Abstract

The invention relates to a water-conducting offset printing plate having an anti-oxidation layer with microgranulation, attached on a plate cylinder, a so-called set-up printing plate, and is distinguished by a laser jet treatment of the generally non-printing surfaces of the offset printing plate, the printing regions being smoothed out on their surface by the laser treatment.
