Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Windel- oder Inkontinenzhöschens nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1–9, die folgenden Verfahrensschritte umfassend: – Bilden des Hauptteils (4) mit den mechanisch wirkenden Befestigungsgegenmitteln (28, 30) im Vorderbereich (8), – Bereitstellen einer ersten und zweiten elastischen oder elastifizierten den Hüftgurt (6) bildenden Flachmaterialbahn (48, 50), wobei in äquidistanten Abständen der ersten Flachmaterialbahn (48) quer zu ihrer Längsrichtung manuell auftrennbare Sollbruchlinien vorgesehen werden und auf einer Seite der ersten Flachmaterialbahn (48) die mit den Befestigungsgegenmitteln (30) des Hauptteils (4) zusammenwirkenden Befestigungsmittel (28) ausgebildet werden, – Fördern von aufeinanderfolgenden Hauptteilen (4) in senkrecht zu ihrer Längsrichtung (41) verlaufender Querrichtung (44), wobei die Hauptteile (4) in Förderrichtung (46) voneinander beabstandet sind, – Zuführen der ersten und der zweiten Flachmaterialbahn (48, 50) und Fügen an den jeweiligen Hauptteil (4), wobei die Flachmaterialbahnen (48, 50) derart voneinander beabstandet in die Förderebene der Hauptteile (4) gebracht werden, dass die erste Flachmaterialbahn (48) im Vorderbereich (8) des Hauptteils (4) zugeführt wird und mit ihren Befestigungsmitteln (28) lösbar mit den Befestigungsgegenmitteln (30) des Hauptteils verbunden wird und die zweite Flachmaterialbahn (50) im Rückbereich (9) des Hauptteils (4) zugeführt und unlösbar an der Außenseite (40) des Rückbereichs (9) des Hauptteils (4) befestigt wird, – Falten der zusammengesetzten Bahnen um eine in Förderrichtung verlaufende Querachse (52), so dass die erste und die zweite Flachmaterialbahn (48, 50) aufeinander gefaltet werden, – Unlösbares Verbinden der ersten und zweiten Flachmaterialbahn (48, 50) entlang einer quer zur Förderrichtung (46) verlaufenden Saumlinie (54), – Trennen der einzelnen Höschen voneinander.Method for producing a diaper or incontinence panty according to one or more of claims 1-9, comprising the following method steps: - forming the main part ( 4 ) with the mechanically acting attachment countermeasures ( 28 . 30 ) in the front area ( 8th ), - providing a first and second elastic or elasticized hip belt ( 6 ) forming flat material web ( 48 . 50 ), wherein at equidistant intervals of the first flat material web ( 48 ) can be provided manually separable predetermined breaking lines transverse to its longitudinal direction and on one side of the first flat material web ( 48 ) with the countermeasures ( 30 ) of the main part ( 4 ) cooperating fasteners ( 28 ), - conveying successive main parts ( 4 ) perpendicular to its longitudinal direction ( 41 ) extending transverse direction ( 44 ), the main parts ( 4 ) in the conveying direction ( 46 ) are spaced from each other, - supplying the first and the second flat material web ( 48 . 50 ) and joining to the respective main part ( 4 ), wherein the flat material webs ( 48 . 50 ) are spaced apart from one another in the conveying plane of the main parts ( 4 ), that the first flat material web ( 48 ) in the front area ( 8th ) of the main part ( 4 ) and with their fastening means ( 28 ) detachable with the attachment countermeasures ( 30 ) of the main part is connected and the second flat material web ( 50 ) in the back area ( 9 ) of the main part ( 4 ) and insoluble on the outside ( 40 ) of the back area ( 9 ) of the main part ( 4 ), - folding the composite webs about a transverse axis extending in the conveying direction ( 52 ), so that the first and the second flat material web ( 48 . 50 ) are folded on each other, - indissoluble joining of the first and second flat material web ( 48 . 50 ) along a transverse to the conveying direction ( 46 ) running hem line ( 54 ), - separating the individual panties from each other. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Windel- oder Inkontinenzhöschens nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1–9, die folgenden Verfahrensschritte umfassend: – Bilden des Hauptteils (4) mit den mechanisch wirkenden Befestigungsgegenmitteln (30) im Vorderbereich (8), – Bereitstellen einer ersten und zweiten elastischen oder elastifizierten den Hüftgurt (6) bildenden Flachmaterialbahn (48, 50), wobei in äquidistanten Abständen der ersten Flachmaterialbahn (48) quer zu ihrer Längsrichtung manuell auftrennbare Sollbruchlinien (34) vorgesehen werden und auf einer Seite der ersten Flachmaterialbahn (48) die mit den Befestigungsgegenmitteln (30) des Hauptteils (4) zusammenwirkenden Befestigungsmittel (28) ausgebildet werden, – Fördern von aufeinanderfolgenden Hauptteilen (4) in senkrecht zu ihrer Längsrichtung (41) verlaufender Querrichtung (44), wobei die Hauptteile (4) in Förderrichtung (46) voneinander beabstandet sind, – Falten des jeweiligen Haupteils um eine in Förderrichtung verlaufende Querachse, – Zuführen der ersten und der zweiten Flachmaterialbahn und Fügen an den jeweiligen Hauptteil, wobei die Flachmaterialbahnen von beidseits der Förderebene der gefalteten Hauptteile in diese Förderebene derart geführt werden, dass die erste Flachmaterialbahn an die Außenseite des Vorderbereichs des Hauptteils geführt wird und mit ihren Befestigungsmitteln lösbar mit den Befestigungsgegenmitteln des Hauptteils verbunden wird und die zweite Flachmaterialbahn an die Außenseite des Rückbereichs des Hauptteils geführt und unlösbar an der Außenseite des Rückbereichs des Hauptteils befestigt wird, – Unlösbares Verbinden der ersten und zweiten Flachmaterialbahn entlang einer quer zur Förderrichtung verlaufenden Saumlinie (54), – Trennen der einzelnen Höschen voneinander.Method for producing a diaper or incontinence panty according to one or more of claims 1-9, comprising the following method steps: - forming the main part ( 4 ) with the mechanically acting attachment countermeasures ( 30 ) in the front area ( 8th ), - providing a first and second elastic or elasticized hip belt ( 6 ) forming flat material web ( 48 . 50 ), wherein at equidistant intervals of the first flat material web ( 48 ) transverse to their longitudinal direction manually separable predetermined breaking lines ( 34 ) and on one side of the first flat material web ( 48 ) with the countermeasures ( 30 ) of the main part ( 4 ) cooperating fasteners ( 28 ), - conveying successive main parts ( 4 ) perpendicular to its longitudinal direction ( 41 ) extending transverse direction ( 44 ), the main parts ( 4 ) in the conveying direction ( 46 - Folds the respective main part about a transverse axis extending in the conveying direction, - Feeding the first and the second flat material web and joining to the respective main part, wherein the flat material webs are guided from both sides of the conveying plane of the folded main parts in this conveying plane such that the first sheet of flat material is guided to the outside of the front portion of the main part and is detachably connected with its fastening means to the attachment counterpart of the main part and the second sheet of flat material is guided to the outside of the back portion of the main part and fixed inextricably on the outside of the back portion of the main part, - insoluble Connecting the first and second flat material web along a transverse to the conveying direction hem line ( 54 ), - separating the individual panties from each other.
