Claims (27)

1. Implantat aus einem körperverträglichen Material zur Fixierung benachbart angeordneter, eine Au­ ßen- und eine Innenseite aufweisender Knochen­ platten, mit einem an die Außenseiten der Kno­ chenplatten anlegbaren ersten Anlageelement, mit einem an die Innenseiten der Knochenplatten an­ legbaren zweiten Anlageelement und mit einem zwi­ schen die beiden Knochenplatten einführbaren, an den beiden Anlageelementen anordenbaren und aus einem Metall hergestellten langgestreckten Kopp­ lungselement, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Anlageelement (18; 118; 218; 318; 418) aus einem Kunststoff hergestellt ist, daß an einem freien Ende (20; 120; 220; 320; 420) des Kopp­ lungselements (14; 114; 214; 314; 414) ein Kupp­ lungsglied (22, 24; 122, 124; 221; 322; 421) an­ geordnet ist und daß das zweite Anlageelement (18; 118; 218; 318; 418) mit dem Kupplungsglied (22, 24; 122, 124; 221; 322; 421) verbunden ist.1.
