Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a part of a to be worn in the ear Hearing aid or a hearing aid to be worn in the ear, a so-called called ear canal device.
IdO- bzw. Im-Ohr-Hörgeräte werden bei spielsweise von der Fa. Siemens unter der Bezeichnung Cosmea Top vertrieben. For hearing aids or hearing aids to compensate for hearing Weakness or deafness are essentially differentiated Lichen two types of devices, so-called BTE devices (Hin ter-the-ear device) and so-called ITE devices (in the ear Device). The latter also become ear canal devices or concha Called hearing aids. The BTE is located on the BTE devices general part of the hearing aid with electronics, microphone, Hö rer, battery compartment, controls etc. in one seed housing behind the ear and from the listener leads so called standard hose or a so-called Libby horn in the ear canal. In so-called ITE devices that are in the course of the miniaturization of electronic and electro-mechani The components are on the Hörge advises completely in the ear canal or protrudes from it in the auricle. ITE or in-the-ear hearing aids are used by for example from Siemens under the name Cosmea Top sales.
With both types of hearing aids, this is in the ear canal or the part of the egg hearing aid in the auricle ner earmold surround that the individual ear shape or Adapted ear canal shape of the wearer and a flawless Fit and proper functioning of the hearing aid (avoid feedback, etc.). For individual Adjustment of the frequency response, for pressure compensation and for Voice modulation is used in this custom-made Otopla stiken also drilled holes, which also the ventilation serve the ear canal. From the German utility model G 90 03 269.1 is a hearing aid or one to be worn in the ear Otoplasty known, which has a ventilation channel, the shut off more or less by means of a locking device through ventilation, voice modulation etc. can be influenced during operation or while wearing and are changeable.
These earmolds lead to considerable expense hearing aids because they are custom-made have to. This also makes buying a hearing aid one very lengthy affair, which leads to Hörge advises are often only acquired if they are absolutely necessary are necessary, d. H. in the case of severe hearing loss speed. People with mild to moderate hearing loss often forego costs, time and image Reasons to purchase a hearing aid or an elec tronic hearing aid.
The object of the present invention is therefore a hearing aid or a part of a hearing aid to be worn in the ear make this, especially for forms of light to medium Suitable for hearing loss and faster and cheaper adapted to the individual characteristics of a wearer who that can. It is also an object of the invention in cases mild to moderate hearing loss a fast and ef efficient process for individual selection and adaptation to specify a hearing aid.
This task is solved by the characteristics of the contractor claim 1 and claim 17.
The fact that the ear canal device as such or in the ear Part of a BTE hearing aid to be worn - standard tube or Libbyhorn - surrounded by a tubular shell, whose cross section is changeable, it is possible to Stan hearing aids in a simple way of individual ear shape of a carrier. The tubular shell gives both the distal end of the eardrum facing one Hearing aid as well as that coming to lie in the auricle proximal end of a hearing aid free (the distal end must be at least well permeable to sound). The tubular one Shell is in her by mechanical or other means The cross-section can be changed in such a way that it connects to the ear canal can be pressed and locked in this position.
According to a preferred embodiment, there is a double tubular sheath provided that defi a cavity niert, in which a fluid through a closable opening, in particular air can be filled. The filled in Fluid leads to expansion and thus to a cross Enlargement of the envelope, so that this exactly the Adjusts the ear canal and the concha.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention The tubular casing is made of a standard component drawn, which only roughly repeats the shape of the ear canal In the case of ITE devices, the standard component can be conventional hearing aid module that with conventional Hearing aids with the custom-made earmold is connected.
In IT devices is in a preferred embodiment the invention a ventilation channel through the interior of the hearing device guided, in the handset, electronics, microphone, etc. are ordered. The risk of functional impairment due to the moisture present in the ear is low, because the one individual functional element sealed or ver can be encapsulated.
Using the hearing aids according to the invention or the Parts of a hearing aid according to the invention can be used immediately before Place a hearing aid on the individual ear shape of a wearer and the degree of hearing loss are adjusted. The take of a cast and the production of an otoplastic in one external laboratory is eliminated. By filling in the double The tubular Otopla on site becomes the individual Stik immediately when choosing the right hearing aid manufactured. For the selection of a suitable hearing aid a hearing test device such as that in the parallel patent application "hearing test device as well Method for operating such a hearing test device " (Attorney's file number: 11LU35045, together filed with the present application) on the here full reference is made.

The hearing aid module 22 of the auditory canal device 60 is surrounded by a tubular sheath 62 . Under the envelope 62 are distributed over the periphery a plurality of -. Auctioning Fung elements 64 are provided, which are attached to the hearing aid module 22 by means of suspensions 66-5 four in Fig. At the proximal end 24, the stiffening element 64 protrude beyond the end of the hearing aid module 22 . At the distal end 25 , the hose-shaped sheath 62 is connected to the protective cover 27 . At the per ximal end 24 spring elements 68 are provided, which are attached to the hearing aid module 22 on the one hand and to the stiffening elements 64 on the other hand. The spring elements 68 keep the sheath 62 at a distance from the hearing aid module 22 and press the sheath 62 against the auditory canal. So that the sleeve 62 is pressed in a kind of umbrella mechanism on the auditory canal. Before inserting the auditory canal device 60 into the auditory canal, the spring elements 68 are pressed together via the reinforcing elements 64 so that the sheath 62 slackens (see FIG. 5b) and has a reduced diameter or cross section. When the auditory canal device 60 is inserted into the auditory canal, the stiffening elements 64 are released and the spring element 68 presses the sleeve 62 against the wall of the auditory canal ( FIG. 5c).
52. die Frontplatte 72 eingelassen ist ein Batteriekammerdeckel 74.At the proximal end 24 , a front plate 72 - see FIG. 7c - is arranged, which has a plurality of openings 73 .
