Abstract
Description
The invention relates to agents for cleaning or treating of surfaces consisting of a flexible, preferred as absorbent carrier material, as well as procedures their manufacture.
The invention is particularly concerned with cloth or sponge-like agents for cleaning or treating Surfaces. Cleaning and cleaning cloths previously used consist of a woven, knitted, crocheted, fleece or Plastic foam. Even if it's an open structure possess, their surface is considered to be predominantly smooth describe. This has the consequence that when cleaning and Clean dirty surfaces of dirt first Line rubbed and distributed and, if necessary, into one thin film that is eventually spread out many wiping operations with the cloth. At stubbornly adhering dirt such cloths fail frequently do their service or must with much moisture and long wiping movements the dirt slowly removed and will eventually be included. In many cases abrasive abrasives are also used. Also Basically, suede fabrics have no other effect, because the soft yarns used for this lie down when wiping against the wiping direction and stay largely ineffective. Let better results achieve with hard foams that due to their variety of relatively hard edges tear open dirty surfaces. With liquid cleaning they take in liquid due to their open porosity to some extent. On the other hand, it is with these means not possible a clean final cleaning of the surface to allow to completely absorb moisture to dry the surface or polish at the same time Ren. The same applies to such synthetic fabrics that through profiled thermal treatment and partly from the The melt has hardened (DE 86 25 683 U).
There has also been an attempt to own the positive ones sponges or foams, namely their Storage capacity for liquids or their absorbent with the positive properties of a brush, namely, the bristles' scratching and unlocking effect combine with each other by bundles of bristles in one Sponge bodies are embedded (DE 86 12 080 U, DE 21 04 775 C). However, these means lack a wiping one and nourishing material component.
The invention has for its object means for Clean or treat surfaces to create that with sufficient flexibility to adapt to waiters surfaces of different contours have a mechanical effect have the same dirt-removing function.
This task is carried out with an agent that consists of a flexi blen, preferably absorbent carrier material, solved in that on at least one surface of the Backing material layered monofilament with a diameter water from 0.001 to 1,000 mm and a length greater than 0.01 mm are applied at an angle between 5 ° and 175 °.
The means designed according to the invention thus consists of a flexible carrier material of conventional type that is preferably additionally absorbent, and one of Monofilament existing coating, the diameter the monofilament preferably in the usual for bristles Diameter range. These bristle-like monofilaments close due to their mechanical effect surfaces. Loose dirt becomes plowable picked up and taken up in the monofilament layer. By arranging the monofilaments at an angle The monofilaments are between 5 ° and 175 ° in every direction effective, in particular it can not be even Turning the monofilament against the direction of application come like this with a brush or a velor Case is. The cleaning effect - more scratchy or more wiping - can be dosed by the pressure. Because of the flexible training of the carrier material will also angled contours easily reached. The capillary effect between the monofilaments enable the recording and dispensing liquids. Is the backing material additionally absorbent, these effects can still be increase.
The monofilaments can be applied in a confused arrangement, to, as already indicated, a mechanical cleaning device to achieve kung in all directions. It can the monofilaments also rectified under one of 90 ° different angles to be arranged in one Direction to produce a strong mechanical effect in the other direction a more wiping and nourishing Effect. With this arrangement there is an increased Capillary action and thus absorbency.
It can also have multiple sides of the flat or spatial Carrier material can be coated with monofilament to a to enable double-sided or multi-sided application. Different sides of the carrier material can be used if necessary with different monofilaments in particular their monofilaments of different lengths and / or under different diameters and / or different Material coated so that a multi-purpose cleaning agent arises.
In a preferred embodiment it is provided that the carrier material only in local areas with the Monofilament is coated in the remaining areas with its surface is exposed. This creates at the lateral limitation of the coated areas in particular effective cleaning and cleaning edges, while between the coated area storage space for the Dirt are formed. But these areas can also through stronger pressure directly to the effect on the brought to the surface to be cleaned and thus their against a different effect can be used above the monofilaments.
This embodiment also gives the possibility of Monofilament in the local areas under the same angle or at different, in each case arrange the area but at the same angle, so that the coated areas depending on the application develop different effects.
The locally delimited area of the monofilament can be the same che or have different footprint. in the the former case creates a correspondingly uniform Effect, in the second case can desired effects assigned to certain areas of the carrier material be larger, for example in the central area Accumulations of monofilaments are provided, with which in usually more wear in the middle area Can be taken into account.
Similar effects can be achieved in that the locally delimited areas of the monofilaments evenly or are arranged unevenly distributed.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, it is provided hen that the locally delimited area of the monofilament approximately have a circular base or punctiform trained and the fiber spatially radiating are arranged. With this embodiment, igelar arise term monofilament areas that a particularly effective Reini enable. The ends of the monofilaments can be opened a spherical envelope surface.
The monofilaments can be fused to the carrier material be what lends itself particularly when porters material and monofilament are made of affine plastics, that can be connected to each other by merging.
Instead, the monofilaments can also be used with the carrier be glued to the material, which is particularly the case offers different materials. The glue can optionally have a foam structure, for example example with absorbent carrier material this absorbency not to interfere.
An adaptation to the respective purpose of the Means is easy by selecting the through knife and / or the density and / or the material of the Monofilament possible.
A selection can be recommended so that the Monofilament for wiping a diameter from 0.001 to 0.020 mm, for polishing purposes 0.010 to 0.030 mm for abrasive purposes 0.010 to 0.250 mm and for grinding purposes from 0.100 to 0.500 mm.
The preferred range for the length of the monofilaments is between 0.500 and 10.000 mm.
The monofilaments are preferably made of viscose, polyester or polyamide, but can also consist of natural fibers. They can have a round or polygonal cross-section, to achieve different effects. So be round profiles have a rather wiping and nourishing effect have scraping and scraping while polygonal profiles bring effect.
The monofilaments can still be filled with particles be, for example, to allow an abrasive effect lichen.
Furthermore, the monofilaments can be used on their usage side and / or machined ends on the fastening side his. You can, for example, at the usage end be widened, have heads or the like, in order to this Wise special effects with wiping and cleaning movements to achieve. Broadening or thickening on attachment-side end can be used in particular for verbs Improvement of the integration of the monofilaments in the carrier material or the adhesive may be provided.
The carrier material itself can be closed or through broken, e.g. B. be formed like a grid. It can be out a woven, knitted, crocheted, nonwoven, foil or made of paper or leather. Instead, it can too made of a sponge or foamed plastic his. Here, too, the selection is based on the use purpose.
The carrier material can be printed in color, while the Monofilaments are colorless. This allows decorative Effects due to the light-guiding property of the col achieve loose monofilaments. Similar effects arise then when connecting the monofilament to the carrier a colored adhesive is used, the monofilament however, are colorless or of a different color.
The effect of the monofilament can finally be seen vary that they are roughened on their surface, ge embossed or broadened at least at one end. Such broadening can be done, for example, by opening melting can be achieved.
It is particularly advantageous if the monofilaments and / or the carrier material and / or the adhesive from rotten Materials exist, so that a landfill material given is.
The monofilaments and the carrier material can also be made of sterilizable material exist to make it clinical and to be able to use cosmetics.
The invention further relates to a method for the manufacture provision of the agent described above. Such one The process is characterized in that the carrier mat rial melted at least in some areas or with an adhesive and the monofilament by Aufsie ben, fill up, inflate or electrostatically Field are applied. This is usually a disoriented, confused arrangement can be obtained.
If necessary, the monofilaments can be applied placed on the substrate in a direction-oriented manner to them at an angle other than 90 ° align. This can be done with not yet hardened Adhesive or not yet solidified melt, given if also happen at elevated temperature.
If at least one surface of the carrier material is from coated below with the monofilament, so align lower the monofilament on this surface essentially quite out while coating, especially Flocking from above mainly in a confused arrangement lie.
There is a localized coating with the monofilaments in particular possible in that on the carrier material the glue is applied in drops and the monofilaments be applied to the spherical adhesive surface. This is particularly due to the surface tension in the drop of glue mentioned hedgehog-like Structures in the monofilament coating.
In der Zeichnung zeigen:The invention is based on two in the Described drawing reproduced embodiments ben. The drawing shows:
Fig. 1 eine Ansicht einer ersten Ausführungsform eines tuchartigen Reinigungsmittels; Fig. 1 is a view of a first embodiment of a cloth-like cleaning agent;
Fig. 2 einen vergrößerten Detailschnitt des Reini gungsmittels gemäß Fig. 1 und Fig. 2 is an enlarged detail section of the cleaning agent according to FIG. 1 and
Fig. 3 is a view of another embodiment of a cleaning agent.
The means according to Fig. 1 comprises a substrate 1, for example in the form of a blank 2 made of a woven, knitted or crocheted fabrics on. It can also be a fleece or a film. This base material 1 is left in its original structure on its underside, while it is coated on its upper side 4 with bristle-like monofilaments 5 over the entire surface. The monofilaments 5 are arranged in a confused arrangement at angles between 5 ° and 175 °. They can be attached to the carrier material 1 by gluing. If the carrier material consists of a thermoplastic, it can optionally also melt up on its surface 4 and the monofilaments 5 can be integrated into the melted surface. The monofilaments 5 are preferably applied by electrostatic flocking or also by sieving, shaking or inflating. The coated with the monofilaments 5 upper side 4 of the blank 2 is used, for example, for cleaning, loosening dirt or the like, while the underside 3 , which is primarily smooth, can be used for maintenance, polishing or the like.
The enlarged section according to FIG. 2 shows an exemplary embodiment in which an adhesive layer 6 is indicated on the surface 4 of the carrier material 1 , by means of which the monofilaments 5 are connected to the carrier material 1 .
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, the carrier material 1 consists of a sponge or foam 7 , which is thus primarily used for wet cleaning. The foam material 7 is coated on one side - the underside - in locally delimited areas 8 with monofilaments 5 , the formation being such that the monofilaments in adjacent areas are each oriented at different angles. Between the areas 8 coated with the monofilaments 5 , the upper surface 3 of the foam 7 is exposed, so it can fulfill its full function there for releasing or absorbing moisture. In addition, 5 storage spaces for dirt are created between the areas 8 with the monofilaments.
On the other side 4, the foam 7 is equipped with igelar tig arranged monofilaments 9 . They are obtained in a simple manner in that adhesive 10 is given in the form of a drop on the surface of the foam 7 and then the monofilaments 9 are flocked up, which automatically align themselves radially on the partial spherical surface of the adhesive drop due to the surface tension of the adhesive drop. This creates a particularly effective surface for both the cleaning process and for storing dirt.
