Im Gegensatz dazu haben semi-permeable oder feuchtigkeits-undurchlässige Ver bände den Vorteil, daß sie eine Reepithelisierung der Wunde fördern, andererseits kommt es oft zu der oben erwähnten Akkumulation von Wundsekret mit darauffol gender Infektionsbildung. Eine in jüngerer Zeit angewandte Methode der Wund behandlung löst dieses Problem durch Abdecken der Wunde mit einer Membran mit darunterliegendem Saugschlauch, der entweder durch einen Stichkanal durch gesunde Haut oder aber zwischen der Haut und der Membran von der Wunde wegführt.
