- a) 75 Teilen Polyvinylchlorid mit einem K-Wert von 65 und 25 Teilen Phthalat-Weichmacher
- b) 63 Teilen Polyvinylchlorid mit einem K-Wert von 75 und 37 Teilen Phthalat-Weichmacher
- c) 55 Teilen Polyvinylchlorid mit einem K-Wert von 75 und 25 Teilen Phthalat-Weichmacher sowie 20 Teilen Adipatweichmacher
- a) 75 Teilen eines Copolymeren aus Vinylchlorid mit 10 Gew.-% Vinylacetat (K-Wert 65) und 25 Teilen Phthalatweichmacher
- b) 80 Teilen Polyvinylchlorid, mit einem K-Wert von 60, 3 Teilen eines Copolymeren aus Äthylen mit 45 Gew.-% Vinylacetat und 17 Teilen Phthalat-Weichmacher
- c) 80 Teilen eines Pfropfpolymeren mit einem K-Wert von 68, das aus 10 Teilen eines Copolymeren von Äthylen mit 45 Gew.-% Vinylacetat und 90 Teilen monomerem Vinylchlorid hergestellt wurde, und 20 Teilen Phthalat-Weichmacher

- d) danach 4-stündige Kochprüfung entsprechend DIN 52 308.

Claims (9)
R ein C₁- bis C₁₀-Alkylrest, der gegebenenfalls durch Sauerstoffatome unterbrochen ist,
R″′ ein Alkylrest mit 1-8 C-Atomen, A ein geradkettiger oder verzweigter Alkylenrest mit 1-8 C-Atomen, der ggf. durch Sauerstoffbrücken unterbrochen sein kann,
m=1 oder 2 oder 3, n=1 oder 2 oder 3,
R′, wenn m=1 ist, H und/oder R″ -NH₂ oder R″ OH (R″ Alkylenrest mit 2 bis 4 C-Atomen), und R′, wenn m=2 ist, H oder R″ -NH-A bedeutet
oder Silane der allgemeinen Formel in welcher R, R″′, A und n die gleiche Bedeutung haben wie in Formel I und R′=H, CH₃ oder C₂H₅ bedeutet, oder γ-Imidazolylpropyltrialkoxysilane, in denen das Alkyl verzweigt oder unverzweigt ist und 1 bis 8 C-Atome aufweist, die gegebenenfalls durch O-Atome unterbrochen sind, gegebenenfalls im Gemisch mit einem oder mehreren siliciumfuntionellen Silanen der allgemeinen FormelR n - Si - R′4-n eingesetzt, in der R gleiche oder verschiedene, gesättigte, geradkettige oder verzweigte Alkylreste mit 1 bis 10 C-Atomen, R′ Halogen, vorzugsweise Cl, oder gleiche oder verschiedene, gesättigte Alkoxygruppen mit 1 bis 8 C-Atomen, die ggf. durch Heteroatome, wie -O- unterbrochen sind, bedeuten und n=1 bis 3 ist, verwendet und den Verbund bei 120 bis 200°C herstellt.
