Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a piece of clothing, in particular for the medical or chemical sector, for protection against liquids and / or microorganisms, which at least at least partially consists of at least 3 layers.
Clothing consisting of at least three layers are known for example from the field of sports. Whether apparently such items of clothing for the intended Applications are suitable and for example against rain and Provide protection from the wind, but are still breathable they are not that the required comfort has been achieved for some important concrete applications in medical and chemical field can be used easily, e.g. B. because the limited sterilization ability.
Of such items of clothing, which are preferably from Per people who are used in medical or chemical industries area, it is required that on the one hand offer a high level of comfort even over longer periods and on the other hand a safe barrier for substances for example liquids, and microorganisms, in particular Bacteria.
With these items of clothing it happens that in particular claimed areas, the critical areas which are internal active and under constant pressure with substances, for example wisely come into contact with the blood of patients Substances pass through the garment.
The object of the invention is preferably in medicine Garment usable in the chemical or chemical field to create the genus mentioned, which the Passage of substances, especially liquids, at for example blood, and microorganisms, especially bacteria through the garment, over a sufficiently large This period effectively prevents the beating but piece is uncomfortable to wear and without that the freedom of movement of the wearer is restricted. As a garment in the sense of the invention, it will not only be Smocks and overalls, but also shoes, gaiters, caps and the like.
This object is achieved in that an outer layer one form a liquid and microorganism barrier the densely woven hydrophobic fabric is formed that an inner layer preferably also from a river liquid and microorganism barrier forming and preferred there is also hydrophobic material and that a Liner at least at a critical point separates outer and inner layers and one direct contact with these layers is prevented.
The fact that the item of clothing, for example a surgical gown or one from a paramedic can be used overalls, at least partially from a little If there are at least three layers, it is possible to determine the length of time che is needed so that liquid is particularly stressed places through the garment occurs to increase significantly. The first and outer Location, which is in direct contact with the substance, for example contain a liquid or a microorganism the liquid is made up of one with a continuous flow the densely woven hydrophobic material and forms through Own bacteria and liquid barriers provide the main protection for the wearer. If one succeeds Substance through the first and outer layer of the clothing step, the substance meets the intermediate layer. The passage of the substance, for example one Liquid, through the outer layer, can result fen that the wearer of the garment in particular who has strong contact with the substance, for example by undergoing surgery inside the body Patients handle or by propping up the elbow a pad with the outer layer of the garment the substance under great pressure and in con tact brings.
Through this intermediate layer, which is a direct touch effectively prevents the outer and inner layers, it is achieved that the further movement of the substance or counteracted the liquid in the direction of the inner layer becomes. Because of the liner, the substance is forced to choose the path of lower resistance and get in distribute the liner, d. H. towards towards right to the direction of passage. Would be a liner not present, the contact pressure would become a benet the outer and inner layer with the substance ren, so that this relatively quickly the two layers on the Penetrates contact points.
The training according to the invention effectively prevents the Passage of the substance through the entire tissue over one Period of time that will be larger by far more than a factor of two can be the time it takes to just one layer to penetrate.
Furthermore, the types of fabric used are breathable, so that, for example, from the body of the clothing wearer sweat in the form of water vapor at all times through the Be garment can leak to the environment, causing a Effectively prevent condensation within the clothing is changed and thus the comfort is increased. As a result of that the liner only in critical areas of clothing piece is provided, the remaining areas be formed lighter, which further increases the wearing comfort is increased.
Furthermore, the inventive design of the Garment ensures that freedom of movement the wearer is not restricted. This is for example se in terms of the range of motion one over one long-term operation of great importance tung.
For the purpose of wearing the Be garment is in an advantageous form of training provided that the inner layer is lighter than the outer layer. This is also made possible by the fact that inner La not coming into direct contact with the environment is exposed to far less stress than the external one Location.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the seams present at the various layers preferably each because offset against each other. This ensures that for example, liquid or bacteria from the Stitches of two seams lying on top of each other are easy Passage through the garment is offered. If, for example, a liquid succeeds through the seam to penetrate the outer layer, it meets the two layer and only later, if at all, on the inner layer Location. Because the inner layer does not seam at this point points out, their liquid and bacteria blocking Features fully and prevent a through steps through the garment. It will also be preferred Be careful that the seams are not in the areas are arranged in which critical points are defined.
This design takes into account the fact that the sub punch the seams less hindered by the can pass through individual layers.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the Intermediate layer on a lattice or net-like structure, which is preferably woven and made of non-absorbent Material exists. The stepped through the outer layer ne substance, for example liquid, can coexist other connected intake volume, which between the Ma are formed, from one receiving volume to the next in the direction perpendicular to the direction of passage without large Resistance flow, for example due to the open th contact pressure, is thus distributed in the intermediate layer and is stored in the recording volume. After use zen the garment is cleaned, taking the substance is removed from the receiving volume. This works despite the hydrophobic properties of the outer and inner layers because when washing the surface tension of the wash liquid adjusts to a lower value, wel surface allows the tissues to be wetted.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the Liner made of absorbent material, for example Foam, but preferably made of woven material where where the fabric threads are absorbent. The intermediate layer takes the substance that has passed through the outer layer on. In addition to the force that is necessary, pushing the substance through the inner layer, another Force is used to extract the substance from the twos squeeze position. This will make the garment overall more impenetrable.
According to another advantageous form of training, the Passage of substances through the garment completely prevents an impermeable layer. Indeed this layer shouldn't cover the whole garment be provided, otherwise there is the disadvantage that the Garment is no longer breathable.
Preferably, the impermeable layer can be in addition to that net-like or the absorbent liner particularly critical areas, for example in the elbow area be seen, whereby the passage of Substances are effective at precisely the critical points tied, but without the whole garment full to be constantly lined with an impermeable layer. The network like or absorbent liner also forms a Capacity for the penetrating the outer layer Liquid.
In a further advantageous embodiment, between a carrier layer is arranged on the outer and inner layers net, which is preferably lattice-shaped with a relatively large ß grid spacing is formed. On this backing layer, which can be present in the entire garment, because it does not apply particularly, an intermediate layer to the applied particularly critical areas. It is from particular advantage that the carrier layer does not adhere to the kri tables must be attached, which makes it possible for example an impermeable layer at a desired one Position without seams.
The advantageous designs are in the subclaims Are defined.

The application of the invention is not limited to that exemplary embodiments listed below.
In Fig. 1, a sleeve-like part 10 of an article of clothing is shown, which is composed of an outer layer 1 , an inter mediate layer 2 and an inner layer 3 .
The outer layer 1 consists in this example of a construction of microfibers (microfibers are fibers under 1 dTex), which have more than 12,000 individual filaments / cm 2 . For example, 60 threads with 144 individual filaments are provided in one direction (warp or weft direction). The filaments can be made of polyester, for example, and are made hydrophobic with conventional textile technology. In order to prevent electrostatic charging, crosswise weaving is preferably carried out in short intervals, for example 5 mm, by continuous conductive threads 20 , 21 in the outer 1 and the inner layer 3 (see FIG. 4). This prevents a spark jump and the attraction of flu sen and dust, which is particularly important when working under the purest conditions and in the vicinity of sensitive measuring instruments.
The inner layer 3 can be identical to the outer layer 1 or can have a less dense structure.
The intermediate layer 2 , which is provided between the outer 1 and the inner layer 3 , prevents a direct contact of these two layers 1 and 3 , so that pressure contact with a substance cannot press them through both layers at the same time.
The seam 4 of the outer layer 1 , the seam 5 of the intermediate layer 5 and the seam 6 of the inner layer are - as particularly emphasized in FIG. 2 - each offset, so that they come neither directly nor indirectly to each other and are not arranged in a critical area 7 .
At the end of the sleeve-like part 10 , an elastic, preferably double cuff 16 is provided, which conforms to the corresponding arm area of the wearer in a form-fitting manner. This cuff is covered by gloves in the operating room.
The intermediate layer 2 can be designed in various embodiments. According to Fig. 3, which shows a schematic structure of a garment, the outer 1 and the inner layer 3 is formed as in Fig. 1, the intermediate layer 2 consists, for example, of a grid-like mate rial 2 ', which between the mesh interconnected receiving volume 17 and is made of a non-absorbent material. The liquid which has penetrated through the outer layer can thus flow from one receiving volume to the next and thus be distributed in the intermediate layer 2 . The size of the mesh spacing or the receiving volume 17 is preferably such that the outer 1 and the inner layer 3 cannot come into contact with one another via these openings 17 .
Fig. 4 shows an embodiment as in Fig. 3, but the intermediate layer 2 consists of an absorbent material 2 ''. For example, the material can be woven from polyester threads, which each consist of a large number of filaments. This creates a capillary effect due to the small distances between the individual filaments, which causes a strong absorbing effect. According to the invention, this effect can be enhanced by providing the fabric with a hydrophilic finish.
The use of similar chemical substances in all layers 1 , 2 , 3 , (above in the form of polyester) has the particular advantage that the shrinkage and sterilization behavior of the different layers 1 , 2 , 3 is similar.
Furthermore, there are always receiving voids in a woven fabric lumen formed so that the through the outer layer penetrating substance with appropriate formation of the tissue can also be absorbed by these volumes.
According to FIG. 5, which shows also a schematic structure of a garment, the garment comprised of an outer sheet 1, a backing layer 14 and an inherent ren layer 3 is constructed. On the lattice-shaped support layer 14 is an impermeab les material 15 , which can be provided in the form of a liquid-tight film or a membrane, is brought up at a particularly critical point 7 of the item of clothing.
According to FIG. 8, a smock-like garment 18 Darge provides, in which the critical points 7 len in the Ärmeltei 10 and are defined in the chest area.
In Figs. 6 and 7 are embodiments of seams is provided, wherein the reference numerals 8 indicate the seams and 'the finishing materials to be joined de reference numerals 9 and 9. According to Fig. 7, the end of the fabric part 9 'folds over, whereby the fabric part 9 ' and the folded end 14 of the fabric part 9 'form a pocket. The end of the fabric part 9 is folded down twice, whereby this fabric part 9 consists of 3 layers 9 , 13 , 12 on its edge. The two layers 12 and 13 are inserted into the above-mentioned pocket, so that the layers are in the order 9 ', 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 , 9 on top of each other and are sewn twice 8 . The embodiment of FIG. 7 represents a simplified form from management compared to FIG. 6, since the end of the fabric part 9 is folded only once. This means that there are only 4 layers of the fabric on the seam.
Embodiments of seams are also known in which the stitch thread does not completely penetrate the entire seam. For example, in Fig. 6 the seam can be changed so that the fabric part 9 '' is folded up before sewing and thus only the parts 9 , 13 , 12 and 11 are sewn. If the fabric part 9 '' folds over the seam ge, the seam is not accessible from the outside.
