Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a catheter device for biopsy, in which a pliers device consisting of pliers, an actuator supply line and an operating part, in which a Endoscope from a viewing end piece, a conductor strand for Illuminate and see and there is an endoscope head, and where the endoscope and forceps device are for use on site in a common, the actuation line and the Catheter means comprising conductor strand are arranged, that forms a pliers channel into which the pliers device can be inserted repeatedly.
In a catheter device known from practice This is the type of endoscope with a catheter sheath structural unit summarized that a tool channel forms through which the independent pliers device for Use is pushed on site. It becomes the endoscope Use on site without guiding catheter and without guidewire advanced. The forceps device is used for tissue extraction repeatedly pushed forward and back through the tool channel pulled. To push and pull back sufficiently easily The tool needs to be able to be carried out in the tool channel Game; e.g. B. the tool has a diameter of 1 mm and the channel has a diameter of 1.4 mm. The endoscope is of conventional construction and in cross-section quite considerably larger than the pliers device or the tool channel. The overall cross section of this catheter device is relative Large and many smaller body cavities can be made with this Catheter device cannot be reached. The total cross section is essentially determined by the cross section of the usual Endoscope and the cross section of the forceps channel.
An object of the invention is a catheter device to create the type mentioned, the overall cross section is significantly reduced to in previously inaccessible to be able to perform small body cavities biopsy. The is catheter device according to the invention, solving this problem, characterized in that the endoscope is a mini endoscope with a conductor strand formed by quartz glass fibers and one There is a lens at the viewing end and the cross section of the mini endos kopes is smaller than the cross section of the pliers device, that the catheter means is a two-channel catheter which except the forceps channel has only one endoscope channel in which the mini endoscope can be inserted repeatedly, and that Two-channel catheter to advance a guidewire Place is assigned for use.
The invention does not achieve a cross-sectional reduction only by using the known mini endoscope, but also by using the guide wire. A kathe terhülle and a guide catheter to advance the Kathe device are avoided. Because the relatively thin two-channel Catheter after a few uses or uses, e.g. B. 5-10, worn out, e.g. B. is kinked, d. H. since he's a wearing part the mini endoscope is not permanently installed, but made of used interchangeably. As a rule, the mini endoscope inserted into the catheter beforehand and then with the catheter advanced into the body cavity. The relatively expensive mini doskop can always be used in a new catheter will. The relatively thin and easily bendable Catheter is inserted into the narrow body cavity on the guidewire advanced. So the invention requires a new approach wise to the endoscope and the forceps device again brought to bring use on site.
With a mini endoscope, the diameter of the pure conductor strand maximum 0.4 mm in size and the diameter of the with Sheathed conductor strand maximum 0.5 mm in size. A mini endoscope is put on by the Olympus company in Tokyo brought the market. The cross section of the pliers device is determined by the cross section of the pliers, the cross cut the pliers considerably larger than the cross section of the Actuating strand is. The catheter device according to the invention only shows the mini endoscope and the forceps device and no further channel or lumen, because it should be as small as possible in cross section. It is e.g. B. a small catheter forceps device used, the maxi Painter diameter is 1 mm. The maximum diameter the double-lumen catheter is z. B. 2 mm. Leave it tissue sampling is now carried out in gastroontology in the pancreatic duct, in the bile duct and in the bile bladder, in the urology in the ureter and in the pelvic cup system, in gynecology in the fallopian tube and in geology in most vessels.
