Abstract

The invention described relates to a device by means of which ground heat can be obtained for heating buildings without additional costs for earthworks. The conventional single-family house, in which the invention is chiefly to be used, has on average containing (external) walls of approximately 50 running m. Given an average depth of 2 m, a heat exchanging surface of approximately 100 m<2> is available. The invention achieves this object due to the fact that owing to its insulating effect the element protects the building against cooling down, and at the same time leads incident condensate into the drainage system. In addition, it produces effective moisture (damp) proofing of the cellar (basement) masonry. Moreover, it provides an excellent protection of the sealing against mechanical damage. The invention represents a substantial advance from the economic point of view, as well, owing to its multifunctional properties.

Description

The invention is a liquid-flow, thermally insulated, large element made of hard fiber glass or provided with a pipe system, perpendicular to the basement wall of a building is provided. The object of the invention is to create an element that combines the following properties in one element:

  • 1. Umwelt-Erdreichwärmegewinnung1. Environmental geothermal energy generation
  • 2. Wärmedämmelement2. Thermal insulation element
  • 3. Mauerschutz und Drainageplatte3. Wall protection and drainage plate
  • 4. Abdichtung gegen Bodenfeuchtigkeit4. Sealing against soil moisture
  • 5. Integriertes Kanal-Rohrsystem5. Integrated sewer pipe system

Manufactured in series is created by the multifunctional Eigen create a significant cost advantage with simultaneous construction time shortening. The element is particularly suitable for the use of Heat pumps and air conditioners.
