Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine osteosynthetische Knochenplatte mit mehreren in Längsrichtung angeordneten runden und/oder länglichen Löchern zur Aufnahme von Knochenschrauben, sowie dazugehörige Knochenschrauben und eine Bohrlehre.The invention relates to an osteosynthetic bone plate with several in the longitudinal direction arranged round and / or elongated holes for receiving bone screws, as well associated bone screws and a drilling jig.
Nach der CH-PS 6 73 762 ist eine osteosynthetische Druckplatte mit mehreren in der Längsachse der Druckplatte angeordneten Löchern zur Aufnahme von Knochenschrauben bekannt. Die zur Auflage auf den Knochen bestimmte Unterseite der Druckplatte weist zusätzlich sphärische Vertiefungen auf, so daß unmittelbar nach der Implantation Hohlräume zwischen Knochen und Druckplatte resultieren. Die Löcher sind symmetrisch zur Längsachse länglich ausgebildet und besitzen an ihren längsseitigen Wandungen ein gegenüber der Oberseite der Druckplatte abgesenktes Widerlager, auf dem sich der Schraubenkopf parallel zur Längsachse verschieben kann. Bei der Verwendung der Druckplatte wird die Knochenoberfläche nach bekannten Operationstechniken aufgeschlossen, die Knochenbruchstücke aneinandergefügt und ausgerichtet, die Druckplatte aufgebracht und eine sichere Verbindung durch festes Anpressen und Verschrauben mit Knochenschrauben hergestellt. Eine osteosynthetische Knochenplatte 1 weist in Abhängigkeit von ihrer Anwendung mehrere Löcher 2 zur Aufnahme von Knochenschrauben 3 auf. Die Löcher 2 sind derart gestaltet, daß sie ein zur Knochenoberfläche verlaufendes konisches Gewinde 4 aufweisen. Analog dazu ist der Schraubenkopf 5 der Knochenschraube 3 ebenfalls mit einem konischen Gewinde versehen. Dabei sind die Gewindesteigung des Knochengewindes und die des Kopfgewindes der Knochenschraube 3 gleich. Eine in die Löcher 2 einsetzbare Bohrlehre 6 weist ebenfalls ein konisches Außengewinde auf, das analog zum konischen Gewinde 4 verläuft. Der zur Knochenbruchstelle abgewandte Radius ist kleiner gestaltet als der zur Knochenbruchstelle zugewandte Radius. Das Loch 8 ist konisch gestaltet und mit einem umlaufenden Innengewinde 9 versehen. Die Konizität des Loches 8 entspricht wiederum der des Schraubenkopfes 5 der Knochenschraube 3.
