Aber auch mit diesen älteren Vorrichtungen. können weder Kondensationsvorgänge auf der Isolatorenfläche noch die Haltbarkeit verringernde thermische Spannungen verhindert werden.' Zur Behebung der genannten Nachteile wird gemäß der Erfindung ein Isolator verwendet, der sich ganz innerhalb des durch die Wandurigen der Gaskammer abgegrenzten Raumes befindet. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß der Isolator i'11 einem besonderen.Gehäuse untergebracht ist, welches an einer der Wände des Abscheideraumes so angebracht ist, daß es von dem warmen Gas umspült wird.
