Description

TECHNISCHES GEBIETTECHNICAL AREA

The invention is based on a method for Drying the solid insulation one in an electrical System arranged transformer according to the preamble of Claim 1.

STAND DER TECHNIKSTATE OF THE ART

Such a drying process is preferred for Power transformers applied, which are fixed in a electrical system, such as a control panel, are installed. The oil of the power transformer to be dried is through the wall out of the transformer housing and there in one Oil treatment plant warmed up. The warmed oil is transferred to the trans brought back the formator housing and thereby rolls it in the housing located oil around. Alternatively, the oil can also enter the housing be sprayed. The heated oil brought into the housing comes into contact with the solid insulation of the Transforma tors, heats them and dries them by absorbing them into the Isolation of existing water. The water-containing oil becomes Processing plant led and degassed in this plant and drained. Heated, degassed and dewatered oil successively guided into the transformer housing and is used there further heating and drying of the solid insulation.

At the same time, the transformer oil is degassed and degassed water processed in parallel in the treatment plant.

After an initial pre-drying phase, in which the oil upper oil temperature of typically 70 to 80 ° C heated the oil is removed from the transformer housing and that Evacuated housing. It then occurs to a particularly large extent unwanted gases and vapors, especially water vapor the solid insulation. Because this is the solid the transformer will cool down quickly after this Drying phase heated up again with oil, pre-dried and after draining the oil again dried in a vacuum.

This process requires relatively long process times because the predrying and drying phases previously described more times must be run through, since the oil supplied from the outside the solid insulation only warmed up slowly, and only because Drying temperatures of typically 70 to 80 ° C reached will. The solid insulation also heats up unevenly moderate. Furthermore, after the oil has been drained and evacuated, the pressure drops Solid insulation temperature due to water evaporation and heat radiation rapidly decrease, so that the degree of drying is low and typically more than 2% water in the Insulations remain.

A process for drying oil-filled distribution transformers gates is described in EP 0 543 181 A1. With this procedure the undervoltage windings are the ones to be dried Transformers short-circuited. The transformers are then placed in an evacuable container in which the Over and under voltage windings of the transformers by means of one of the low-frequency windings supplied to the high-voltage windings Heating current are heated. By evacuating the container when heating from the solid insulation, the Trans Formators escaping gas and water from the inner container removed and so a high degree of drying of the solid insulation achieved. This procedure requires an evacuable one  Container to hold the transformers to be dried. On Use of this method in an electrical system stationary transformers are therefore not provided.

KURZE DARSTELLUNG DER ERFINDUNGSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The invention as set out in claim 1 lies the task is based on a method of drying the solid fabric insulation of an oil-filled and in an electrical To create plant built-in transformer, which rapid and intensive drainage and degassing of its Solid insulation possible on site in the plant.

The inventive method is characterized by short Drying times and gives solid insulation with a Moisture content less than 0.5%. This is because that the winding insulation due to the low-frequency heating current tion of the transformer under vacuum and without the presence be heated by oil to high temperatures and some their heat by radiation to the between the insulation of Under and high voltage windings arranged barriers Give insulation and to the oil of the transformer. Therefore the oil is also heated up more quickly than with a process according to the state of the art, where the oil is exclusively outside the transformer in a processing plant is heated. Because the winding insulation from the inside forth heat is supplied, the gases to be removed and Diffuse vapors particularly easily to the outside. The feast Insulations can therefore be pre-dried well under oil will. In parallel, the oil can be in an outside of the Transformer housing arranged oil treatment system be processed. Depending on the Oil composition drying temperatures from 80 to 90 ° C can be achieved. When drying under vacuum can then Depends on the material composition of the solid  Insulations Drying temperatures of 110 to 120 ° C reached will.

The method according to the invention also requires relatively little Energy, because after the pre-drying of the solid insulation in the Oil and after draining the oil only the windings that Winding insulation and the barrier insulation to a high Temperature (110 to 120 ° C) heated up and at this temperature under vacuum or under vacuum over a longer period of time being held. This is mainly because under vacuum or with negative pressure only relatively little heat and only through Radiation is lost. Because the final drying of the solid Insulations are carried out under vacuum at high temperatures also the pumping times for a vacuum pump to dry the hard fabric insulation and the running times of the oil treatment plant relatively short.

At the same time, the inventive method is characterized high operational reliability and ease of use, because based on the parameters influencing the process, such as Power of the transformer, size of the high voltage, type of Winding materials, e.g. As copper or aluminum, desired Heating output, desired heating current and desired drying temperature, the drying process in all critical Process phases are controlled and monitored fully automatically can. If the heating current should become too large or if in one of the phases of the heating current, for example as a result of an error stick to the power connection, a different current flows, so this can be visually and / or acoustically reported and the heating current be switched off.

In Fig. 1 1, the vacuum-tight, connected to a vacuum pump housing 2 denotes the transformer. The reference number 3 relates to a processing device for insulating oil. This processing apparatus comprises an input is not designated on, which is connected via an oil line 4 with a non-designated output of the casing 1, and an output, not designated, which is connected via an oil line 5 with a non-designated input of the housing. 1 6 denotes a control transformer, which acts on a frequency converter 7 . Three-phase current leads 8 starting from the frequency converter 7 are monitored by current and voltage converters 9 and are guided via housing bushings 10 to high-voltage windings (not shown ) located in the interior of the transformer housing 1 . Also not visible are the undervoltage windings of the transformer, the current connections of which are routed to the outside via housing bushings 11 and are evidently short-circuited.

A control unit 12 serves for the central acquisition and processing of measurement signals which are emitted by sensors, not shown, which are arranged in the power transformer and in the drying device. The control unit 12 forms control signals from the detected measurement signals, which act on actuators of the aforementioned components. The sensors are located, for example, in transformer housing 1 and are used to measure the pressure inside the housing or the temperature of insulating oil located in housing 1 . Other sensors are the current and voltage converters 9 . Actuators are located on the vacuum pump 2 , the conditioning device 3 , the control transformer 6 and the frequency converters 7 . The control unit 12 can be used to communicate with peripheral devices 14 , such as printer and monitor, via a computer 13 .

When the process is carried out, a pre-drying phase is carried out. Here, the windings are heated with a low-frequency heating current of typically 3 to 5 Hz with a size that corresponds to only a fraction of the nominal current I N of the transformer. The heating current only flows through the high-voltage windings. By induction, however, a heating current is also generated in the short-circuited under-voltage windings, so that the entire windings and thus all solid insulation of the transformer are heated. During the heating, the average winding temperature of the transformer windings is continuously recorded. This can be determined, for example, using a resistance measuring device described in the prior art according to EP 0 543 181 B1 or else by measuring the current and voltage of the heating current.

The temperature curve of the average winding temperature is shown in FIG. 2 as a function of time and is denoted by T W. The time course of the low-frequency heating current determined by the current and voltage converters 9 is designated in FIG. 2 by I LF . Detected in Fig. 2 are furthermore also the variation of the temperature T E of the transformer oil, the temporal course of the pressure prevailing in the interior of the transformer housing gas pressure p G (two variants are shown) and exiting the zeitli che course of the amount m of water of from the solid insulation Water, which is only given in relative units.

In parallel to the heating of the windings, the insulating oil located in the housing 1 is mainly heated in the preparation device 3 . For this purpose, the insulating oil is successively pumped from the interior of the housing via the oil line 4 to the treatment device 3 , there, depending on the oil composition, to a permissible upper oil temperature of approximately 70 to 80 ° C, for example 80 ° C, heated, degassed and dewatered and then pumped back into the housing via the oil line 5 . The oil is generally circulated in the housing 1 , but it can also be sprayed into the housing 1 . In any case, it contacts the transformer housing and the solid insulation and thereby absorbs moisture and gases emerging from the insulation, which are removed by subsequent degassing and dewatering of the oil in the treatment device 3 .

At the time t 1, which can be up to 20 hours depending on the size of the transformer, the windings are heated to a first average winding temperature of typically 90 to 100 ° C, for example 100 ° C. The transformer oil then has a temperature of approx. 60 ° C. The pressure inside the housing can then still be atmospheric pressure, but can also be reduced considerably, for example to 200 mbar, for the purposes of particularly good degassing and dewatering of the oil by means of the vacuum pump 2 (variants in FIG. 2). The size of the heating current is now reduced so much that the windings are kept at the first winding temperature. A uniform temperature distribution in the solid insulation can now occur. At the same time, the oil is further heated and processed.

When the upper oil temperature of typically 80 ° C at time t₂ is reached, the amount of water emerging from the solid insulation is relatively small. The pre-drying phase is now complete. The oil is then pumped completely out of the transformer housing 1 . At the same time, the housing 1 is evacuated and the heating current is increased to a value which is sufficient to evaporate the majority of the water present in the solid insulation. This water is sucked off by the vacuum pump 2 and / or the treatment device 3 . The windings also heat up due to the increased heating current.

At time t₃, the windings are heated to a second average winding temperature, which, depending on the design of the insulation, is between 110 to 120 ° C, for example at 115 ° C. The heating current is now reduced again so that the second winding temperature is maintained. This is achieved with particular advantage in that the heating current is supplied in a pulsating manner. During this time, the major part of the undesired moisture (curve m WATER ) is evidently removed from the solid insulation by the vacuum pump 2 and / or the processing device. The low frequency of the heating current enables the use of low heating voltages. This prevents electrical flashovers on the solid insulation that favor the vacuum in the housing.

As soon as the vacuum in the housing 1 falls below a predetermined limit value of, for example, 0.5 to 5 mbar, or if a predetermined pressure is maintained within a predetermined time span, the heating current is interrupted at the time t₄. The oil that is processed in parallel with the drying of the solid insulation can now be filled in. The drying process is approximately 40 to 60% shorter than in the prior art processes. Since the water is evaporated at much higher temperatures than in prior art processes, in addition to a short drying time, extremely small amounts of residual water of less than 0.5 percent by weight are also achieved in the solid insulation.

To surely overheat the windings avoid, will shortly before reaching the second middle wick also the mean temperature of the High-voltage windings, for example via the aforementioned resistance Measuring device determined. Is the comparison of the middle Temperatures of high voltage windings and transformer windings temperature determined below the set temperature of the High-voltage windings, so the heating current is very low Frequencies, for example 0.05 Hz, are shut down and are only the high voltage windings with the very low fre quent current or reheated with the direct current.

It can be done by suitably arranged and distributed switching points be made possible that the mean temperature at least one of the high voltage windings regardless of the middle one Temperatures of the remaining high-voltage windings measured becomes. Is the temperature of the measured high voltage winding still below its set temperature, this winding regardless of the remaining high-voltage windings reheated.

According to the average winding temperatures, the average temperatures of any high or low voltage winding from a measurement of the current and voltage of the heating current or from a measurement of the electrical resistance of the Over- or undervoltage winding can be determined. Alternatively or in addition it is also possible to go through these temperatures Sensors to determine which through the transformer housing the windings in question are guided.

A particularly gentle drying of the solid insulation is achieved when the windings by adjusting the heating currents gradually on a third middle winding temperature and, if necessary, on further average Winding temperatures are kept, these mean Winding temperatures between the first and the second average winding temperature.
