Die Erfindung betrifft eine weitere, auf die Griffschenkel bezogene Vervollkommnung der chirurgischen Zange nach Patent 216928. Der Grundgedanke des Hauptpatents, wonach die Schubschenkel in Anschlußverbindung an kurze Hebelarme gebracht sind und vorzugsweise nach Kniehebelart bewegt werden, ist bei vorliegender Anordnung beibehalten; schon dadurch wird der angestrebte Effekt, die Wippbewegung des Werkzeugteiles beim freihändigen Zangengebrauch möglichst einzuschränken, in der Hauptsache erreicht. Es ist aber erwünscht, bei denjenigen Instrumenten dieser Art, welche zum Zangenschluß eine ausnahmsweise kraftvolle Handschließbewegung erfordern, noch eine besondere gegenseitige Führung der Handgriffschenkel derart mitwirken zu lassen, daß bei der natürlichen ruhigen Handschließbewegung während relativer Stillhaltung der Handwurzel auch der Werkzeugteil der Zange seine gegebene Lage behält. Dieser Zweck wird dadurch erreicht, daß der zweiteilige, dem Daumenballen als vStützwiderlager dienende Griffscherikel a, c mit dem andern, gegen ihn heranzuholenden Griffschenkel b durch einen Lenker d verbunden ist, der an dem oberen Teil des Griffschenkels b und am unteren Teil des Griffschenkels c derart angelenkt ist, daß infolge des entstandenen Lenkervierseits a-c-d-x sich bei der Schließbewegung der Verbindungslenker d den Griffschenkeln c nähert und dadurch eine angenäherte Parallellagenführung beider Griffschenkel bewirkt.The invention relates to a further improvement of the surgical forceps according to patent 216928, related to the handle legs.
