Direct liquid cooling for computer processors and or other heat developing electronic components uses a non-electrically conducting liquid for fast and direct removal of heat. The inventive cooling system comprises a micro-pump, e.g. a gear pump, rotor pump or other pump type, which is driven by a dynamically sealed drive shaft from an exchangeable or plug-in micro-motor.
