Fig. 1 zeigt links den Endoskopschaft 1, an den sich rechts zunächst eine Verdickung mit den beiden Spülhähnen 19, 20 anschließt, von denen in dieser Seitenansicht nur der eine Spülhahn 19 zu sehen ist. Weiter rechts sieht man das Kopfstück 13, das durch die Trennlinie 21 in einen unteren Teil 11 unterteilt ist, der das patientenferne Ende des Endoskopschaftes 1 bildet, während das obere Teil 10 mit dem hier nicht sichtbaren Sehrohr 4 im unteren Bereich sowie dem Okular 16 einstückig ausgebildet ist, wie in der Fig. 2 noch näher dargestellt ist. Diese beiden Teile 10 und 11 werden durch die Gummikappe 12 am patientenfernen Ende zusammengehalten. Darunter sieht man die Ausnehmung 14 zur leichteren Demontage der Gummikappe von Hand nach rechts. Außerdem ist der Katheter 15 oben sichtbar, in welchem Bereich er den Endoskopschaft 1 oben überragt, wie später noch im einzelnen erläutert wird. Das Endoskop nach der Erfindung ist insbesondere als Cysto-Uretheroskop ausgebildet und wird zunächst in bekannter Weise mit einem Opturator in die Harnröhre eingeführt. Dabei ist darauf zu achten, daß der Ballonkatheter nicht verrutscht, er ist festgeklemmt, so daß keine Relativbewegung zwischen dem Ballonkatheter und dem Endoskopschaft hierbei erfolgt. Nach dem Entfernen der Kappe 12 wird das Sehrohr zusammen mit dem Okular 16 nach rechts herausgezogen, was leicht möglich ist, weil nach dem Lösen der Gummikappe 12 keinerlei Verriegelung mehr zwischen den Teilen 10 und 11 vorhanden ist. Nunmehr wird der Endoskopschaft 1 aus der Körperhöhle herausgezogen, wobei aber der Ballonkatheter 15 in situ verbleibt. Dazu ist der Ballonkatheter festzuhalten, und der Endoskopschaft 1 ein wenig nach unten zu ziehen, so daß der Ballonkatheter 15 nach oben aus seiner Klemmung herausgleitet. Dabei kann der vordere patientennahe Teil des Ballonkatheters 15 einstweilen noch in der Mulde oder Aufnahme 24 verbleiben. Dies bedeutet, daß das Ende 11 des Schaftes 1 ein wenig nach unten bewegt wird, was leicht auszuführen ist, weil hier der Ballonkatheter 15 aus der Mulde 24 leicht herausgleitet.The endoscope can now be removed leaving the balloon catheter as follows:
