Description
eine Bedeckungsschicht zum Bedecken der Platte; und eine Dämpfungsschicht zum Vermindern eines Einfalls von mindestens einem der Vibration und des Schalls, wobei die Dämp fungsschicht angeordnet ist zwischen der Bedeckungsschicht und der Platte und aus einem Vliesstoff hergestellt ist, wobei der Vliesstoff umfaßt
5-95 Gew.-% einer ersten Faser mit einer Feinheit in einem Bereich von 1,5 bis 40 Deniers, einem ersten Schmelzpunkt, und einem ersten Teil, der Polyethylenterephthalat enthält, und 5-95 Gew.-% einer zweiten Faser mit einer Feinheit innerhalb eines Bereiches von 1,5 bis 15 Deniers und einem Kernteil und einem Hüllenteil, der den Kernteil bedeckt, wobei die Mehrheit des Kernteils Polyethylenterephthalat umfaßt, der Hüllenteil ein elastisches Copolyester mit einem zweiten Schmelzpunkt, der niedriger als der erste Schmelzpunkt und nicht höher als 200°C ist, umfaßt, wobei das elastische Copolyester hergestellt ist durch Copolymerisieren von Polyethylenterephthalat und mindestens einem anderen Monomer, wobei das Gesamtgewicht der ersten und zweiten Fasern 100 Gew.-% beträgt.
Claims (16)
eine Bedeckungsschicht (14) zum Bedecken der Platte (12);
eine Dämpfungsschicht (16) zum Vermindern eines Einfalls von mindestens einem der Vibration und des Schalls, wobei die Dämpfungsschicht zwischen der Bedeckungsschicht (14) und der Platte angeordnet ist und aus einem Vliesstoff hergestellt ist, wobei der Vliesstoff umfaßt:
5-95 Gew.-% einer ersten Faser mit einer Feinheit in einem Bereich von 1,5 bis 40 Deniers, einem ersten Schmelzpunkt und einem ersten Teil, der Polyethylenterephthalat enthält, und
5-95 Gew.-% einer zweiten Faser mit einer Feinheit in einem Bereich von 1,5 bis 15 Deniers und einem Kernteil und einem Hüllenteil, der den Kernteil bedeckt, wobei eine Mehrheit des Kernteils Polyethylenterephthalat enthält, der Hüllenteil ein elastisches Copolyester mit einem Schmelzpunkt niedriger als der erste Schmelzpunkt und nicht höher als 200°C umfaßt, wobei das elastische Copolyester hergestellt wird durch Copolymerisieren von Polyethylenterephthalat und mindestens einem anderen Monomer, wobei die ersten und zweiten Fasern insgesamt 100 Gew.-% ausmachen.
