Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a shoe bottom, in particular for Sports shoes with the characteristics according to the preamble of Claim 1.
In a known shoe bottom of the above Art (DE-PS 37 03 858) is in the joint area of the Schuhbo dens a weakened zone, which a Ver rotation of the front sole relative to the rear sole by one axis in the longitudinal direction of the shoe is facilitated. This creates the prerequisite that the foot of a runner during the rolling process one of the natural ones Adjusted foot movement between forefoot and Rearfoot can run. Furthermore, the known Shoe bottom in the joint area also a bar or tape stiffening element, which the joint area about an axis directed transversely to the longitudinal direction of the shoe against bending (up / down and to the side) ver stiffens without the one targeted by the weakened zone torsional decoupling between front sole and rear affect the sole. The foot experiences this better guidance and support, especially in the Fer area.
The extent to which the forefoot is opposite the Rearfoot twisted during the rolling process is individual duel different. The twist also does not occur in in any case in a form such as one Lowering the outer edge of the foot by a certain angle an elevation of the inner edge of the foot around the same size Angle corresponds, because the metatarsals are relative mutually movable and change during unwinding process their relative position to each other under the influence of the foot muscles also in the transverse direction. The kind of Schwä chungszone in the joint area, for example, by the opposite sole edges inwards jumping recesses is formed, and also the location of the stiffening element determine the longitudinal axis, um which is the twist between the front sole and rear sole takes place, normally in the middle of the joint area. In this case, the front sole will twist towards the rear sole due to its lateral Er stretching like a plate. That can cause that when rolling off, after putting the foot on first takes place on the outer edge of the foot, the forefoot inside by the front of the shoe bottom in a stele lung is held, the unhindered position is not corresponds. In the push-off phase in which the ground contact changes from the outer edge of the foot to the inner ball of the foot and the forefoot outer edge changes in the course of the Ver rotation, the angle of rotation of the bottom of the shoe Front part opposite the rear part due to the large Power transmission essentially through the position of the Forefoot inner edge, i.e. the front of the ball area sole, defined. This can result in the outer forefoot edge is not sufficiently clear during this phase will, i.e. in its lifting movement through the bottom of the shoe is disabled.
The object of the invention is therefore a shoe bottom the type described above so that without affecting the mounting and management radio tion in the joint area hinders the relative rotation reduced or eliminated between forefoot and rearfoot becomes.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the off design according to the characterizing part of patent claim 1.
By the near the sole edge and the Soh outer edge in the front of the shoe bottom gezone can separate the edge sections of the The front of the shoe bottom is opposite its middle cut around - according to the course of the bending zone - Individual axes in the longitudinal direction of the shoe bend and prevent excessive in this way Reaction of the inner edge section of the shoe bottom partly on its outer edge section. As a result of this Decoupling in the transverse direction of the front sole can occur the shoe bottom front to a certain extent, wel ches through the bendability of the named bending zones is determined, the different movement behavior the inner edge of the foot and the outer edge of the foot when rolling off adjust gear. In particular, the outer forefoot edge in the repulsion phase is no longer due to its stroke movement in the ver course of the twist due to the repulsive force inner edge portion of the Fixed shoe bottom.
Bending zones running in the longitudinal direction of the sole, which inner and outer sole edges are assigned already known per se on tennis shoes (cf. DE-OS 23 12 198). In these well-known tennis shoes Running side of the sole through one with rubber or one similar material, offset textile fabric is formed, by a ge for use on plastic floors targeted slipping should be made possible. The bending zones and the edge of the shoe bottom separated thereby Cuts are said to cause the shoe bottom to stick to the Slightly deformed side entry in tennis and which lie between the bending zone and the edge of the sole de performance area in non-slip contact with the Soil remains because of the schil The sole formation increases the risk of slipping de. However, this consideration plays for those through the present Invention intended function does not matter because an increased risk of slipping when approaching from the side a corresponding profiling of the outsole avoided can be.
According to an advantageous development of the invention edge in the rear of the shoe bottom in the same way Sections of the bottom of the shoe are designed to be wide going bending decoupling between the opposite lying sole edges in the heel part of the shoe bottom Act. As a result of the torsional decoupling between the front of the shoe bottom and the shoe bottom Buttocks a reaction between these two shoes floor parts do not occur, but it turns out to be favorable if the first contact with the ground during the opening put the heel through a wider support surface che over a longer period in the desired win The position remains and not by an opposite of the tipping moment acting early in the narrow sole edge the normal position is forced.
The mentioned edge sections of the shoe bottom should be extend over those areas of the shoe bottom that for the described movements during unwinding ganges are essentially determining. It is enough if the edge sections for example a width of 3 to 4 cm in the inner ball area and of about 2 cm in the outer ball and the sole area of the front sole Limit bale areas. If necessary, pre-reading hen be that the assigned to the inner bale area Edge section of the bottom of the shoe continues forward extends to the big toe, because this is the repulsion process and the resulting fixation of the front sole take place on the floor. In the heel part of the shoe on the bottom, the two-sided edge sections can symme be designed to the middle and a width of about Have 2 cm.
The bending zone through which each edge section of the other shoe bottom is largely decoupled in terms of bending, can be caused by a groove running in the longitudinal direction of the sole be formed, which is to the running side or to the foot side of the shoe bottom opens. In the first case, the Groove a part of the profile of the sole running side and should then have such a width that a Impairment of the bendability by penetration of Dirt, pebbles or the like does not occur. In the second Case, the groove can be kept fairly narrow, ever however, this version also requires a corresponding one Mobility of the insole of the shoe bottom.
The bending zone can also continue through an intermediate layer of soft, resilient material, over which each edge section with the rest of the body of the Shoe bottom is connected. A suitably exists such an intermediate layer made of foamed plastic. The Intermediate layer can either be perpendicular to the barrel side directed layer may be arranged in the shoe bottom, however also lie parallel to the barrel side. In the latter case however, the corresponding edge section by a Groove, the depth of which extends to the intermediate layer, exposed to the central portion of the shoe bottom so that an individual mobility of the edge cut exists. An intermediate layer is favorable both on the top and on the inside surface of the shoe bottom edge portion is arranged. On due to such an intermediate layer, it can be removed supported edge section of the shoe bottom not only Execute swiveling movements around a bending axis, but also displacement movements perpendicular to the sole run side experienced what causes the decoupling between the inner and the outer edge of the sole or foot is even clearer.

The whole designated with 1 shoe bottom of Darge presented sports shoe consists essentially of a wear sole 2 , a wedge-shaped midsole 3 and an insole 4th The shaft 5 of the sports shoe is tweaked in a conventional manner over the insole 4 , but it is understood that the design of the shoe bottom 1 is independent of the type of connection to the shaft 5 .
The shoe bottom 1 has a weakening zone 6 in the hinge area, which is formed by recesses 6 'and 6 ''which protrude from the opposite sole edges. The recesses reduce the local thickness of the shoe bottom 1 to about half ( Fig. 1) and are directed obliquely forward. Their inner ends are at a distance from one another, so that a web 7 is thereby formed. In the web 7 , a rod-shaped reinforcement element 8 is embedded, the underside of which is exposed towards the running side of the shoe bottom 1 ( FIG. 2). The arrangement and design of the weakening zone 6 and the stiffening element 8 provided there are known per se (cf. the aforementioned DE-PS 37 03 858) and therefore require no further explanation.
The weakening zone 6 divides the shoe bottom 1 into a shoe bottom front part 10 and a shoe bottom rear part 11 , which are torsionally decoupled from one another and therefore facilitate the above-described twisting movement of the forefoot relative to the rear foot. In the shoe bottom front part 10 running grooves 12 , 13 are formed in the longitudinal direction of the sole, each run in their main part parallel to the assigned sole edge ver and at their front and rear end section turn perpendicular to the edge of the sole and enforce it. The grooves 12 , 13 have a depth that speaks about half the local thickness of the shoe bottom front part 10 ent ( FIG. 3), and a width of about 2 to 3 mm. If the athletic shoe is intended for outdoor use, it is advisable to increase the width of the grooves 12 , 13 to 4 to 6 mm in order to obtain a self-cleaning effect after the penetration of dirt, pebbles or the like. The grooves 12 , 13 form Biegezo NEN or bending axes about which by the grooves from the central portion 14 of the front 10 bottom edge portions 15 , 16 can independently bend or pivot. In order to further promote the mobility of the edge sections 15 , 16 , the grooves 12, 13 penetrate the shoe bottom 1 at the point at which they open into the side edge thereof up to the upper edge of the midsole 3 ( FIG. 1).
The grooves 18 , 19 also penetrate the edge of the side shoe bottom and divide the corresponding edge sections 20 , 21 from it in the vertical direction as well.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, separate edge sections 25 , 26 of the front part of the shoe bottom are connected to the middle section 24 via an intermediate layer 27 , 28 made of a foamed plastic material. As can be seen from FIG. 4, the intermediate layers 27 , 28 are angular in cross section and elastically support the edge sections 25 , 26 both on their top side and on their inwardly facing side surface. The edge sections 25 , 26 can be made of the same material as the middle section 24 or a different one, in particular also different in hardness. For example, the edge sections 25 , 26 can be made harder and more wear-resistant than the central section 24 .
