Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Dentalzusammensetzung oder einen Teilesatz zur Herstellung eines Polymers, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung dieser Polymeren und dadurch erhaltene Polymerprodukte, insbesondere künstliche Zähne.
- Hintergrund der Erfindung
- Zahnfüllungsmaterialien bestehen hauptsächlich aus flüssigen polymerisierbaren organischen Monomeren und/oder Polymeren, reaktiven Verbindungen, Polymerisationsinitiatoren, Stabilisatoren und Füllstoffen. Diese Kompositmaterialien besitzen gute mechanische Eigenschaften, wie z.B. hohe Biegefestigkeiten, hohe Druckfestigkeiten und Härte. Außerdem sind sie polierbar und es ist möglich, ihre Farbe einzustellen. Die am häufigsten verwendeten Monomere sind Ester von Methacrylaten und höheren multifunktionellen Alkoholen oder Isocyanaten, wie z.B. das Bismethacrylat von Bisphenol-A-diglycidylether, Urethanbismethacrylate.
- Die US-A-3 629 187 beschreibt solche Materialien.
- Einer der Hauptnachteile der Verwendung von Kompositwerkstoffen als Zahnfüllmaterialien ist die relativ hohe Schrumpfung von organischen Monomeren während der Polymerisation. Die Schrumpfung verursacht den allgemein bekannten Effekt von Schwundlücken und nachfolgenden Rissen. Übliche Dental-Kompositwerkstoffe zeigen eine Schrumpfung von 2,5 bis zu 4,0 Vol.-%.
- Es ist allgemein bekannt, dass die Schrumpfung direkt vom molekulargewicht des polymerisierbaren organischen Monomers abhängt. Auf der anderen Seite sind ansteigende molekulargewichte der Monomere mit einer ansteigenden Viskosität des Harzes verbunden. Deshalb sind reaktive Verdünner, wie z.B. Triethylenglykoldimethacrylate, erforderlich, um eine niedrigere Viskosität zu erhalten, und die Möglichkeit, die gewünschte Menge an Füllstoffen einzubauen. Die reaktiven Verdünner zeigen jedoch selbst eine relativ hohe Schrumpfung, z.B. 12,98% für reines Triethylenglykoldimethacrylat.
- Konventionell verwendete Kompositwerkstoffe weisen außerdem eine relativ geringe Selbsthaftung gegenüber Zähnen, Metallen und Keramik auf. In zahlreichen Experimenten unter Verwendung von Epoxidpolymeren und Methacrylaten zur Herstellung von IPN (J. Polym. Sci., Teil A, Polym. Chem 30(1992) 1941; J. Appl. Chrom. 24 (1991) 692, Polym. 31 (1990) 2066) wurden Multiphasen-Systeme erhalten, die unzulängliche mechanische, thermische und optische Eigenschaften aufweisen, oder die Polymere mit getrennten Mikrophasen ergeben (Acta Polymerica 38 (1987) 547 und DD 226731) mit einer unzulänglichen Haftung gegenüber Zähnen und Keramik.
- Beschreibung der Erfindung
- Aufgabenstellung der Erfindung ist es deshalb, ein Verfahren und eine Zusammensetzung zur Herstellung einer Polymerzusammensetzung für dentale Zwecke bereitzustellen, die eine geringe Schrumfung und eine hohe Selbsthaftung gegenüber Keramik und Metallen aufweist.
- Diese Aufgabenstellung wird durch das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 erzielt. Vorzugsweise besitzen die Makromonomeren die allgemeine Formel I oder II: worin A und D ungesättigte Einheiten sind, B eine von einem Diepoxid oder einem Diisocyanat abgeleitete Einheit ist, und C ein HX-Rest ist, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus -OH, -OOOH, -NH2, -NH-, -SH.
- Die Makromonomere I und II sind vorzugsweise α,ω-terminierte Poly(epoxidcarbonsäure)-Makromonomere der Formeln M-1, M-8 und M9, α,ω-terminierte Poly(epoxidamin)-Makromonomere der Formeln M-2 bis M5, M-10 und M-11 oder α,ω-terminierte Poly(epoxidphenol)-Makromonomere der Formeln M-6, M-7 und M-12, die in der folgenden Literatur (J. Klee, H.-H. Hörhold, H. Schütz, Acta Polym. 42 (1991) 17-20; J. Klee et al., Polym. Bull. 27 (1992) 511-517) und in der Patentliteratur (DD 277 689, DD 279 667, DE-P 42 17 761.8) beschreiben sind. Sie sind durch die Strukturen M-1 bis M-12 charakterisiert.

R4 ein substituiertes oder unsubstituiertes C6-C12-Aryl ist, wie z.B. - worin X C(CH3)2, -CH2-, -O-, -S-, -CO-, -SO2- ist, und
n eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 8 ist. - Makromonomere M-1, M-2, M-3, M6 werden in zwei Stufen synthetisiert. Zunächst wird durch Umsetzung von überschüssigem Bisphenol-A-diglycidylether DGEBA, Bisphenol-F-diglycidylether DGEBF, Butandioldiglycidylether BDODGE, Tetrahydroterephthalsäurediglycidylether oder Diglycidylanilin und Methacrylsäure MAA (x > 2y) eine oligomere Mischung erhalten. Diese Mischung erhält das Bismethacrylat von DGEBA (Bis-GMA, n = 0) zusammen mit Mono-GMA und umgesetzten DGEBA, abhängig vom Epoxid-Comonomer-Verhältnis. Die Bildung von Makromonomeren erfolgt in einer zweiten Umsetzung von DGEBA bzw. Mono-GMA mit primären Monoaminen zu M-2, disekundären Diaminen zu M-3 (J. Klee et al., Polym. Bull. 27 (1992), 511-517, DD 279667), Carbonsäuren zu M-1 (
DE 42 17 761.8 ) oder Biphenolen zu M-6 (J. E. Klee et al., Acta Polym. 44 (1993) 163). - Während der Epoxid-Ringspaltung durch Carbonsäuren werden ca. 20% der Epoxidgruppen zu den entsprechenden primären Alkoholen geöffnet. Die Makromonomeren M-1, M-2, M-3 und M-6 enthalten deshalb beide Arten von molekülen mit primären und/oder sekundären Alkohol-Einheiten.
- Die Makromonomere M-4 und M-5 werden durch Ein- oder Zwei-Stufen-Umsetzungen der Diepoxide, primären Monoamine oder disekundären Diamine und 2,3-Epoxypropylmethacrylat unter Verwendung von überschüssigem Amin und einem mol-Verhältnis a<b und 2c+a=b hergestellt. Die Makromonomere M-4 und M-5 sind auch erhältlich durch Abbruchreaktion von αω-Amino-terminierten Prepolymeren mit 2,3-Epoxypropylmethacrylat (DD 277689, J. Klee, H.-H. Hörhold, H. Schütz, Acta Polym. 42 (1991), 17-20).
- Anstelle von Aminen werden auch Bisphenole oder Dicarbonsäuren zur Herstellung von Makromonomeren M-7 bzw. M-8 verwendet.
- Die Makromonomere M-9 bis M-12 werden durch Ein- oder Zwei-Stufen-Reaktionen der Diepoxide, primären Monoamine, disekundären Diamine, Dicarbonsäuren oder Phenolen und Aminoalkylmethacrylaten hergestellt.
- Die Polymerzusammensetzung umfasst αω-terminierte Poly(urethan)-Makroinonoinere, αω-terminierte Poly(harnstoff)-Makromonomere oder α,ω-terminierte Poly(thiourethan)-Makromonomere der folgenden Formeln M-13 bis M-24, die in einer Mischung mit Di- oder Polyepoxiden und/oder Di- oder Polyisocyanaten und Polyaminen und/oder primären Monoaminen und/oder disekundären Diaminen oder Dicarbonsäuren, Dicarbonsäureanhydriden, Diphenolen oder Dithiolen polymerisierbar sind: worin R ein von einem Diisocyanat abgeleiteter Rest ist, insbesondere ein Rest der folgenden Formel
R1 Wasserstoff oder eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte C1-C12-Alkylgruppe, C2-C12-Alkenylgruppe, C5-C12-Cycloalkylgruppe, C6-C12-Aryl- oder C7-C12-Aralkylgruppe bedeutet,
R2 eine zweiwertige substituierte oder unsubstituierte C1-C12-Alkylgruppe, C2-C12-Alkenylgruppe, C5-C12-Cycloalkylgruppe, C6-C12-Aryl- oder C7-C12-Aralkylgruppe ist;

n eine ganze Zahl von n = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,... - Es ist möglich, die Polymerzusammensetzung als Ein-Komponenten-Zusammensetzung oder als Zwei-Komponenten-Zusammensetzung zu verwenden. Eine Zwei-Komponenten-Zusammensetzung, die kurz vor der Verwendung gemischt wird, enthält z.B. die folgenden Substanzen in den Komponenten A und B: Komponente A: Makromonomer, reaktiver Verdünner, Di- oder Polyepoxid oder Di- oder Polyisocyanat und Polymerisationsinitiator Komponente B: Makromonomer, reaktiver Verdünner, Co-Initiator und Amin oder Dicarbonsäure, Dicarbonsäureanhydrid, Diphenol bzw. Dithiol.
- Die Zusammensetzung enthält, relativ zu den Monomeren, 1 bis 99 mol% Makromonomer, vorzugsweise 10 bis 90 mol% Makromonomer, relativ zu den Monomeren, und insbesondere 30 bis 70 mol% Makromonomer, relativ zu den Monomeren.
- Die hergestellten Haftmassen, Zahnzemente und Kompositwerkstoffe sind in zwei verschiedenen Polymerisationsreaktionen polymerisierbar, nämlich in einer radikalischen/photochemischen und einer thermischen Polymerisationsreaktion, die hinter einander oder gleichzeitig ablaufen können. In beiden Fällen werden miteinander verschlungene Netzwerke (Sonder-Elastomere) oder semi-IPN erhalten, abhängig von dein für die Additionsreaktion verwendeten Comonomer, nämlich ob Polyamine, primäre Monoamine, disekundäre Diamine oder Dicarbonsäuren, Dicarbonsäureanhydride, Diphenole oder Dithiole für die Epoxid-Additionspolymerisation verwendet werden.
- Die Methacrylat-Netzwerke und die Epoxid-Netzwerke bzw. linearen Polymere sind koinpatibel. Die erfindungsgemäßen Polymerzusammensetzungen weisen vorteilhafte mechanische Eigenschaften und eine geringe Schrumpfung während der Polymerisation auf.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen Polymerzusammensetzungen können reaktive Verdünner enthalten, z.B. Diethylenglykoldimetltacrylat, Triethylenglykoldimethacrylat, Polypropylenglykoldimethacrylat, Methacrylatsubstituierte Spiroorthoester, Glycarintrimethacrylat, Furfurylmethacrylat, Urethandimethacrylat, Bis-GMA, und zwar in einer Menge von 5 bis 50 Gew.-%.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen Polymerzusammensetzungen können Stabilisatoren enthalten, wie z.B. Hydrochinon oder 2,6-Di-tert-butyl-p-cresol.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen Polymerzusammensetzungen können Redox-Initiator-Systeme aufweisen, wie z.B. Azobisisobutyronitril, Dibenzoylperoxid/Amin, Cu-Acetylacetonat/Li-Sulfinat, Trialkylborane, oder- Photoinitiatoren, wie z.B. Benzoinmethylether, Benzilketal, Campherchinon oder Acylphosphinoxide, in Mengen von 0,1 bis 3 Gew.-%.
- Wenn die erfindungsgemäßen Polymerzusammensetzungen als Kompositwerkstoffe verwendet werden, können in die Epoxid/Makromonomer- oder Isocyanat/Makromonomer-Matrix Füllstoffe eingemischt werden. Als Füllstoffe werden anorganische Gläser verwendet, wie z.B. Bariumaluminiumsilikat-Gläser, Silika gele, Xerogele, oder anorganische Verbindungen, wie z.B. La2O3, ZrO2 BiPO4, CaWO4, BaWO4, SrF2 Bi2O3, oder organische Füllstoffe, wie z.B. zerkleinerte organische Polymere.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen Polymerzusammensetzungen zeigen interessante Einechansiche Eigenschaften, wie z.B. eine hohe Biegefestigkeit und Druckfestigkeit, eine geringe Ausdehnung, eine gute Haftung gegenüber Metall, Glas und Keramik, eine geringe Schrumpfung und eine hohe Radio-Opazität (Undurchlässigkeit gegenüber Röntgenstrahlen) zwischen RO = 2 und 10 min/mm Al, abhängig von der Natur des verwendeten Füllstoffes.
- Wenn das erfindungsgemäße duale Härtungsmaterial als Haftmasse appliziert wird, sind die Viskosität und die Hafteigenschaften des Materials durch Bestimmen des Makromonomers und seiner Kettenlänge einstellbar. In vielen Fällen sind zur Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Materialien reaktive Verdünner erforderlich.
- Bezugsbeispiel 1
- Herstellung von Makromonomer M-2 (n=1, R=-OC6H4-C(CH3)2-C6H4O-, R1 = CH3-, R3 = C6H4COOC4(H9)
- 20,000 g (58,75 mmol) Bisphenol-A-diglycidylether, 5,058 g (58,75 mmol) Methacrylsäure, 0,253 g Triethylbenrylammoniumchlorid, 0,194 g 2,6-Di-tert-butyl-p-cresol (BHT), 7,747 g Triethylenglykoldimethacrylat und 5,677 g (29,38 mmol) p-Aminobenzoesäurebutylester wurden gemischt und 16 Stunden lang bei 80°C umgesetzt. Im IR-Spektrum des Makromonomers wurde keine Absorption von Epoxidgruppen bei 915 cm–1 gefunden.

- Herstellung von Makromonomer M-3 (n=1, R=-OC6H4-C(CH3)2-C6H4O-, R1 = CH3-, R2 = -(CH2)4O(CH2)4 R3 = C5H2CH2-)
- 150,000 g (0,441 mol) Bisphenol-A-diglycidylether, 37,935 g (0,441 mol) Methacrylsäure, 2,000 g Triethylbenrylammoniumchlorid, 1,115 g 2,6-Di-tert-butyl-p-cresol (BHT) und 111,695 g ethoxyliertes Bis-GMA wurde unter schwachem Erwärmen homogen gemischt. Die Mischung wurde für zwei Stunden bei 90°C gehalten. Nach dieser Zeit wurden 75,020 g (0,221 mol)N,N'-Dibenzyl-5-oxanonandiamin-1,9 unter Rühren zur Mischung zugegeben und dann zusätzlich 2 Stunden lang bei 90°C gehalten. Das erhaltene Methacrylatterminierte Makromonomer ist in organischen Lösungsmitteln, wie z.B. Chloroform, DMF und THF, löslich. Im IR-Spektrum wurde bei 915 und 3050 cm–1 keine Absorption von Epoxidgruppen festgestellt. Eine neue Absorption von Estergruppen wurde bei 1720 cm–1 gefunden.
- Bezugsbeispiel 3
- Herstellung von Makromonomer M-5 (n=1, R=-OC6H4-C(CH3)2-C6H4O-, R1 = CH3-, R2 = -(CH2)4O(CH2)4-R3 = C6H5CH2-)
- 20,000 g (58,75 mmol) Bisphenol-A-diglycidylether und 40,012 g (117,50 mmol) N,N'-Dibenzyl-5-oxanonandiamin-1,9 wurden unter schwachem Erwärmen homogen gemischt. Die Mischung wurde 2 Stunden bei 90°C gehalten. Nach dieser Zeit wurden 16,704 g (117,50 mmol) 2,3-Epoxypropylmethacrylat unter Rühren zur Mischung zugegeben und weitere 2 Stunden bei 90°C gehalten. Das erhaltene Methacrylat- terminierte Makromonomer ist in organischen Lösungsmitteln, wie z.B. Chloroform, DMF und THF, löslich. Im IR-Spektrum wurden bei 915 und 3050 cm–1 keine Absorption von Epoxidgruppen festgestellt.
- 15,000 g (67,790 mmol) Isophorondiisocyanat, 6,179 g (33,895 mmol) 1,8-Dimercapto-3,6-dioxaoctan, 8,822 g (67,790 mmol) Hydroxyethylmethacrylat und 0,060 g BHT wurden homogen gemischt und 8 Stunden lang bei 45°C umgesetzt. Das erhaltene Makromonomer zeigt bei 2200 cm –1 un IR-Spektrum keine Absorption der Isocyanatgruppe.
- Beispiele 1 bis 5
- 3,0 g (15,4 mmol) 3(4),8(9)-Bis(aminomethyl)tricylo-5.2.1.0.2,5-decan TCD und 10,50 (30,8 mnol) 2,2-Bis[4-(2,3-epoxypropoxy)phenyl]propan DGEBA, wurden gemischt und ergaben das Epoxidamin-Addtionspolymer AP. Verschiedene Mengen (siehe Tabelle 1) von Makromonomer M-5 (n=0, R=-OC6H4-C(CH3)2-C6H4O-, R1 = CH3-, R2 = -(CH2)4O(CH2)4- R3 = C6H5CH2), N,N'-Dibenzyl-N,N'-bis-(2-hydroxy-3-methacryloyloxypropyl)-5-oxanonandiamin-1,9 und 0,5% Photoinitiator IRGACURE 651 (Ciba Geigy) wurden zugegeben und die Anteile sorgfältig gemischt. Zur Entfernung von Gasblasen wurde die Mischung einem Vakuum einer Ölpumpe ausgesetzt und dann in Formen gefüllt, um Testproben für die dynamischmechanische Analyse (DMA) herzustellen. Durch Einwirkenlassen von UV-Licht einer Stroboskop-UV-Lampe während 6 Minuten wurden die Methacrylatgruppen polymerisiert. Danach waren die Proben bereits steif genug, um der Form entnommen zu werden. Dann wurde die Polymerisation von Epoxid mit Amin durch Lagerung über Nacht bei 85°C vervollständigt.
- Die Glasübergangstemperaturen der resultierenden Materialien wurden durch Differential-Scanningkalorimetrie (DSC) bestimmt und das Maximum von tan δ in DMA. Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 1 angegeben. Es tritt nur ein Glasübergang auf. Unter dem Rasterelektronenmikroskop wird keine Phasentrennung festgestellt (Auflösung 500 nm).
- Beispiel 6 (Ein-Pasten-System)
- 3,000 g Makromonomer M-2 des Bezugsbeispiels 1 und 1,142 g (3,35 mmol) Bisphenol-A-diglycidylether, 1,142 g (3,35 mmol) N,N'-Dibenzyl-5-oxanonandiamin-1,9 und 0,02 g Campherchinon wurden homogen gemischt und wie in den Beispielen 1 bis 5 beschrieben polymerisiert. Die Schrumpfung der photochemischen Polymerisation beträgt 0,68 Vol.-% und der thermischen Additioilspolymerisation 2,44 Vol.-%.
- Beispiel 7 (Ein-Pasten-System)
- 3,000 g Makromonomer M-2 des Bezugsbeispiels 1 wurden mit 1,142 g (3,35 mmol) Bisphenol-Adiglycidylether, 0,806 g (3,35 mmol) N,N'-Dibenzylethylendiamin und 0,02 g Campherchinon homogen gemischt und wie in den Beispielen 1 bis 5 beschrieben polymerisiert. Die Schrumpfung der photochemischen Polymerisation beträgt 0,56 Vol. % und der thermischen Additionspolymerisation 3,43 Vol.-%.
- Beispiel 8 (Ein-Pasten-System)
- 3,000 g Makromonomer M-2 des Bezugsbeispiels 1 wurden mit 1,142 g (3,35 mmol) Bisphenol-Adiglycidylether, 0,176 g (1,34 mmol) N,N'-Dipropylentriamin und 0,02 g Campherchinon homogen gemischt und wie in den Beispielen 1 bis 5 beschrieben polymerisier. Es wurde eine Schrumpfung von dV = 3,5%, dV = 1,8% gemessen, die durch die photochemische Stufe verursacht ist, und von dV = 1,7%, die durch die thermische Epoxidamin-Additionspolymerisation verursacht ist.
- Beispiel 9 (Zwei-Pasten-System)
- Komponente A)
- 2,000 g Makromonomer M-2 des Bezugsbeispiels 1 wurden mit 4,246 g (3,35 mmol) Araldit-F, 0,054 g Dibenzoylperoxid und 19,500 g einer Mischung aus CaWO4/ZrO2 (4:1) und 0,100 g Aerosil homogen gemischt.
- Komponente B)
- 2,000 g Makromonomer M-2 des Bezugsbeispiels 1 wurden mit 1,086 g (5,59 mmol) 3(4),8(9)-Bis(aminomethyl)tricyclo-5.2.1.02,5-decan, 0,054 g N,N-Bis(β-hydroxyethyl)-p-aminobenzoesäureethylester, 9,441 g einer Mischung aus CaWO4/ZrO2 (4:1) und 0,100 g Aerosil homogen gemischt.
- Die Komponenten A und B wurden kurz vor der Verwendung in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von 2:1 gemischt und 10 Minuten lang bei 37°C polymerisiert. Die Schrumpfung wurde mit dV = 0,99 Vol.-% gemessen, und die Radioopazität mit RO = 8,3 mm/mm Al.
- Beispiel 10 (Zwei-Pasten-System)
- Komponente A)
- 10,000 g Makromonomer M-3 des Bezugsbeispiels 2 wurden mit 7,010 g (20,60 mmol) Araldit MY-790, 0,010 g Dibenzoylperoxid und 23,000 g Bariumaluminiumsilikat-Glas und 0,100 g Aerosil homogen gemischt.
- Komponente B)
- 2,000 g Makromonomer M-3 des Bezugsbeispiels 2 wurden mit 2,001 g (10,30 mmol) 3(4),8(9)-Bis(aminomethyl)tricyclo-5.2.1.02,5-decan, 0,015 g N,N-Bis(β-hydroxyethyl)-p-aminobenzoesäureethylester, 22,000 g Bariumaluminiumsilikat-Glas und 0,100 g Aerosil homogen gemischt.
- Die Komponenten A und B wurden kurz vor der Verwendung in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von 1:0,706 gemischt und 10 Minuten lang bei 37°C polymerisiert. Die Schrumpfung wurde mit dV = 1,55 Vol.-% gemessen.
- Beispiel 11 (Zwei-Pasten-System)
- Komponente A)
- 10,000 g Makromonomer M-5 des Bezugsbeispiels 3 wurden mit 7,010 g (20,60 mmol) Araldit MY-790 und 0,010 g Dibenzoylperoxid homogen gemischt.
- Komponente B)
- 10,000 g Makromonomer M-5 des Bezugsbeispiels 3 wurden mit 2,001 g (10,30 mmol) 3(4),8(9)-Bis(aminomethyl)tricyclo-5.2.1.02,5-decan, 0,015 g N,N-Bis(β-hydroxyethyl)-p-aminobenzoesäureethylester homogen gemischt.
- Die Komponenten A und B wurden kurz vor der Verwendung in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von 1:0,707 gemischt. Die erste Polymerisationsstufe trat während der Bestrahlung bei λ > 365 nm für 360 Sekunden und die zweite Stufe als thermische Epoxidamin-Polymerisation bei 85°C für 16 Stunden auf. Die folgenden Werte wurden gemessen: Tg = 69°C, ΔV = 1,75 Vol.-%.
- Beispiel 12 (Ein-Pasten-System)
- 8,650 g (7,25 mmol) Makromonomer M-5 des Bezugsbeispiels 3 (R = -OC5H4-C(CH3)2-C6H4O-, R1 = CH3-, R2 = -(CH2)4O(CH2)4-, R3 = C6H5CH2-), 3,707 g Triethylenglykoldimethacrylat, 1,35 g (3,62 mmol) 3(4),8(9)-Bis(aminomethyl)tricyclo-5.2.1.0.2,5-decan, 2,467 g (7,25 mmol) Bisphenol-A-diglycidylether, 0,124 g Campherchinon und 0,124 g N,N-Bis(β-hydroxyethyl)-p-toluidin wurden kurz vor der Verwendung homogen gemischt. Eine dünne Schicht dieser Mischung wurde auf einen keramischen Zahl aufgetragen und mit sichtbarem Licht 40 Sekunden lang polymerisiert. Danach wurde ein Kompositwerkstoff TP.H (De Trey Dentsply) auf diese Schicht appliziert und 40 Sekunden lang polymerisiert. Dann wurde das Material 24 Stunden lang bei 37°C umgesetzt. Nach dieser Zeit betrug die Haftung des Materials 7,4±1,3 MPa.
- Vergleichsbeispiel (Acta Polym. 38 (1987), 547)
- 7,000 g (13,66 mmol) Bis-GMA, 3,000 g Triethylenglykoldimethacrylat, 5,0960 g (14,97 mmol) Bisphenol-A-diglycidylether, 4,917 g (14,97 mmol) N,N'-Dibenzyl-3,6-dioxaoctandiamin-1,8 (Acta Polym. 38 (1987), 547 und DD 226731), 0,050 g Campherchinon und 0,0050 g N,N-Bis(β-hydroxyethyl)-p-toluidin wurden kurz vor der Verwendung homogen gemischt. Eine dünne Schicht dieser Mischung wurde auf einen keramischen Zahn aufgetragen und mit sichtbarem Licht 40 Sekunden lang polymerisiert. Danach wurde ein Kompositwerkstoff TP.H (De Trey Dentsply) auf diese Schicht appliziert und 40 Sekunden lang polymerisiert. Dann wurde das Material 24 Stunden lang bei 37°C umgesetzt. Nach dieser Zeit betrug die Haftung des Materials 4,1±1,2 MPa.
- Beispiel 13
- 5,000 g (7,532 mmol) M-21, 1,373 g (7,532 mmol) 1,8-Dimercapto-3,6-dioxaoctan, 2,564 g (7,532 mmol) Bisphenol-A-diglycidylether, 0,089 g Campherchinon und 0,089 g N,N-Bis(β-hydroxyethyl)-p-toluidin wurden kurz vor der Verwendung homogen gemischt. Eine dünne Schicht dieser Mischung wurde auf einen keramischen Zahn aufgetragen und mit sichtbarem Licht 40 Sekunden lang polymerisiert. Danach wurde ein Kompositwerkstoff TP.H (De Trey Dentsply) auf diese Schicht appliziert und 40 Sekunden lang polymerisiert. Dann wurde das Material 24 Stunden lang bei 37°C umgesetzt. Nach dieser Zeit betrug die Haftung des Materials 6,9+0,7 MPa.
Claims (22)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Polymerzusammensetzung, die die Stufen umfasst: A Herstellen einer flüssigen Mischung, die umfasst (i) mindestens ein Monomer mit mindestens zwei Doppelbindungen, (ii) mindestens eine Polyadditionskomponente mit mindestens zwei Einheiten, die zu einer Additionsreaktion fähig sind, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Epoxid- und Isocyanat-Einheiten, und (iii) eine H-aktive Komponente mit mindestens zwei HX-Resten, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus -OH, -OOOH, -NH2, -HN- und -SH, B Polymerisieren des Monomers (i) und C Unterwerfen der Polyadditionskomponente (ii) und der H-aktiven Komponente (iii) einer Polyadditionsreaktion; worin die Stufen B und C entweder gleichzeitig oder eine nach der anderen durchgeführt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Herstellung einer Ein-Phasen-Polymer-zusammensetzung mit einem miteinander verschlungenen Netzwerk (Sonder-Elastomer) mit einer einzigen Glasübergangstemperatur, – die Makromonomere und Additionspolymere in einem Gewichtsverhältnis zwischen 1:99% und 99:1% vorhanden sind, – das Makromonomer ein Molekulargewicht von mindestens 600 aufweist und – das Makromonomer innerhalb des Rahmens einer der folgenden Formeln I und II liegt worin A und D ungesättigte Einheiten sind, B eine von einem Diepoxid oder einem Düsocyanat abgeleitete Einheit ist und C mindestens eine Einheit ist, die zwei H-aktive Reste aufweist, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus -OH, -OOOH, -NH2, -NH-, -SH.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin jedes dieser Makromonomere ein α,ω-termiertes Poly(epoxidcarboxylsäure)makromonomer im Rahmen der Formeln M-1, M-8 und M-9 ist, ein αωterminiertes Poly(epoxidamin)makromonomer innerhalb des Rahmens einer der Formeln M-2, M-3, M-4, M-5, M-10 und M-11 ist, oder ein α,ω-terminiertes Poly(epoxidphenol)makromonomer innerhalb des Rahmens einer der Formeln M-6, M-7 und M-12 worin R ein von einem Diepoxid abgeleiteter Rest ist, insbesondere ein Rest der folgenden Formel worin X C(CH3)2, -CH2-, -O-, -S-, -CO-, -SO2- ist, R1 Wasserstoff oder eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte C1- bis C12-Alkylgruppe oder eine Oxyalkylgruppe bedeutet, eine C2- bis C12-Alkenylgruppe, C;- bis C12-Cycloalkylgruppe, C6- bis C12-Aryloder C7- bis C12-Aralkylgruppe, R2 ist eine zweiwertige substituierte oder unsubstituierte C1- bis C12-Alkylgruppe, C2- bis C12-Alkenylgruppe, C5- bis C12-Cycloalkylgruppe, C6- bis C12-Aryl- oder C7- bis C12-Aralkylgruppe, R3 bedeutet Wasserstoff oder eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte C1- bis C12-Alkylgruppe, eine C2bis C12-Alkenylgruppe, C5- bis C12-Cycloalkylgruppe, C5- bis C12-Aryl- oder C7- bis C12-Aralkylgruppe, R4 ist ein substituiertes oder unsubstituiertes C6- bis C12-Aryl, wie z.B. worin X C(CH3)2, -CH12 -O-, -S-,-CO-, -SO2- und n eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 8 ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin die Makromonomere mindestens eine sich wiederholende Einheit aufweisen, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe von Urethanen, Harnstoffen oder Thioharnstoffen der folgenden Formeln M-13 bis M-24: worin R ein von einem Diisocyanat abgeleiteter Rest ist, insbesondere ein Rest der folgenden Formel R1 Wasserstoff oder eine substitutierte oder unsbstituierte C2- bis C12-Alkylgruppe, C,- bis C12-Alkenylgruppe, C5- bis C12-Cycloalky(gruppe, C6- bis C12-Arylgruppe oder C7- bis C12--Aralkylgruppe bedeutet, R2 ist eine zweiwertige substituierte oder unsubstituierte C1- bis C12-Alkylgruppe, C2- bis C12-Alkenylgruppe, C5- bis C12-Cycloalkylgruppe, C6- bis C12-Arylgruppe oder C7- bis C12-Aralkylgruppe, R3 bedeutet Wasserstoff oder eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte C1- bis C12-Alkyl- gruppe, eine C2-bis C12-Alkenylgruppe, C5- bis C12-Cycloalkylgruppe, C6- bis C12-Arylgruppe oder C5- bis C12-Aralkylgruppe, R4 ist ein substituiertes oder unsubstituiertes C6- bis C12-Aryl, wie z.B. worin X C(CH3)2, -CH2, -O-, -S-, -CO-, -SO2- ist, und n eine ganze Zahl von n = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin das Makromonomer und die Additionspolymere in einem Gewichtsverhältnis zwischen 10:90% und 90:10%, vorzugsweise von 30:70% und 70:30%, vorliegen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin die flüssige Mischung außerdem einen reaktiven Verdünner enthält, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Triethylenglykolbismethacrylat, Diethylenglykolbismethac rylat, Dioxolanbismethacrylat, Vinyl-, Vinylen- oder Vinyl-idenacrylat- oder-methacrylat-substituierte Spiroorthoester, Spiroorthocarbonate oder Bicycloorthoester und ethoxyliertes (2,2-Bis-[p-(2-hydroxy-3-methacryloyloxypropoxy)phenyl]propan) (Bis-GMA), in einem Gehalt von 5 bis 50 Gew.-%.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin die flüssige Mischung außerdem Di- oder Polyepoxid enthält, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Bisphenol-A-diglycidylether, Bisphenol-F-diglycidylether, Novolakepoxiden, N,N,N',N'-Tetraglycidyldiaminodiphenylmethan und Δ3-Tetrahydrophthalsäurediglycidylester.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin die flüssige Mischung außerdem aufweist primäres Monoaminbenrylamin, 1-Adamantanamin, α-Phenethylamin und Ethanolamin, und ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus disekundären Diaminen, N,N'-Dibenrylethylendiamin, N,N'-Dimethylethylendiamin und N,N'-Dibenryl-3,6-dioxaoctan- diamin-1,8, N,N'-Dibenryl-5-oxanonandiamin-1,9, N,N'-Dibenzyl(2,2,4)(2,4,4)-tri- methylhexamethylendiamin und Polyaminen, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus N,N-Dipropylentriamin, Tripropylentetramin, Isophorondiamin, (2,2,4)(2,4,4)-Tri-methylhexamethylendiamin-1,6, 3(4),8(9)-Bis(aminomethyl)tricyclo-5.2.1.02,6-decan und O,O'-Bisamino-(polypropylenglykol).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin das Diisocyanat Toluoldüsocyanat, Hexamethylendiisocyanat, 2,2,4-(2,4,4)-Trimethylhexamethylendüsocyanat, Isophorondiisocyanat oder 4,4'-Diphenylmethandüsocyanat ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin die Dicarbonsäure eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte aliphatische, araliphatische, cycloaliphatische(bi- und tricyclische) und/oder aromatische Dicarbonsäure ist, wie z.B. Bernsteinsäure, Adipinsäure, Hexahydrophthalsäure, Phthalsäure, Terephthalsäure.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin das Dicarbonsäureanhydrid ein substituiertes oder unsubstituiertes aliphatisches, araliphatisches, cycloaliphatisches (bi- und tricyclisches) und/oder aromatisches Dicarbonsäureanhydrid, wie z.B. Bernsteinsäureanhydrid, Methylbernsteinsäureanhydrid, Hexahydrophthalsäureanhydrid, Dichlormaleinsäureanhydrid, Tetrahydrophthalsäureanhydrid, Phthalsäure und 3,4,5,6-Tetrachlor-7,7-difluor-3,6-endo- methylentetrahydrophthalsäureanhydrid ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin das Phenol ein substituiertes oder unsubstituiertes Phenol, wie z.B. Phenol, Resorcin, Hydrochinon, 2,2-Bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)propan, 4,4'-Dihydroxysulfon ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin das Dithiol ein substituiertes oder unsubstituiertes aliphatisches, araliphatisches, cycloaliphatisches(bi- und tricyclisches) und/oder aromatisches Dithiol ist, wie z.B. Thiocol, 1,8-Dimercapto-3,6-dioxaoctan, 1,7-Dimercapto-3,5-dioxaheptan, 1,9-Dimercapto-5-oxa nonan, 1,14-Dimercapto-5,10-dioxatetradecan, Mercaptosäure-l,4-butandiolester, 4,4'-Oxydithiophenol ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin zusätzliche Verbindungen, die mit Di- und Polyepoxiden eine Polyaddition ergeben, zugegeben werden, insbesondere Cyanursäure, Melamin- und Harnstoff-Formaldehyd-Harze, Amide, Di- und Polyisocyanate oder anorganische Säuren, wie z.B. Phosphorsäure oder Phosphonsäure.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin die flüssige Mischung außerdem einen Photoinitiator aufweist, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Benzoinmethylether, Benzilketal, Camphorchinon, Acylphosphinoxiden in einem Verhältnis von 0,1 bis 3 Gew.-%.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin die flüssige Mischung außerdem thermische Initiatoren aufweist, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Azobisisobutyronitril und Dibenzoylperoxid in einem Anteil von 0,1 bis 3 Gew. % oder Redox-Initiator-Systeme.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch photochemisches Polymerisieren während 10 bis 300 Sekunden eine rasche Fixierung nach der thermischen Polymerisation in einem Temperaturbereich von 20 bis 200°C während 0,5 bis 40 Stunden folgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polymerisation in zwei thermisch initiierten Stufen erfolgt, worin die erste Polymerisationsstufe bei 35 bis 130°C während 10 bis 600 Sekunden und die zweite Polymerisationsstufe bei 20 bis 200°C während 0,5 bis 40 Stunden verläuft.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin die flüssige Mischung außerdem Füllstoffteilchen aufweist, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Bariumaluminiumsilikat-Glas, Xerogel, La2O3, ZrO2, BiPO4, Ca-WO4, BaWO4, SrFZ, Bi2O3 und organischen Polymeren.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin die flüssige Mischung Farbpigmente enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin die flüssige Mischung aus einem Zwei-Komponenten-System erhältlich ist, das zwei Pasten umfasst, die ein Mischen vor ihrer Applikation erfordern, worin eine erste Paste mindestens eines der Makromonomere, einen reaktiven Verdünner, ein Di- oder Polyepoxid oder Di- oder Polyisocyanat und eine Polymerisationsinitiator umfasst, und die zweite Paste mindestens eines der Makromonomere, einen reaktiven Verdünner, einen Co-Initiator, ein Amin oder eine Dicarbonsäure, ein Dicarbonsäureanhydrid, ein Diphenol bzw. ein Dithiol umfasst.
- Polymerzusammensetzung, erhältlich nach dem Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1.
- Künstlicher Zahn, aufgebaut aus dem Polymer von Anspruch 21.
