Pharmazeutische Zubereitung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß 175 g Calendula officinalis eingesetzt werden.8. Verfahren zur Herstellung der pharmazeutischen Zubereitung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:
  • a) 500 g Melkfett als Salbengrundlage werden bis zum Schmelzpunkt erhitzt,
  • b) dann werden 100-400 g schnittfrische, d. h. vor maximal 2 Stunden geschnittene, äußerlich trockene Korbblütenstände von Calendula officinalis in das gerade flüssig gewordene Melkfett eingetragen und die Mischung zur Verteilung der Korbblütenstände gerührt,
  • c) dann wird die Mischung bei Zimmertempera­ tur 24-36 Stunden stehengelassen,
  • d) dann wird die Mischung nochmals bis zum Schmelzpunkt erhitzt, die melkfettge­ tränkten Korbblütenstände abgetrennt und mittels eines Passiersiebs ausgepreßt und das so erhaltene Preßprodukt wird mit der flüssigen Mischung vereinigt und in dieser durch Rühren verteilt, während der Preßrückstand (Preßkuchen) verworfen wird,
  • e) schließlich wird die Mischung filtriert und das als Filtrat erhaltene Endprodukt portionsweise abgefüllt und auf Zimmer­ temperatur abgekühlt.
9. A process for the preparation of the pharmaceutical preparation according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized by the following process steps:
  • a) 500 g of milking fat as an ointment base are heated to the melting point,
  • b) 100-400 g freshly cut, that is, externally dry, basket inflorescences of Calendula officinalis cut a maximum of 2 hours ago are then introduced into the milking fat that has just become liquid and the mixture is stirred to distribute the basket inflorescences,
  • c) the mixture is then left to stand at room temperature for 24-36 hours,
  • d) the mixture is then heated again to the melting point, the milking fat soaked basket inflorescences are separated off and pressed out using a strainer, and the pressed product thus obtained is combined with the liquid mixture and distributed in it by stirring while the pressed residue (press cake) is discarded,
  • e) finally the mixture is filtered and the end product obtained as a filtrate is poured in portions and cooled to room temperature.
