, for example by grinding or milling, are processed. A secure connection between the essentially rigid parts and the flexible connecting parts is thereby achieved and stepless sole surfaces are obtained.
If the flexible connecting parts with the essentially rigid parts are connected to one another by gluing, the process according to the invention for the manufacture of the sole is such that the cells are opened in the side faces of the preformed, essentially rigid parts having a cell structure and having a cell structure, so that the cells are opened then these side surfaces and / or the adjacent side surfaces of the connecting parts are provided with an adhesive, for example two-component polyurethane or epoxy resin, and pressed, and that at least the surface facing the sole of the foot, preferably also the side surfaces of the sole, for example by grinding or milling , to be edited. This also ensures a secure connection and a smooth sole surface.
To open the cells, the side surfaces of the preformed, essentially rigid parts adjacent to the connecting parts can be mechanically roughened. Thereby, the outer skin is not only removed and the open cell structure at least partially, but also any release agent adhering still from E ntformungs- operation forth on the surface of the substantially rigid parts is eliminated. However, the cells can also be opened according to the invention in that the connection manure parts adjacent side surfaces of the preformed, substantially rigid parts are chemically pretreated by a solvent, for example dimethylformamide for parts made of foamed polyurethane or toluene for parts made of foamed polystyrene.
When using some materials, it is also advantageous if an adhesion promoter, for example a polyurethane consisting of two components or an epoxy resin, is applied to the adjoining side faces of the essentially rigid parts and / or the flexible connecting parts.
In the drawing, the invention is illustrated schematically using exemplary embodiments. 1 shows a sole designed according to the invention in a section in the longitudinal direction of the sole when used as an insole, over which the upper part is pinched, FIG. 2 when used as a sole, which simultaneously forms an insole and / or footbed. 3 shows the structure of an open-cell polyurethane foam with embedded fillers, and FIG. 4 shows the structure of a closed-cell polystyrene foam in an enlarged view.
Each of the two essentially
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the connecting part consists of the
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, an anchoring body, fastening part or the like 10 is provided in the
The connection of the essentially
Die im wesentlichen starren Teile zwischen benachbarten Zwischenteilen können hiebei jedoch sehr schmal ausgebildet werden, da ja alle Zwischenteile 3 im Ballenbereich vorgesehen sind.1 and 2, a sole is shown, which consists of two essentially
Selbstverständlich ist es auch möglich, keine Füllstoffe vorzusehen, also die im wesentlichen starren Teile 1, 2 aus Polyurethanschaum ohne die kleinsten BläscherVherzustellen.3 and 4 show an enlarged view of the foam structure of the essentially
In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, the essentially
