Selbsttätige Abzugvorrichtung für Strick- und Rundwirkmaschinen mit
Drehzylinder.
Automatic take-off device for knitting and circular knitting machines with
Rotating cylinder. The invention relates to improving devices
for pulling off the goods on knitting machines or circular knitting machines with rotating cylinders,
at which the task is to be solved, once during a certain period of time
Pulling off the goods, but pulling off the stocking while these goods are being formed
to interrupt. For this purpose, according to the invention, the deduction, for. B.
a wing roll paper, switching cam disc with the one to hold the stocking
certain goods protection drum in loose connection and, viril when commuting the

the formation of the heel and toe, by friction
taken with you, which, however, when knitting in the round by attaching the square disc to one
fixed stop is overcome, so that while holding the Nncl; ens washer
the switching rod for the pair of goods take-off rollers starts moving.

As can be seen from the "drawing, 1; estc @ lit the device
a ring i, which is used to attach (leg, device to the lower part of the Drelizv lirider
the knitting machine is used. Is that one end of a feather on this-Ritig? attached,
the other end of which is all attached to an annular space 3, which terminates the drum
.4 made of aluminum or the like. Forms to accommodate the stocking. The bottom of this merchandise protection drum
continues in a pin 5 on which the cam plate 6 is rotatable, the
carries a pin 7 and held by an adjusting ring 8 in its height position
will. This adjusting ring is held on your pin 5 by clamping screw 8 '.
und Spitze des Strumpfes ab.All a cylindrical piece io, in which the end of the pin 5 is mounted, sits an arm 9, which forms a stop that prevents the pin 7 and thus also the cam disk 6 from participating in the continued rotation of the drum .I and only vain Movement to and fro to the right and left is permitted. By loosening the clamping screws ii, the cylinder piece io can be adjusted on the rod 12, which serves to support the device when it is removed from the knitting machine. On the inside, the cover 3 of the drum has two walls, between which the wing rollers 13 are rotatably mounted, which receive the stocking C between their wings as the drum is running in. On one of these rollers sits, as Fig.3 shows, a ratchet wheel, which can be turned clockwise by a vain pawl 15, while a pawl 16 prevents reverse rotation. The pawl 15 is articulated on a Gal-El 17, which around a pin 1; ' of the Schaltra-les rd is rotatable. This fork receives an oscillating movement by means of a switching rod 18 articulated at 18 ', which is moved against the action of the curling disk 6 by a tension spring engaging the rod by means of a ring 19. The tension spring 2o is suspended from the bottom of the drum. This switching rod ends in an iron tip 21 which lies against the cam disk 6. During the manufacture of the leg and the foot of the stocking, the entire device rotates with the drum, since the goods must be removed during this time. During the formation of the heel and the toe, on the other hand, the device has to perform a reciprocating rotary motion, since the stocking should not be removed during this time. Accordingly, in the first phase, the iron tip 2 1 has to follow the profile of the cam disk 6, which is held on the stationary stop 9 by means of the pin 7 during this time. This movement is transmitted to the wing roller 13 by means of the switching rod 18, fork 17, switching pawl 15 and ratchet wheel, namely when the rod 18 is down, in which the switching pawl 15 rotates the switching 1-ad 1.4. The pull-off tension of the stocking corresponds to the tension of the tension spring 2o. During the to-and-fro movement in the direction of the arrow fl, B in Fig. 2, the iron tip 21 rests on the cam disk 6 only through friction, which is rounded by the stop of the cam disk on the stationary stop 9, so that during During this phase the trigger is not activated. The spring 2 serves to transmit the movement of the ring i to the device before and at the same time weakens the shocks during the reciprocating movement of the machine during the knitting of the heel and toe of the stocking.
