Als Füllstoffe kommen vorzugsweiee Körner au Altgummi, Kunstkautschukabfällen oder ähnlichem Material in Frage. Beispielsweise können nach der Erfindung alte Autoreifen verwendet werden, die durch Reißen, Stanzen oder Schneiden su entsprechenden geeigneten Körnungen zerkleinert werden. Durch geeignete Dosierung und geeignete Wahl der Zuschlagstoffe und der verwendeten Körnungen ist dabei eine beliebige Anpassung an die jeweiliges Aniorderungen von Schalldichtung und Wärmeisolierung möglich.
