Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an information carrier spatially appearing information, such as writing and pictures representations. The invention further relates to a method for the production of such an information carrier.
It is in the field of advertising and packaging often requested to provide information such as B. Writings or Ab educations to appear spatially. So you can find at the neon illuminated advertising fonts from the inside, illuminated letters. Be on flat writing / image carriers the individual letters or picture elements are often three-dimensional sional represented to give a sublime spatial impression convey.
The invention is based on the object, an information Mationträger with spatially appearing information, such as e.g. B. font or image representations to create the can be produced in a simple manner. The spatial impression for the viewer with the help of two-dimensional writing and Image representations are generated. In particular, the spatial design of writing or picture elements, such as it is common in the above-mentioned illuminated advertising and the three-dimensional representation of writing and picture elements in the area can be avoided. Finally, the spatial appearance of the information should be movable on the image carrier, so that the In formation finds increased attention. Beyond that also a method for producing such information carrier are created.
This object is achieved by an informa tion carrier solved, in which the information on the one Side of a clear front carrier plate and essentially same congruent to this same information on the other side of this carrier plate or on each one side of one or more behind the front carrier plate lying further carrier plates are arranged. In the simplest embodiment is the information Accordingly, carrier from a crystal-clear carrier plate on which on the front and on the back congruent one behind the other lying information, e.g. B. fonts or images are attached. Because the viewer duplicates the information sees, namely in a front level on the front the carrier plate and - if not based on the information the front plate covered - on a back level the back of the carrier plate, he gets the impression of a spatial dimension of information. The spatial depth of the Information depends on the distance between the foremost and rearmost information level. Under "Information" are in letters, numbers and figurative of the present application Representations in the form of layers (on a carrier plate) to understand which is generally a thickness in the range from 1 µm to 100 µm and can be glued on, spread on, produced photographically or by another method can be brought. So the information is a layer, which is visually visible.
According to the preferred embodiment of the invention the information on the front of a first carrier plate and on the front of a second carrier plate brought and is the second carrier plate with their informa tion facing the back of the first carrier plate connected to the latter. In this embodiment, the two carrier plates with the same size and shape Formations occupied, e.g. B. printed. Both plates are over placed one on top of the other so that the same information elements, such as B. letters or picture elements, exactly on top of each other the. If you z. B. by welding, Ver glue or screw together, you get a carrier with spatially appearing information. The distance between the two Corresponds to levels in which the information is arranged the thickness of the carrier plate. This distance, i. H. the bill bare third dimension of the information presented expediently proportional to the size of the representation, d. H. their two-dimensional size.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, a number of n carrier plates with only information attached on the front side are connected to one another such that the rear side of each carrier plate faces the front of the adjacent carrier plate. In this case there are as many superimposed display levels as there are carrier plates. The spatial dimension of an information element is thus generated not only by two, but by n flat information elements lying one behind the other. The visual impression of the information element has a more real three-dimensional effect, the larger the number n of consecutive congruent flat information elements. The larger the two-dimensional information element, the larger the number n of planar elements lying one behind the other in the third dimension is expediently chosen.
In one embodiment, the carrier plates are in such a situation that the information in an escape direction perpendicular to the carrier plates lie. In this embodiment, a statio arises spatial representation.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, only the front carrier plate is fixedly arranged and the rear carrier plates are displaceable in one or two dimensions relative to their normal position, in which the information of all carrier plates lies in an escape direction perpendicular to the carrier plates. As a result, the spatial dimension or to a certain extent the spatial shadow that adjoins the flat information to the rear can be moved periodically. This creates an eye-catcher that leads the viewer to become interested in the information and to take note of the information. In this embodiment, the 2nd, 3rd, 4th,. . . n. carrier plate by the distance x , 2 x , 3 x . . . (n - 1) x displaceable from the normal position, where x is in the range from 0 to 8 mm, preferably 0.5 to 3 mm. The movable support plates are all moved in the same direction Rich, so z. B. compared to the information on the front carrier plate to the right or to the left or up or down. However, the maximum displacement of the carrier plates increases from plate to plate to the rear by the distance x , so that only one strip of the width x is visible from the information on the rear carrier plates in the maximum displacement position, so that a dimension of each information element that is graded to the rear becomes visible, which gives a spatial impression of each element. Depending on the type of drive of the movable carrier plates, their displacement speed can be the same, so that the stages form one after the other, or the displacement speeds of the carrier plates are proportional to their maximum displacement. In the latter case, the step image of the spatial dimension arises as a result of the relative speeds of the carrier plates with every deviation from the normal position.
In a further embodiment of the aforementioned embodiment, the 2nd, 3rd, 4th,. . . n. each support plate protruding into the displacement area of the following plate formed, the mutual distance of the projections of a plate from one support plate to the next decreases or increases by the distance 2 x and the rearmost support plate is connected to a reciprocating displacement drive. The rearmost back and forth driven carrier plate meets the projections of the carrier plate which is in contact with it, which is thereby taken along and in turn takes the plate in front of it after being displaced by the distance x . Due to the periodic back and forth movement of the plates, the spatial shadow of the information swings from one side to the other. Of course, the disk pack can also be displaced in the same way in the direction perpendicular to this displacement direction, so that the impression is created as if the spatial shadow of the information is moving around the information on the foremost disk. The displacement drive can, for. B. an electrohydraulically controlled piston / cylinder unit.
In another embodiment of the disk drive, the rear (2nd, 3rd, 4th,... N.) Carrier plates can be displaced by rotatable cam disks. The cam disks are expediently seated on a common shaft which is driven by a geared motor. The rear carrier plates are expediently displaced in one direction by the cam disks and brought back in the opposite direction by spring or gravity.
Advantageously, the last (n.) Backing plate consists of an opaque material. This rearmost support plate represents the background for the spatially appearing information. For example, it can be white or light gray if the flat information elements are black. In addition to the spatial impression, there is also a good contrast. According to another embodiment, the last (n.) Carrier plate can be provided on the back with an opaque coating. The coating can be a coating layer or a laminated film.
In another embodiment of the invention the information on the back is a mirror image of the information on the front side information attached to a support plate. At this simplest embodiment comes with a single transparent carrier plate. Because the information however applied in mirror image on both sides of the plate, e.g. B. on must be printed, it is necessary to informa to prepare the mirrored form first. Also in this embodiment, more than two representations levels are to be provided. In this case you stratify two or more of these carrier plates covered on both sides with transparent information-free plates interposed on top of each other.
The information can be in the form of an opaque Coating or printing applied to the carrier plate be. The coating can e.g. B. one on the carrier plate (s) laminated, in particular glued-on film. It is also possible to apply the coating in the form of a liquid to apply strokes. In a preferred embodiment the information on the front carrier plate is different colored as the information on the back carrier (s) plates).
The process for producing an information carrier is characterized in that the In formations on one side of two or more applies clear support plates, the support plates like this superimposed that the information side of a carrier plate the information-free side of the neighboring carrier plate is facing and arranges the carrier plates to each other, that all information in one to the carrier plates right-hand escape direction. Depending on the size of the information the number of carrier plates and thus the number behind selected display levels. The carrier plates can be made of plastic material such. B. polyvinyl chloride, poly ethylene, polymethyl methacrylate, or from inorganic glass consist.
An embodiment of the method for producing the Information carrier is characterized in that the Information on the front of a clear carrier plate and applies the information as a mirror image the back of the carrier plate applies that they cover with the information on the front. Man in the simplest case, it comes with a carrier plate, however, the information record must also be a mirror image of Ver and the two sentences must be exactly opposite to each other be applied overlying the plate as the two Presentation levels in contrast to the above-mentioned procedure with several carrier plates after application no longer can be shifted against each other or aligned.
The information can be in the form of coatings Films or liquid coating agents are applied. The liquid coating agents can e.g. B. through a mask applied and dried. It is also possible that To provide the support plate with a photo layer and then through irradiate a mask optically or electronically and then to develop the information carrier. After another out the information can be managed by printing process, preferably by screen printing. To this The carrier plates can be quickly and in large size Provide number with font and / or picture representations.
It is preferable to choose the material for the Blickrich last, d. H. rearmost support plate, an opaque material. This opaque carrier plate forms the Background for the spatial information. they can be translucent if you look at the information carrier of the back wants to illuminate. With another execution form of the process is brought to the direction of the eye last carrier plate or on which the mirror-inverted information mation-carrying back of the carrier plate an impermeable visible coating in the form of a lamination or Painting on. In this case, the lamination or the painting the background for the spatially appearing Font / image representations.
According to one embodiment, the carrier plates can be fixed be connected to each other. In another embodiment one closes the rearmost support plate or all support plates except for the first one on a displacement drive.

2 an der Vorderseite 2 a bzw. 3 a der dahinterliegenden Platte 2 bzw. 3. Fig. 1 shows a rectangular support plate 1 made of glass clear plastic, for. B. made of polyvinyl chloride. On the front side 1 a of the plate 1 , a written information 4 a in the form of corresponding film cuts (thickness about 50 microns) is glued on. To form the first embodiment of the information carrier , three such carrier plates 1, 2, 3 are superimposed on one another in accordance with FIG. 2 so that the information 4 a is exactly aligned. As can also be seen from FIG. 3, an opaque coating 6 is applied to the back 3 b of the rearmost plate 3 , which forms the background of the spatially appearing font information 4 a . The plates 1 to 3 are firmly connected at their edges, in particular welded or glued, so that the information carrier forms a compact unit. In Fig. 3 on the front of the plates 1 to 3 overlayed font information 4 a are drawn thicker than they actually are for the sake of clarity. The information 4 a therefore does not prevent the planar stacking of the rear side 1 b or 2 b of the plate 1 or 2 on the front side 2 a or 3 a of the plate 2 or 3 behind it. If the information 4 a is applied by a printing process, its thickness is in any case so small that it does not affect the flat abutment of the plates 1 to 3 . The two-dimensional superposition is also ensured if the information 4 a in the photo layers on the plates 1 to 3 (not shown) is generated by the usual photographic process. It is of course also possible to mount the information 4 a on the front sides 1 a , 2 a , 3 a of the plates 1, 2, 3 so deep that the surface of the information 4 a with the front sides 1 a , 2 a , 3 a the plates 1, 2, 3 containing them are flush.
When in Figs. 4 and 5 shown execution form carries the carrier plate 1 both on the front side 1a and on the back 1 b the font information 4 a and 4 b. On the back 1 b of the plate 1 is an opaque plate 5 , which is firmly connected to the plate 1 by edge welding (not shown) and forms the background for the spatial font. In this embodiment, too, the information 4 a , 4 b can be applied to the front or back of the plate 1 by various methods. However, the typeface pattern on the reverse side is to be applied in a mirror-image representation, while in the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 3 all front pages 1 a , 2 a , 3 a are provided with the same type of representation.
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the information carrier consists of a package of five carrier plates 1, 2, 3, 7, 8 with the written information 4 a . Fig. 6 shows the plastic package in the normal position of the plates, in which the written information 4 a lie one above the other in the direction perpendicular to the carrier plates. On the opposite edges of the carrier plates 1, 2, 3, 7 apart from the rearmost plate, projections 9 directed towards the rear are formed in each case. The rearmost plate 8 is connected via a drive rod 10 with a piston / cylinder unit 11 , which is driven by the electric motor 14 , pump 13 and Steuererven valve 12 and gives the plate 8 a reciprocating displacement movement. If the drive rod 10 is extended, the carrier plate 8 moves away from the piston / cylinder unit 11 . It comes one after the other to the projections 9 of the support plates 7, 3, 2 and 1 and takes the plates 7, 3, 2 with them until the extreme plate position shown in FIG. 7 is reached, in which all the upper projections 9 lie close together, while the lower projections 9 have the maximum distance from each other. The resulting relative displacement x between two adjacent plates can be, for example, 3 mm and has the consequence that the information of the rear plates 2, 3, 7, 8 come into an inclined position to the information on the front plate 1 , as is the case with Fig. 7 can be seen. Since the rear plate 8 is constantly moved back and forth by the drive 11-14 , the information 4 a of the rear plates 2, 3, 7, 8 also oscillate back and forth. This draws the attention of a passerby who initially ignores the information to the information given on the disk package.
In the embodiment of Fig. 8, the carrier plates 2, 3, 7, 8 are slidably housed in a frame 15 , while the front plate 1 is fixed in the frame. On one side are the carrier plates 2, 3, 7, 8 cam disks 20, 19, 18, 17 , which are supported by a common shaft 16 which is mounted in the frame 15 . The opposite sides of the carrier plates 2, 3, 7, 8 are resiliently abge in the frame 15 by means of coil springs 25, 24, 23, 22 . The shaft 16 is driven by an electric motor 14 via a reduction gear 21 at a low speed (in the order of 10-50 rpm). The cams 20, 19, 18, 17 are matched to the amplitudes of the plates 2, 3, 7, 8 , ie, for example, the plate 3 vibrates at twice, the plate 7 at three times and the plate 8 at four times the amplitude Plate 2 . In addition, the cams 17-20 are adjusted to each other so that the normal position is present in the arrangement shown in Fig. 8, ie the related information 4 a in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the carrier plates 1-3, 7, 8 are.
In order to keep the friction of the carrier plates 1, 2, 3, 7, 8 low and to not wear out the information 4 a by friction, the carrier plates are kept at a short distance (0.2 mm), e.g. B. by edge coatings of appropriate thickness. In addition, the plates can be mounted on ball or roller bearings to reduce friction, especially if the plates have a considerable weight due to their size or thickness.
The information on the rear carrier plates 2, 3, 7, 8 can be designed such that they enlarge, preferably broaden, the information on the front carrier plate ( 1 ) when the plates are moved.
In another embodiment, the information on all carrier plates 1, 2, 3, 7, 8 are of the same color, e.g. B. black, and the disk drive works such that the information on the front plate 1 by the displacement of the rear plates 2, 3, 7, 8 in arbitrary, for. B. random layers to Ver disappear and is made visible again by moving back to their normal position. The information on the front plate disappears because the information on the rear plate covers the entire background, so that the information on the front plate is no longer recognizable.
